The Thousand Mask Warrior

The Thousand Mask Warrior
Fifth Part of the Battle - Parang Pandat

Not only Jipen and Kumang who are slaves, and former slaves, there are still a dozen more people who during their stay in the village under the leadership of Temenggung Bears work without pay, constantly doing household, farm or construction work just for the sake of their own food and safety.

Now they're free. Only, less than half of the jipen or slaves who decided to make the best use of their freedom, left the village. The rest, feeling no longer have life and future, other than grudges due to being uprooted from their origin.

Now the remaining jeepens took their machetes, some picked up do or spears from the dead village Daya warriors.

Do Temenggung Bear still roaring quickly, chopping back and forth. The owner of the magician himself standing in the middle of the field raised his hands, arranged his flight from there.

Biaju soldiers like to fight alone, busy holding the flutter do with a shield or dodge as much as possible. Back, the victims increased by two, killed by falling do in some parts of their bodies. It can't go on like this, or any minute, all the Biaju soldiers will just die.

"Fight me, Bear! I'm right here. I'm your real opponent!" shouted Commander Asuam echoed. Do back into the hands of the Temenggung Bear.

Commander Asuam immediately appeared as soon as possible and as quickly as he could hear the appearance of the Temenggung Bear and its lunge to destroy the Biaju soldiers.

Commander Asuam is clearly much younger than the Temenggung Bear. His age is estimated at the end of forties, facing the Temenggung who can already be said to be old and elders.

But what does age mean. Is it not clearly known that Temenggung Bears are a warrior and a very dangerous fighter?

Commander Asuam took something from the leather pouch on his waist, put it in his mouth, chewed it while muttering a spell.

The Biaju soldiers retreated, understanding what was going on. The battle between two powerful leaders was inevitable.

Siam and Ireng metered against the bullies. Both were injured in parts of their bodies. Given that Commander Asuam was unwilling to shed their blood, it was already an incredible fortune. Another reason is when suddenly a Biaju soldier came screaming for him and said they had found Temenggung Bears who were making a mess of troops.

Thus, Ireng and Siam were abandoned by the Commander. In a matter of a few breaths, both of them would definitely be killed ganged up and chopped off.

It was then that Jayaseta came and turned things around. The figure of the warrior select the match wearing the mask moved so nimbly, tearing the stomach of one soldier and incising longitudinal and cross wounds on the chests of two more soldiers. The remaining three soldiers ran backwards avoiding Jayaseta's ferocity.

"Ireng, Siam, please help me find Dara. I hope he is not wounded or captured by the enemy. Sorry to have to make you bother again" pinta Jayaseta.

Ireng and Siam clearly did not mind the swordsman's request at all. Just now this guy saved their lives, certainly helping him was an inevitability. Especially this is related to Dara Cempaka.

Do who flew towards him was pushed aside with his bare left hand. The do bounced off without injuring at all the hand that fended it off. Apparently Commander Asuam has been preparing the science of immunity and fishing for energy in the occult using the material contained in the plant he is chewing.

Do floated back into the hands of Temenggung Bear who looked straight at his opponent with his two bone-white eyeballs.

Commander Asuam also looks to be more ferocious than before. His face turned red and his mouth kept chewing.

He gave a sign to his soldiers who immediately came and changed the Commander's do with another weapon.

The name of the weapon is Parang Pandat, although there are also those who call it Camping, Parang Pandat or Do Tangkitn.

When compared to do, obviously one of the sharp weapons of this Power person is quite different. Pandat machetes have short, heavy, one-sided blades with handles made of iron or deer horns. While the weapons given by Biaju soldiers are made of iron.

This type of sword does not have a true or true handle protector, but rather a small crossbar made of iron or bone made across the middle of the handle.

After feeling his grip on this Pandat Parang already crowed, the Commander darted forward to attack quickly towards Temenggung Bear.

This battle had an indescribable speed and power. Both are slippery like eels but are clay and strong like rhinos.

Commander Asuam cut the chest, neck and head of Temenggung Bear, and vice versa.

Two to three initial attacks are avoided by the Temenggung Bear with a fast kink. Parang Pandat roared, even giving a sound that could really be heard by everyone around the battlefield.

Temenggung Bears initially still did not give a counterattack, until the fourth and fifth sabetage hit his upper arms and shoulders.

NAH!!

NAH!!

Parang Pandat as if cutting mountain rock. The wrinkled skin of the Temenggung was not injured at all. Immunity was also not uncommon and commonplace for the two leaders of this group.

Temenggung Bears finally did not bother to avoid the attack of Commander Asuam. He let two more bumps nest in his body. The reply of the Temenggung finally hit the waist and lower part of the body of Commander Asuam.

In three ways, both of them are buying and selling sabetan and sharp weapon stabbing. Sparks of fire were seen when once two iron blades collided.

In plain sight it can be seen that the two fighters are in different worlds. The soldiers imagined it would take less than two moves for the non-expert before their bodies were cut into pieces and killed in pieces.

It's just that, for people with low knowledge, this fight is like a balanced each other, where the two fighters are impenetrable to each other's weapons so it will be difficult to see who is superior.

In fact, Temenggung Bear is clearly superior. His do attack targeted various parts of the body of Commander Asuam. The strength of the attack and the precision of the Temenggung made the commander of the city. Although his body is immune, there is a certain part of his body that is a weakness, which Temenggung Bear is looking for.

The Commander himself felt his Pandat Parang just snatch and try to cut the mountain boulder, absolutely unable to penetrate it.

Sure enough, Commander Asuam lost his balance and chose to roll back as quickly as possible. Blood splattered from the wound on his inner thigh. That is the weakness of the Commander.

Some boats docked to the river bank not far from the ulin wooden fortress slowly.

The passengers disembarked with various weapons, including several loaded shotguns. Its users are well-trained Javanese shooting and filling rifles with p*eluru in just one breath.

These people, including dozens of other Javanese armed with spears, machete, swords and kris on their waists, ran directly behind the ulin wooden fortress to enter and take part in the battle.

"Damn it, we were ripped off!" said one of the leaders of the Daya forces who had already been in the front of the fort. There they only found the bodies of some Biaju soldiers and a few civilians who were victims.

The leader of this force got a report from two Daya soldiers who were helped by Jayaseta and asked to report to the other soldiers that indeed the real fight was behind the village, under the hill, where the citizens live.

Before long they saw Punyan emerge from behind the trees. "True, we have to go back. I think the enemy forces are already filling the inside of our fortress. This is all because we have been betrayed by insiders, slaves" Punyan said.

There was no time to be surprised and ask. It's all clear for now that they have to help the back line. Any questions can be made later, if they are still alive.

Dozens of these soldiers turned around and ran as fast as they could to it. Punyan took a deep breath and caught up with them.

Behind the trees, near the mound of the ground, the lifeless body of Kumang's mole lay. Punyan put the body there and wanted to bury it as a wife, not a slave or a jeep, after all this was over and the village could be successfully retaken.
