Ideals VS love

This week Mia is leaving for Germany. Not with Dion as usual. This time he went alone. Leaving her husband and son for the next few days.

Right now, the business is good. Some work in collaboration with overseas companies makes Mia must be smart to manage time.

As of now, Dion did not come with Mia instead Dion would not. But he has to handle all the work in his office. Not to mention, a week after Mia returned from Germany, Dion would leave for another country on business as well.

They actually set the time so that their child does not want to if both of them leave while the office and child affairs are neglected.

"Be careful, dear" Dion said before Mia actually left.

"Yes A. Also be careful!" said Mia.

Mia's flight this time really made Mia unable to sleep. He thought about what he would say when he met with Riri later. For work, Mia already knows very well what she will discuss. But to talk to Riri, he himself was not sure if the woman wanted to meet him.

After arriving in Germany, a warm embrace full of longing he got from a father who always loved him wholeheartedly. Mia was so happy when she saw Mr. Felix smiling happily at her arrival.

"Have you waited so long?" ask Mia.

"No dear. There is no long word to wait for Papa's beautiful favorite child" said Mr. Felix as he rubbed Mia's head.

At home, Mia has always been a very mature mother and wife. In the office, Mia is required to be a leader. But when he meets his father, he will turn into a very spoiled little boy.

With Mr. Felix he was always the happiest boy. Mr. Felix has always considered Mia a child he should indulge in. It makes Mia always miss that moment.

"What time is the meeting tomorrow?" ask Mr. Felix when they get to Mr. Felix's house.

"A hour eight is already at Pah's location" Mia replied after sipping a glass of water Mr. Felix gave her.

"Papa will be with you tomorrow" said Mr Felix.

"no need. Just go to the office, Papa" said Mia.

"Why? Are you ashamed that Papa came to the office?" ask Mr. Felix.

"No, no. It's not so Pah. Mia wants Papa to accompany Mia tomorrow to meet with Riri," replied Mia.

"Meet Riri? Mpus?" ask Mr. Felix.

"Yes" answered Mia.

"For what?" ask Mr. Felix.

Mr. Felix felt that something was different when Mia called Riri not as Mpus as she normally would. Is it possible that Riri's meeting had something to do with the different designations for Riri?

"Mia just wanted to make sure how she felt for Rian. It seems like Rian is still very hopeful for her," Mia replied.

"Then what about you?" ask Mr. Felix.

"What?" Mia asked back.

"What are your hopes for the answer that Mpus will give?" Mr. Felix made the question clear.

From the answer Mia gave, Mr. Felix was able to draw a conclusion. It turns out that Mia is not really hopeful with Riri. Maybe because Riri had not responded long enough to Rian's feelings after the incident.

Only Rian and I still have a lot of hope for Mpus.

Without showing his sadness, Mr. Felix again talked to Mia. But this time the language was no longer about Riri. Mr. Felix asked the company and his twin grandchildren.

Mr. Felix has not been to Indonesia for a long time. He is still busy with his work. Ah, actually not too busy, he tried to busy himself. It seems he is not ready if to Indonesia it turns out destiny to bring him to meet with Shelin.

"How's Shelin doing?" ask Mr. Felix suddenly.

Mia frowned upon hearing Mr. Felix's question.

"Why? Something wrong with Papa's question?" ask Mr. Felix again after Mia does not answer his question.

"Why did Papa suddenly ask about Shelin?" ask Mia.

Mia took a long breath. They all right? Even after the incident, Shelin disappeared from Jakarta for quite a long time. They haven't seen each other again until now. Then how could they be okay?

"Yes, they're fine." Mia smiled at her father.

Perhaps it was because of that answer that could save Mia from another barrage of questions. And sure enough, with that answer, Mr. Felix simply nodded and breathed a sigh of relief.

Tonight Mia rests. Her tiredness made Mia sleep well. He didn't even know Mr. Felix was coming to see him tonight. Mia's unlocked bedroom door allows Mr. Felix to easily enter Mia's room.

"You must be tired of great boys. Forgive me Papa who was late to find you. Forgive Papa who can't take care and give Papa affection since you're a baby. But Papa promised, from then until whenever Papa's affection will never run out for you." Mr. Felix rubbed Mia's head gently.

Mia just flinched without opening her eyes. Mia's pretty face while sleeping reminds her of Ms. Ningsih, Mia's biological mother. The woman that Mr. Felix loved to this day.

"I haven't been to Bandung in a long time" said Mr Felix.

The town where Bu Ningsih is buried. He immediately contacted the person in Bandung. The person he had been assigned to take care of the house and tomb of Bu Ningsih.

Mr. Felix can smile happily when he receives the news if everything is taken care of properly. In recent years he never visited the tomb of Bu Ningsih. But a thread of prayer he never said to the woman he loved so much.

Tonight some of Mr. Felix's purposeful work was done at home. Hoping to come home early tomorrow to accompany Mia to meet with Riri. So busy, he fell asleep in his study.

Mia who doesn't know Mr. Felix sleeps in the study thinking that her father has left for the office without waking her up. But when Mia is about to leave, she sees her father's car still parked in the garage. Mia returned home and checked her father into the room. There aren't. Even the bed is so neat.

"Where are you?" mumble Mia.

Mia tried to contact Mr. Felix by phone. He scrunched his forehead when he heard the ringing of a cell phone not far from where he was standing.

Slowly Mia opened the door of the tightly closed room. He was shocked when he saw his father squirm when he heard the sound of the money door opening.

"Oh my goodness, Papa" said Mia.

"Ah, what time is it?" asked Mr. Felix when he saw Mia was neat.

Looking at the hour that was already noon, Mr. Felix rushed to take a bath and prepared. While Mia had already left because she did not want to be late with the meeting.

Mia smiled happily as all the meetings went well today. But he can't be too happy because there's still a second meeting for tomorrow. Utilizing the rest of her time, Mia waited for Mr. Felix to escort her to meet with Riri.

As planned, he wanted to meet Riri while going to Germany. Think of it while diving drinking water. Rian needs Riri's answer. Had Riri been unwilling to return with Rian, Mia had a responsibility to make Rian accept all of that reality.

But it turns out that everything is different. Not what Mia had thought before. Riri received well his arrival and Mr. Felix. A warm chat at the beginning of the meeting left Mia still trying to guess. Until Riri finally confesses his feelings.

There was still so much love in his heart. But he tried to hide it from anyone in the hope that the feeling would disappear over time. But Mia's questions leave her open to admit her remaining sense.

"Then why would you ignore Rian if that sense still exists?" ask Mia.

"I don't deserve to be happy when I know that Shelin is hurt just to see Mas Rian happy with me. I feel too evil" said Riri.

"But Shelin has retreated. Rian is also trying to fight for you" said Mia.

"I'm not sure about our relationship going forward. It would be a lot of blasphemy if the public knew my relationship with Mas Rian" said Riri.

Mia quiet. It was true what Riri thought. It's not just Riri actually. Anyone who is close to Rian will be a blasphemy. The public will definitely judge if that woman is what caused Rian's relationship with Shelin to end.

"Then did you close the chance for Rian?" ask Mia.

"Maybe right now, yes" replied Riri.

"Currently? Mean later?" ask Mia.

"I'm in college again. Maybe two more years are over. If for two years Mas Rian had come and convinced me of that feeling, maybe the answer would have been different." Riri seemed to be breathing so deeply.

"If it doesn't?" ask Mia.

Riri knows two years is not a short time. Moreover, the hope of Rian since a long time ago who wanted to marry young. It was likely that Rian would not be able to wait that long. But he also cannot ignore his ideals for the sake of love that may have been broken.
