In the taxi, not a word was said from Cleantha's lips. He just stared out the car window while squeezing his own hand. I hope his sadness will soon pass.
If he could live without a king, now he could. His main priority at this time was his career as well as his father's recovery.
Keyla looked towards her sister who looked fragile and shaken.
"Clea, there's no need to be sad about your divorce. Your decision is correct. You are still young. You still have a long way to go to meet other men. What matters is that your soul mate must be a man who doesn't have a partner yet."
Cleantha turned to Keyla. His eyes showed that he doubted his brother's words.
"I don't want to talk about a soul mate, sister. Who is the man who accepts me anyway? I'm just a widow, second ex-wife."
Keyla held her sister's shoulder. He felt Cleantha's tiny body trembling. Perhaps his brother already loved King Adhiyaksa, so he felt heartbroken when he had to separate from the man.
"Who said young widows can't marry again? There are many men out there who prefer widows to virgins. Moreover, you do not have children. Your chances are still great to get a new man."
Keyla squinted her eyes.
"If the Lord King really loved you, he would have gone after you and divorced his first wife. The proof is that he didn't do anything. That means he only thinks of you as a bed warmer, nothing more. So forget about the double-hearted man like Lord King."
"Yes, sister" Cleantha replied.
"I've also sent Sister Novi home. I don't want us to owe the Lord King any more. Now remove your tears and start a new life" Keyla said.
Upon arriving home, Ana immediately nagged Cleantha. His style is still as it used to be, pretending to be parents who are victims of injustice.
"Clea, where have you been? What exactly did you do to Lord King until Sister Novi had to leave here? If he's not around, Auntie's gonna have to suffer. Every day take care of your father, cook, clean the house. Aunty is old but even used as a maid in this house. Don't you have any mercy on Auntie?" ana Cerocos.
Cleantha reluctantly answered Ana's scolding. He just walked straight to his father's room.
"The Cleantha's habit. Never respect the parents" Ana grumbled.
"Listen yes, Auntie. Aunty should be grateful to still be able to stay and eat for free here. Cleantha and I work in an office, while Auntie is unemployed at home. It's Aunt's duty to take care of Dad because he's Aunt's husband. No need to dramatize the situation. Better Aunt sleep now," asserted Keyla leaving Ana.
Ana could only glare at Keyla's sharp innuendo. Actually, he was upset with both of his stepchildren. Unfortunately it is undeniable that he is financially dependent on them. Inevitably, he had to succumb to the two girls for a while.
Cleantha opened the door slowly and walked into her father's room. Seeing that her father was sound asleep, Cleantha did not have the heart to wake him.
It felt like he was lying on his father's lap crying. Suffering and shedding his sorrow. But he could not add to his father's burden. The middle-aged man had already suffered enough against his illness. Let this burden be borne by itself. No matter how hard it is, time will heal everything.

Mr. Darma invited a man in a black suit into the King's office.
"Excuse me, Lord King," said the man bowing.
"Please sit down, Mr. Mateo," the king told the man in his early fifties.
"I'm calling you here to take care of my divorce with my second wife, Cleantha Hastomo" the King said, handing over a prenuptial agreement signed by Cleantha.
Mr. Mateo received the file and read it carefully.
"Sir, your marriage will end next year. Why do you want to speed up the divorce now?"
"Because last night I said my talaq to Cleantha. I want the process to be expedited legally. Cleantha agreed to it anyway. There is no division of property and I will not be present at the trial either. Divorce can be decided quickly. How long do you need?" ask King.
"If Madam Cleantha is also not present at the trial, about three months of the process could be completed, sir."
"Okay, Lord King. I'll prepare it at your request" the lawyer said.
The king escorted Mr. Mateo out of his study. At the door, he meets Zevira.
"King, why did you call Mateo? And where's Cleantha? I didn't see him this morning. And last night I saw him coming home" asked Zevira, pretending to be a fool.
The king let out a long sigh while floating an ice-cold look at Zevira.
"I'm sick of your cipher, Vira. You must have known that Cleantha and I were separated. I'm calling Mr. Mateo to take care of my divorce. But don't be happy just yet, because after this divorce I'll never come back to you. Maybe I'll marry another woman or find a lover. There was nothing I could not do" said the King, walking away.
Zevira held her husband's hand, as if she could not believe what she had just heard.
"King, you still want to get married again? Is it not enough with me? I'll devote my life to you and Ivyna."
The king turned his face and looked at Zevira full of hatred.
"You think I'm stupid and don't know what you're doing? There was no way Fendi would suddenly trap Alvian and Cleantha for no reason. I'm gonna force him to tell me who told him to. If it turns out you're the mastermind, then I must have divorced you and kicked you out of here. Your fate will be the same as Cleantha's. I don't care anymore about your deformed state or your status as my daughter's mother" the King threatened.
"King, I don't understand what you mean. I'm here to comfort you, but you're accusing me. I still love you so much. I'm even willing to be cheated on by you all this time to make up for my mistakes. My only desire is to maintain the integrity of our household" Zevira said in a trembling voice.
The king threw out his hand and left Zevira without speaking.
A thread of tears drenched Zevira's cheeks. His hope of uniting with the King was dashed already. All his efforts to get rid of Cleantha turned out to be unable to make the King return to her.
"You're outrageous King! Whatever woman you're going to marry, I swear I'll get rid of her,"
muttered Zevira felt hurt.

Cleantha pushed her father's wheelchair to take him for a walk in the afternoon. He spent his weekends accompanying his father all the time.
Mr. Sigit's face was radiant. She is happy because Cleantha says she will stay forever at home like she used to.
"Dad, next week I'll take Dad to a tourist spot? I need to breathe fresh air right out of nature. Do you want to?" ask Cleantha.
Mr. Sigit nodded happily. He has not traveled outside the home for a long time. And now that Cleantha is back, she is excited again to live her life.
"So soon Dad, there's a call coming in" said Cleantha, taking her phone from a sling bag.
"Good afternoon, sorry who's this with?" ask Cleantha.
A heavy man's voice came from behind the phone.
"Sore, Miss Cleantha. I'm Mateo, the lawyer of Lord King Adhiyaksa. Does Madam have time today? I'd like to talk about Mrs' divorce with Mr. King."
Cleantha gasped for a moment. It was unexpected that the King acted so quickly to take care of their divorce. It seemed that what Keyla said was true, that he had to remove the King from his mind.
"Can, Sir. But don't meet me at home. Just tell me where it is, I'll see you soon."
"I wait for the Madam's arrival in an hour at the Steak Youth restaurant. I'll send my picture to Madam's cell phone, so she won't be confused looking for me there."
"Well, sir, thank you" Cleantha said.
