“I miss you so much, Ara. This time, I will not let you go. No will.”
I don't know how many times the sentence was ringing in the head of Kuara. He tried to throw her away, but the voice still haunted him. Make him unfocused while eating his dinner.
“Hhhffh.” Unknowingly, Kuara even sighed. Makes her father and mother look astonished at her.
“Some are disturbed by the presence of massalu.” Babble Lisa while feeding food into Micha's mouth.
“Last time? Who?” Search Arya.
“Dad, do you remember the Clouds?”
And Kuara still hasn't heard that Dad and his mom are talking about Clouds. He was drowning in his own mind.
“Awan?” Arya seemed to remember the name that she seemed to have heard. “Oh! That cloud?”
Lisa immediately nodded her head while laughing.
“Why with the Cloud?”
“That kid, we met him earlier. He has changed so much that he is getting handsome and dashing.”
“Waaah. Did ya? Is that what made your daughter daydream for an hour?”
Kuara still does not feel that she is the center of attention of her father and mother. Both her parents looked at her with raised eyebrows.
When Kuara sighed for the third time, she just saw the strange expressions of her Father and Mother.
“Why do you guys see me like that?”
“Are you thinking of the Clouds?” Guess Arya directly.
“Hah?! What's?! The clouds?! Why did Ara think of him?” The question from the father made Kuara self-deprecate. His face turned into a blush.
“Hahhaa. Turns out you were thinking about it.”
“Dad! Thats enough. Me, me... I'm going to the room first.”
Already embarrassed, Kuara finally fled into her room.
There was a speck of hope that slowly appeared in his heart. Hope that the Cloud will take him out of the ‘curse’ embedded in him. But at the same time, he was also scared. Afraid that what people say about the curse is true. He did not want to put the Cloud in trouble.
The voice sat on the edge of the bed while looking at the balcony curtains that moved in the wind. He got up and decided to close the window.
His breath choked when he saw the figure of a man who was smiling widely to reveal a row of teeth in front of him. Just across from her room, Awan waved his hand while sitting on the balcony of her room.
“You?!” Show Quara. He was surprised half dead. It was thought that his eyes were experiencing a hallucinatory mirage.
“Hai.” Clouds said as he waved his hand back. “Why just appeared? I've been waiting for you.”
It really is a cloud. The voice is not hallucinating. That's really Ravana.
“Why are you there?”
“This is my home. I just bought it.”
Gosh darn. Whatisthis?
The perfect voice gaped with restraining his own heartbeat. It was completely unexpected with the behavior of the Clouds that greatly shocked him.
Even all day he and the clouds have met three times. In addition, if it turns out that the man bought a house next to the Kuara house, making Kuara speechless again.
“Ara? Why just shut up? You're not happy?”
As much as Kuara's energy trying to restore her facial expression as before. He stared at the expressionless Clouds then turned around and shut the windows of his room tightly.
He leaned his back against the balcony door with both hands still holding his knob. His chest up and down felt that strange, thrilling sensation.
“Hhuuuffhh.” Many times Kuara sighed to relieve her chest.
He looked up as his phone rang on the nightstand. He walked over and picked up the phone from the new number.
“Halo?” The voice did not suspect the number at all. He thought it was one of his students.
“Ra? Why did you leave immediately? Are you mad?”
Clouds. It was the sound of the clouds. The voice kept the phone away from his ear and stared at the unnamed number on his screen.
“How can you get my number?”
“Why? Can't I call you?” The cloud answered Kuara's question with a question.
“Not so..”
“Good.” The clouds immediately interrupted Kuara's sentence. “Color I can directly come to your house with my Papa and Mama if I can't even call you.”
Quotes speechless. He was astonished by the words of the cloud. Whatdoes thatmean?
“Awan, I'm tired. I want to sleep. Tomorrow there's morning class.”
“Before going to bed, come first to the balcony.”
Tut's. Tut's. Tut's.
The man turned off his phone unilaterally. Makes Kuara grunt annoyed. Even so, Kuara still walked to the balcony again.
Something flew and fell right at his feet. It was a paper plane. He looked at the Cloud who was still consistently smiling across the street.
“Good night Ara! Dream of me!”
After saying so, Cloud immediately turned around and closed his balcony. The voice could only frown half irritatedly.
The clouds acted as they pleased. Tell him to come out, after that he just went in after throwing the paper plane.
With a snort Kuara grabbed the paper plane. It was a photo. A picture of her smiling self looking at the sunrise on the Hill of Love first.
I don't know why the clouds have this photo. The voice turned the photo upside down, and behind it was a piece of writing.
‘I miss this smile. A warm smile as warm as light
sun morning.’
Once again Kuara looked at the balcony across from her room. The balcony is closed and dark. The clouds are sleeping.
The clouds were peeking behind the curtains of his window. He smiled when he saw Kuara smiling. He had just returned to the bed when he saw Kuara enter and closed the balcony door.
The voice rested his body on the bed. Look deeply at the sentence embedded behind the photo he holds.
Ravana, that guy has a million ways to make it pound. A million ways to make it soar. A million ways to make her smile engraved.
The voice held onto his chest which continued to thump. The same as before. But there's something different. Now, that debate is interspersed with fear of a possibility that many people have talked about him.
It made the fear continue to grow in his heart. Making his hopes shrivel and hide in the deepest corners of the heart.
Ting.
A message came into his phone. He immediately opened it and read it. It was a message from the cloud.
‘Don't forget to dream me.’
“Hhufh.”
The voice did not reply. He just threw his phone back near the pillow. Then put the picture in the nightstand drawer. Next he positioned himself on the bed and wrapped his body in a blanket. Prepare to go to dreamland.
Dream, will it bring him to meet the Clouds tonight? Like the guy said.
Kuara is 31 years old. And during the time he spent, after his last failure, he never again dared to expect anything over a relationship. And as time went on, he believed what people said about him.
