Aara is Not Lara

Aara is Not Lara
Trouble

There were three more days left before Ara held a thesis hearing. But his mind was not troubled by the tension of the trial he had to face. The voice and disappointed look of Rava filled Ara's imagination. The tension of the last meeting left the two unresolved issues.

Staring at the ceiling of the room in blue sea with sadness, Ara was struck by anxiety. Not that he did not want Rava, nor did he want to stop the marriage that had been dreamed of. Ara only asked for a little more time for the wedding to be postponed, just one year.

But now there are actually both compact to silence each other. Ara who is not used to acting first and is open to her feelings certainly feels very difficult with Rava's silence. While Rava this time is very wanted to be understood by Ara.

“I just want to fight for a while. Have my own income that I can give to Mama, Papa. At least I can take Jona and Rian for a walk. I just want to make my family proud and happy to enjoy the results of my own efforts, even if only a little.” Ara murmured softly with her eyelids closing slowly.

Still warmly remembered Ara when the work of Papa Yudith suffered a setback and eventually bankrupt. At that time Ara was still sitting in the 4th grade of Primary School. Commonly used motors must be sold to meet the needs of life. Lucky at that time Mama Lauritz still has a bicycle that can be used to drive Ara to school.

Not to mention if you remember Papa Yudith at that time who worked hard hard to become a sea water pelvis for fish traders to be willing not to go home for a few days because it saves money. Until at any time it will never be erased from the memory of Ara.

If asked where the savings went, then the answer is all drained. Bankrupt and in debt to buy tempe only difficulty, and, Ara will never forget how beautiful the life she had to live with little Jona and Rian who are still in the womb of Mama Lauritz.

At least Ara wanted to work and become a great Big Brother to Jona and Rian. Can realize the wishes of his two younger siblings without dizziness on the nominal he must pay. Only briefly Ara wants to ask Rava for time or maybe enough until Ara gets the job and enjoys the results.

In addition, Ara also wants to contribute a little to the capital of her marriage with Rava. Indeed Rava has more everything, but Ara does not want to immediately charge everything to Rava.

“Why so gini anyway?” Said Ara softly with a hoarse voice. The throat is blocked until it is difficult to pass air in to fill the lungs.

Dada Ara rumbled sadly as Rava accused her of not wanting the marriage. In fact, Ara has been secretly harboring fear if one day Rava will throw it away.

Geck.

Geck.

Geck.

“Kak.?” Suddenly the voice of Papa Yudith was heard from behind the door of Ara's room along with the sound of the door leaf being knocked.

“Sleeping capacity?” Once again Papa Yudith's voice was heard.

Walking nonchalantly towards the door of her room, Ara occasionally let out a long breath, hoping that the rumble in the chest would soon disappear. Even so, Ara forgot that the look in her eyes held a million jitters.

Chequek.

Opening the door of the room and standing in the doorway, Ara looked closely at Papa Yudith who was watching her. “Why, Pa?” Ara asked excitedly.

“Down first, below there is Rava.” Said Papa Yudith as he slowly scrambled Ara's hair. While Ara did not believe the words that Papa Yudith said.

“Shortly.” Turning her back, Ara ran to take a hairband and polished a little of her face with potluck powder.

As fast as lightning Ara caught up with Papa Yudith while tying her hair. The doubtful footsteps brought Ara's body with a heartbeat that was getting firmer. Right in the living room looks like Rava chatting lightly with Mama Lauritz around fried dumplings. But the conversation was interrupted when Ara and Papa Yudith joined.

“Sit next to Rava, Brother!” Mama Lauritz's orders to Ara were clearly mandatory.

“Rava has a story with Papa.” Papa Yudith broke the silence, and Ara turned to look at Rava with questioning eyes. Many bad things that came to pass as allegations of complaints Rava on Papa Yudith. One of them is of course their debate which is dominated by the insistent attitude of Ara does not want to get married in the near future.

Squeezing his fingers nervously, Ara slowly lowered her head. I want it to feel like Ara avoids the sudden chat that she has not been able to face.

“Now because there is a Brother here, once again Papa would like to ask. Is it true that you want your fiancee to get married next year?” Papa Yudith's question raised Ara's bowed face. Strayed with a look of confusion, Ara glanced at Rava who was smiling stiffly.

“Iya, Pa.” Answer Rava briefly. As powerful as Rava covered the disappointment in his heart. Showing a smile as if the statement was all at the whim of the two of them.

“Which sister wants?” Mama Lauritz asked without further ado. It was clearly visible from the look in Ara and Rava's eyes. Not to mention the relationship of the two that seemed tenuous a few days back.

“Solve your two talk first. I'm sure there's still something you haven't talked about. Here Mama does not demand you should get married immediately, but than dating if it is serious it is better to get married.” Mama Lauritz advised the young couple in front of her.

“Make you, Rav, Mama and Papa do not ask to marry your child with a luxury party or dowry of fantastic value. Even if later you want to make something luxurious, it is your choice. But only one that Mama and Papa ask for, do not forget to share to people who are more in need. Do you understand what Mama means? Minimal invite children home.” Mama Lauritz said again, looking at Rava and Ara alternately while expressing the contents of his thoughts which are often the subject of negotiations to accompany sleep time with Papa Yudith.

Standing up from her seat, Mama Lauritz pushed Papa Yudith's shoulder slowly to leave. “Udah, Pa. Now let Brother and sister Rava discuss the matter of the two of them first. Give them time to unite their minds. Mama doesn't want anyone to regret between those two kids.”

“Kakak don't want to work first Ma.” Said Ara venturing out, interrupting the awkwardness that almost materialized between Rava and Ara who was about to be left behind.

“Kakak can not love anything for Mama Sama Papa. Married after graduation? Brother feels useless if Brother does not work first.” Imbuh Ara spoke with a buzzing sound and breath choked. The success of that stopped Mama Lauritz movement that forced Papa Yudith to leave immediately.
