Chapter 31: Office of the Knights

Not felt yesterday we went to the headquarters of the bandits, caught by them, then had a fierce fight.

I sat down on one of the chairs that had been provided, followed by Shin, Mika and the others. The six of us sat down at each other's places. The knight woman was standing by the door with one other knight.

There are many knights in this place.

"Well, welcome to the brave adventurers. Introduce, my name is Oslei. The chief knight of this city." Oslei welcomed us quite kindly.

"First of all, I really appreciate you guys for eradicating the bandits in this region, as well as saving the people kidnapped by them. I don't know how you can find their hiding place, most importantly they've all been overcome.

Secondly, since what you have done is not in demand in the adventurer guild, then you will not receive any rewards from them."

I almost got up to protest, but the man resumed speaking.

"For that, we knights will reward you personally for what you have done."

The six of us left and left the room. The female knight again led us to the waiting room to pick up the items that were tipped, then continued out of the knight's office.
