Armstrong Company, City of London, UK - 10.31 pm.
"Why don't you just go home?" Zach seemed to be blinking when he asked me.
"Too far, anyway I have everything here. Stop being like them, you've put too many of your men in this building to keep me company."
"You didn't do it because you were upset with them, did you?"
"No. You see that pile of documents over there? I'm busy working."
I glanced at my broken desk.
"But this is too much ... They're worried about you, Elisha."
I was silent for a moment thinking about my parents' concerns and a moment also flashed the matchmaking plan my father wanted.
"You know the man my father wanted?"
"I told you I don't know. I'm not gonna interfere with any of that. Why don't you ask yourself?"
I rolled my eyeballs hearing the advice Zach gave me.
"You know I'll never refuse my father's wishes. Just this time, can you find her secretly?"
Zach exhaled a coarse breath before replying, "Can't, Elisha. You know it violates privacy. Your father would be so disappointed and wouldn't trust me again if I did."
I frowned at Zach's rejection before moving off the sofa.
"Once, I want to rest. Tell him I'm fine and this weekend I'll be home for dinner with the Bradleys."
Zach also seems lazy to linger in this building. He got up from his seat and said, "Alright, lock your break room. Never bring Dereck in."
"Yes .. yes .. yes."
Shortly after Zach left the building, I sent a message to Dereck.
'Where are you? Zach is gone. Hurry up and bring the ingredients if you want me to concoct them. I've been sleepy.'
No reply from Dereck. Is he enjoying his beautiful sleep with the bitch? I decided to call him and just then I realized Dereck's phone ringing was heard. I looked for the source and sure enough, it turns out Dereck forgot his phone.
Idiotically.
I picked up the phone that was tucked away on the edge of the sofa. The bastard did not even give the password to his mobile phone. Just now I want to put the phone on the table, suddenly there is a message coming in.
Leon's?
Just writing, 'Yes.'
I opened up the chatter of what they had previously done.
Dereck, 'Claras. He's back, he wants to see you at your usual place this weekend. You coming?'
"Claras?"
I opened another message containing Dereck and the woman's conversation.
Clara, 'Let's meet at a regular club this weekend. Just a regular reunion celebrating our reunion. I hope Leon is present, too.'
Dereck, 'I'll ask.'
I was still silent after reading the message. Clara. I've been telling women what Leon's past has been like.
They're not lovers, I don't know for sure because Dereck said Leon never felt more in love with a woman than he does with me.
Dereck tells the story that Clara is a former agent who once worked with Zach. However, for reasons unknown to many, he chose to quit. Dereck said, for one reason only, he was tired because his feelings were never avenged by Leon.
What did they do that made me so angry? You guys must remember a time when Leon dragged me around rudely in Zach's hotel. At that time he treated me like a bitch and I really hated him being so rude.
And that's what they've been doing all along. Leon never felt attached to the woman, but the woman was the opposite. I can't imagine how far they're going, but it's really stifling.
I've always thought, how Dereck always said Leon was a rude bastard. In fact, he is like that. His figure that even looked extremely rude made many people frightened. He also did the same when he treated a woman in his bed.
I clasped Dereck's phone tightly before putting it roughly on the table. I don't know why my heart is so sick right now.
Just this morning I went back to asking Leon about his return. He just replied he did not know for sure and until now has not sent me any message.
I'm trying to endure this pain.I believe what Dereck said is true. Leon thought I was different, Leon always held himself back for me.
She gave me comfort as a woman, even though she was rude and almost destroyed me. He tried not to repeat it and I tried to forget it too.
But until when? My confidence shrunk until the woman's name was re-imagined. Does Leon still want it?
Being intimate was certainly not a rare word for her, but I was well aware that we never actually did. Imagining that in my head, it made me grieve so many women who had slept with him.
Ccq ...
Suddenly the door of my room opened. Dereck's smile just appeared. He walked quickly towards me while raising the pouch he was carrying.
"Hey, you'll be surprised by what I'm carrying."
I tried to cover my broken mood.
"Yeah, whatever. Whatever origin don't bring illegal drugs here."
"Of course not. I got a new item from Zach's club. It's very expensive, to get it I have to bribe Zach's female employees with a little muscle stretching."
"Ah, I thought you'd be going home in a really good mood."
Dereck and I were sitting on the brewing table behind my office. This is a special place to make drinks and relax. Opposite it is a medium-sized room space that I often use to sleep if I am reluctant to go home.
I opened the bag Dereck was carrying. Ah, Dereck's got some pretty weird stuff. What is this powder?
"Are you sure this isn't a drug?"
"No. Zach can't sell this at his club. I didn't ask any further, but I heard it's a modified powdered drink that tastes like vodka when blended with beer ."
"You kidding?! Your throat's gonna shatter if this doesn't work."
"I brought this to you."
He returned to bring out his disgusting smile. I exhaled a rough breath before saving back the item Dereck had brought.
"Alright, I'll concoct it later. I should try to dilute it first. Maybe this time you can taste my wine. You got no problem with this?"
I gave Dereck one bottle of my expensive wine and left him. I really don't have the taste to drink wine with him. All I wanted was to lie down on my bed along with the disappointment that was still stirring me.

Weekends ...
Armstrong's Mension, Newcastle (Tyle and Wear), UK - 09.12 pm.
Dinner was over, but as usual, the parents were always talking about the unimportant. Just look, Kyle was even very bored as he moved the glass containing wine.
'Hey, Zach asked me where you were.' I sent Dereck a short message.
Before long the reply from Dereck appeared, 'What's the matter? Aren't I free tonight? Come on, I made an appointment with someone else. Just tell him I'm at The Bullets Club. I'm gonna turn off my phone, so don't bother me.'
I smiled because I was lucky to have such an amazingly stupid Dereck. Is he not suspicious? I refilled my wine glass while typing a message for someone who was bored up ahead.
'Hey, are you bored? I'm sick of it, you want to get out?'
Kyle glanced at me and nodded.
"Mom, can Kyle and I leave this table? There's something we need to talk about."
"Of course, honey."
Nice, smooth running. I immediately picked up my wine glass and slightly gestured to Kyle. He followed me to the inside of the mension towards the pool area. I immediately pulled Kyle's hand towards the dark side.
"Hey, what's going on?!"
"Shut up, Kyle. I want to ask you for help. Help me out the missions secretly. I want to catch wet the bastard who lied to me. He's at The Bullets Club, do you know that place?"
Kyle was watching me from the bottom up.
"Yeah, I know ... I just realized you're very different this time."
"Really, am I too sexy tonight?"
"Hmm, I guess."
The shoes I wear are also gold-colored heels. My long hair deliberately I tied a ponytail and the make up I used also looks striking. I put a lot of energy into being like this.
"So are you gonna help me?"
"You mean?"
"Come on, you're just gonna take me there. I went home with Dereck because he was there too. I promise it won't be long. Tell my parents when I get out that I'm tired and want to sleep. I'll sneak into your car."
"I'm not sure you'll be okay if I leave it there."
"Come on, Dereck's there, so it's okay."
He looked at me for a long time before finally giving up and turning his body away from me. He walked over and said, "Go to my car."
I smiled in satisfaction and immediately went out the mession through another exit. I secretly got into Kyle's car without anyone knowing. Just coming out of the mansion, the gatekeeper of the Missions didn't know I was hiding in the back bench.

A few minutes later ...
The Bullets Club, Newcastle - 10.07 pm.
"You know this club?"
"of course. This club is usually visited by the elite because there are rarely any problems."
I glanced a long time at Kyle, it seems like he's been there too.
I checked my makeup through the rearview mirror of the car. It's flawless. I just wanted to get out, but I glanced at Kyle.
"Hey, where's your perfume?"
He stared at me and gave me his perfume after he was busy rummaging through the small storage box in his car. I sprayed the perfume on my neck and neck before I got out of the car.
I'll see how much Leon can hold back his anger with what I did tonight. Replies to your lies, Leon.
I entered a club that was not really big. A little surprised because just before getting inside here I had to pay. Fortunately I didn't leave my clutch.
I looked all over and found the people I was looking for right in the corner of the room approaching the bar table. From here I can see Leon's back.
The woman was exactly what Dereck described. He had a cold face that was almost the same as Leon, looking equally haughty.
At first, I tried to be patient sitting quietly observing them. However, it did not last long when I found a sight I did not like. The woman made eye contact with Leon several times.
My patience is over, Leon.
I slowly walked closer to them. Dereck looked up at me right behind Leon. His actions turned out to be followed by the two people who followed his direction.
No one seems to like my presence. Before sitting down and greeting them, I first kissed Dereck's cheek.
"Am I bothering you?"
No one answered. I saw Leon clenching his hands on the table staring at Dereck. And then turned to stare intently at me.
What was? Here I am the betrayed. Why does he even look emotional. For a moment I smiled at the woman in front of me who also looked unhappy.
"I miss my personal bodyguard. And he didn't return my message, so I decided to follow him."
Oh, poor Dereck. Take it easy, I'll give you something later.
"You promised you wouldn't bother me, Elisha." Dereck finally opened his voice.
"Hey, come on, do I look annoying? What an important meeting you attend that ignores my message. Let's see, oh no! Isn't this my lover? How come you didn't take me to your little meeting."
I stroked Leon's real face a little creepy. He gave off an unpleasant aura. However, I was slightly comforted when I saw the woman's shock. Two people gave off an aura of wanting to kill here.
Leon and Clara.
Slowly Leon held my hand and lowered it onto the table. He gripped her so tightly that I had to endure the pain from her. Dereck and the woman named Clara stared at the clutches of Leon's hand in my hand without blinking.
I ignored him, "Why are you guys quiet? I'm not gonna bother you, I'm just gonna try a drink here. Don't be tense like that."
"Elisa, let's go."
Leon's hand grip tightens. He stood up from his seat, but I didn't want to move.
"I told you I wouldn't bother."
"I'm done with my business."
"And I'm not dealing with you."
I returned Leon's sharp gaze. I don't intend to be submissive right now, I'm still very angry and disappointed. He sat back down, but did not let go of the grip of his hand.
"Don't you feel like you have to let go of your grip. I'm not a bitch you should treat rudely. I'm here to see Dereck, not you."
Dereck and Clara chose to be quiet not to interfere.
Slowly Leon let go of his grip and sure enough, his grip marks were very visible on my wrist. I felt Dereck gulp his own saliva into my hand. Yeah, it hurts.
But, my heart hurts a lot more when I see the woman in front of me still looking at Leon. Leon certainly did not realize this. How could he meet this woman behind me.
"I don't remember ever inviting you?"
Finally this woman spoke. I smiled at him before saying, "I told you I'm here to pick up my bodyguard. Does that bother you guys so much?"
I glanced at Dereck who was raising his two shoulders, while Leon never wanted to answer me.
"Alright, I'll go after ordering a drink."
I raised my hand to call the waiter. I'll make my own drinks. I mentioned my order and the waiter didn't matter.
"So why are you guys just quiet? Do I also have to spend my drinks on the other seats to keep you quiet?"
"No." Leon answered quickly.
"What is your relationship with this woman?"
The woman's question was directed to Leon. Why is this woman so curious. Leon didn't answer the question, he still kept looking at me without turning around and it made me sick. I gripped my dress very hard. I don't give a shit anymore.
"Don't you have to explain something to him, Leon?" I tried to lure him.
"No, I don't have to explain anything."
My order came quickly. Dereck from earlier was already sweating coldly. I've been watching him stiff since I joined this table. Frankly, I always brought my body to Dereck. I don't want to look at the other two people who bother me so much.
"Alright, I'll finish this quickly so you can finish your little meeting. However, you should be satisfied that I don't want Dereck to come. I need it to go home."
I filled ¾ shot glass with Amaretto and the rest with Bacardi 151. I put the small glass into the glass rocks and filled it with beer until it reached the end of the shot glass. I started the fire with Leon's little lighter and the surface of the drink caught fire. The fire color is very blue.
I know they're watching me, but right now my mind is wandering with pain. I don't know if this is how Leon treats me as his woman.
He doesn't know, just a little hurt my trust, then it'll hurt me a lot. I would love to cry out in front of him at this moment. But I can't. That looks pretty low to a woman like me.
"Leon ..." I said his name for a moment.
I blew the blue fire out. I move my index finger around the edge of the rocks glass. I did it over and over again until I finally drank the filling. I finished the drink until it was not left and threw the glass at the table very roughly.
I stood up from my seat and looked at Dereck. He understood and immediately moved from his seat to get out of the club.
While I looked at Leon who was looking back at me, I leaned back and whispered something to him that made him wide and stiff.
After that, I immediately walked out of this club with my heartache.
