The extra part 5

Ardio's gaze was still attached to Sella, the woman flinching from her place. Ardio began to feel that something was wrong with his words.

"I'm sorry if it makes you not like it" said Ardio and moved on to leave the room.

"Not" Sella said. The woman spoke while Ardio's hand was turning the door handle, long enough she responded to Ardio's words.

"O..," Ardio muttered as he turned his back on Sella. "But you must be bothered by what I say, right? I'm sorry, if I didn't know I was still hoping for you, I should've given up that time"

Surrender.

Sella immediately shook her head, this time her chest was so tight, should she miss another chance. He realized, his heart was still in the same place, but his disbelief was whining for his courage to come clean to Ardio. He just needs proof that the man accepts him as he is.

Men as good as Vano alone can change hearts to other women. How will Ardio be surrounded by beautiful and healthy women who always follow the shadow of the man. It was only natural that he doubted his flaws.

She knew her beauty wasn't enough to make a man survive forever with her. If he is unable to provide something that his partner needs.

Ardio was stunned to see Sella's head bobble with eyes that had glazed over.

"I don't understand.., if you don't speak and explain clearly to me...."

Ardio felt frustrated, he was displacing the hair with both hands backwards. He wanted to run to the woman and hold her tightly, but he did not know what made her eyes look like, whether because of her words or something else.

"Say Sella, I have to, I don't want to hurt you. My promise to you remains the same, I will wait for you. If you're sure of me, run to me, because I'm your goal, Sella" Ardio tries to convince Sella that she's the woman's place of return. The door was finally closed leaving Sella in the rage of her mind.

His tears now could not be contained, cursing himself and falling on the floor.

He was so disappointed in himself. Binding someone but not daring to show possession.

"You why Ar?" asked Bams who had been sitting next to him.

Ardio's daydreams fell apart instantly, his feelings still being disturbed by Sella's attitude.

Sella's gaze haunted her mind, knowing she was hiding something from him. Suspicion a few months ago, when he followed Sella to the hospital, now re-emerged. There were many questions swirling in his mind, the curiosity grew when he saw how Sella behaved a few minutes ago.

Does it have anything to do with Sella's health? Her thought.

"Nearly six years of Sella's marriage to Vano but they were not also blessed with a child and Sella instead adopted a child. Is that why he won't accept me?" Guman Ardio on himself but Bams heard all that clearly.

"It turns out you're being an insensitive man, too. I thought you had predicted that reason!" sahut Bams patted Ardio on the shoulder.

Ardio's flat face suddenly grimly looked at Bams, noticing that his words to Sella about the children made the woman sad.

"You got that lawyer's number?" asked Ardio not to mention the name of his father Sella.

Bams squinted his eyes back at Ardio's gaze. He wanted to know what Ardio wanted to do, but he just harbored all the questions when he saw Ardio's countenance. It's not the right time for him to ask questions.

Then Bams pulled his phone out of his jeans pocket, and swiped the phone screen a few times and put it back in his pants pocket.

"Looking at you like this, it feels like I want to brainwash you Ar. You're either a fool or I don't understand how you feel. Out there with your looks you can get more women...." Bams closed his mouth as Ardio's sharp gaze seemed to want to finish him off. The man turned his face away from Ardio and the tail of his eyes still looked at his friend while holding a smile.

"Yes, whatever you are, that's your heart. I just reminded Ar" continued Bams without looking directly at Ardio.

Ardio's gaze began to blankly recall his past and Sella's.

"If even Sella in the eyes of the world looks bad, my heart will remain the same. Sometimes I feel like I can understand him, even though I don't fully understand him. Looking at the look in his eyes, it suddenly felt like I wanted to protect, out of nothing? He was too closed to show everything, he seemed indifferent to the feelings of others, but he secretly wanted to help.

He was afraid to show his kindness. He was afraid of excess happiness, because he believed that happy sadness would keep spinning and take away from him all of a sudden. He only needs people who understand and accompany him to face this world." Ardio's conclusion after remembering how Sella's attitude and speech for eight years he knew the woman.

"You're sure you're the one?" ask Bams now with a serious look.

"I'm sure like .. he's sure of me" replied Ardio enthusiastically at the beginning of the word then weakened on the words part finally.

Bams understood Ardio's tone of voice, he did not protest, the man tried to understand that Ardio was convincing himself.

"Yes, you do fit him, your way of thinking is so complicated unlike most people. I just want you to be happy Ar" Bams told Ardio.

"Arrrgh .., you made me look like this." Annoyed Bams by throwing a small pillow into Ardio's face while he left.

Ardio only chuckled at the sight of his friend and manager.

"Look, if that woman disappoints you, Ar, I'll marry you to Gea. My beautiful sister must be very happy to accept you" Bams choked from the direction of the pantry.

Sella's tears were falling behind her bedroom door. He who wanted to approach Ardio stopped when Bams first approached Ardio. He turned to his room to try to listen to the chatter through the door, but too far away was only the last screech Bams could hear.

I'll marry you to Gea. My beautiful sister must be very happy to accept you.

Surrender Ardio.

Surrendering, that word had hurt her all this time, everyone had finally given up on her.

His mother gave up on his father and left him and his brother with another man.

Her brother also gave up, she preferred to break away and leave her and her father living free out there far away from her.

His father also gave up so easily, letting his mother go without fighting to keep him, at least for the sake of him and his brother.

And he also once gave up when he was betrothed to Vano, forgetting his own love. And now Ardio will give up on him.

Sella smiled in her tears. The world is like this, quiet and always in residence.

Sella's getting convinced, people don't need to know how she is. Let silence accompany his wound, he alone enjoys himself. Mother, brother and father just do not care about his feelings, let alone others.

If he doesn't believe in happiness, how can he be happy. He needs someone to believe that he deserves to be happy.
