Is experience not the best teacher?

Yes, and the experience of being a PTSD fighter led me as an amateur writer. Greetings know me again, Hana, who is still struggling with anxiety and anxiety. Both can come without a sign. They came in disrespectfully and ransacked common sense.

Here I am not expecting mercy. It took extra courage that scared me. Fear if this confession actually gives distance between us. Fear of other people's views, too.

Just enjoy this tiring world with the most beautiful laziness you can carve. It doesn't matter if you feel the world doesn't need you and you feel wasted.

Satisfy yourself with the solitude that sometimes difficult for others to get. Find a way to calm yourself. It's not easy and sometimes desperate, but rest assured only you can do so much for yourself.

Your life, yours .. yes that's what I've always believed.

Still remember in CHAPTER 30 I once said “if around them there are sufferers too, do not add down and disappointed”? Right, the suffering figure I meant was around them back then ME.

For readers who have asked me if I was a doctor or medical student because of my knowledge of PTSD, do you think I could be a patient?😄
