The Thousand Mask Warrior

The Thousand Mask Warrior
The Third Lesson - The Path of All Forms

Baharuddin Labbiri did keep his promise, he meant it. His attacks are not wasteful. Consideration of attacking steps and decisions becomes more directed.

Silat Tomoi became impure again. Baharuddin Labbiri obviously did not want to just playfully introduce the fighting style of influence of the Siamese people. For a Jayaseta level, giving lessons, a little introduction is enough. The warrior can instantly master it. So it is impossible that he was just ignorant to use Silat Tomoi only who was able to be mastered Jayaseta blink of an eye, while as a teacher, he was able to use a variety of techniques that had been taught to his students.

Baharuddin Labbiri more often gives a kind of bluff and attack trick. Short kicks to Jayaseta's waist and legs were launched. If Jayaseta is provoked into a counterattack, Baharuddin Labbiri will trap him.

Silat Tomoi became something very different. Jayaseta finally got the fight and lessons he deserved. Baharuddin Labbiri managed to deceive Jayaseta.

Jayaseta had first been watered by the knowledge of the characteristics of Tomoi silat, so he was very attentive and absorbed his knowledge. But, how did he know that the Tun Master changed his movements at will. In some forms of deception, assault, dodging, stalking and patching, Baharuddin Labbiri incorporated elements of all Malay Gayong Silat styles previously performed by the four Malay Gayong Tiger warriors whom Jayaseta had encountered. The difference is, the ability of the Tun Master is indeed many times great.

Jayaseta was finally entangled with the game of changing the style of Baharuddin Labbiri who he thought would just use Silat Tomoi.

Baharuddin Labbiri's moves melted in a new style. Baharuddin Labbiri exclaimed, "It is time for you to accept my moves which I have named the Jurus of All Forms!" yells.

Baharuddin Labbiri bent one knee then the other straight selonjor forward. His horses were extremely low, while both of his hands trembled and formed a kind of flower. Jayaseta understood that the Tun Guru was gathering pure energy in the channeled into his palms.

He means it.

What is the Straight of All Forms? Jayaseta. The question was answered when Baharuddin Labbiri jumped forward and attacked with a sequence of moves mixed in one attack.

The claw with the left hand, followed by a fist with the right hand, then spin giving an elbow attack, then jump by thrusting the knee, last turning and detonating the power in with both palms.

The mood slowly boomed. The spectators were still doubtful whether it was true that this time the unknown swordsman had really lost? They could not doubt the short-sightedness of the teacher, even this time they got convincing evidence of how great their Tun Master was. It's just that, not without reason their opinions and thoughts are wrong.

Jayaseta got up slowly. He rubbed his chest.

The empty-handed silat lesson between himself and Baharuddin Labbiri was never thought to be the longest fight he had ever experienced, besides of course when he received a kanuragan lesson from his previous teacher, Grandpa Keling, and his father, when studying the Thunder Kicks of the South.

"You have to get used to this kind of fight, Jayaseta. Later you will understand with my advice after reaching the land of Siam," said Baharuddin Labbiri as if he could read Jayaseta's mind.

Jayaseta himself understood, he was deliberately trying to get a lesson from this fight.

"After you understand the lesson I learned, Jayaseta, let's just finish our fight. Please use your true abilities. This time, it was me, the father who asked for you," continued Baharuddin Labbiri again as if reading the warrior's mind.

Jayaseta stroked and patted her chest. He looked around, seeing the spirit and curiosity imprinted on the faces of the disciples of Baharuddin Labbiri. He also swept the eyes of his colleagues, Datuk Mas Kuning and his wife, Dara Cempaka. The girl smiled at him. Her face was incredibly sweet and charming. The smile was full of trust and pride. Jayaseta suddenly realized that his second wife was also a swordsman.

Ah, he should finish this fight immediately, he thought.
