Strongest Lady's
Ch. 91 - The End of the War

Fu Cheng landed onto the ground, both of his hands were drenched in blood, so many wounds on his body. His right hand held the head of the Xue Hai Gang that had been separated from his body.

His eyes were still wide open, clearly visible his incredulous gaze before dying.

The giant spiritual beast that the Xue Hai Gang had released was still rampaging over there, but there were so many elders from the Dragon Claw Sect who were facing it.

Fu Cheng threw down the head of the Xue Hai Gang, the man snorted in annoyance before going to help his sect elder.

Losing their sect head, the troops from the Blood Sea Sect began to lose their spirit, gradually retreating regularly into the sect.

While the war was still going on there, Da Feng leaned against the tree to rest himself. He took a deep breath and exhaled slowly, the young man took out a small jade bottle and swallowed all the pills inside.

“Where is he?” he muttered in despair because he never found Weiruo's whereabouts.

Little did he know about his current location, which he knew only a little about the existence of the Blood Sea Cliff that the high level spiritual beast was sealed in.

The burst of flames earlier, Da Feng was sure that there was some connection with the sealed spiritual beast. What he was worried about was the possibility of Weiruo being at the location of the spiritual beast as he last saw Kong Woonji chasing Weiruo there.

“Gosh, no energy at all,” complained Da Feng.

He had already lost so much blood from his injuries, perhaps Da Feng needed quite a lot of time to heal himself.

Da Feng was cross-legged, starting the self-healing process as quickly as possible.

After some time he finally re-opened his eyes, fortunately no one else interfered with the healing process of his body.

Da Feng got up from his position, he stretched his body and lightly stomped his right shoulder which felt sore.

Da Feng again stepped onto the Cliffs of the Blood Sea, his eyes constantly searching around to look for clues to Weiruo's whereabouts, he continued to follow the traces of the remaining fight as clues.

His steps then stopped in front of a cliff that was right above the sea. Suddenly his heart was not calm, he looked around meticulously to look for any signs of Weiruo's whereabouts there.

However, all he could find was a headless corpse doll that splattered everywhere, it was certain that Weiruo was the culprit.

Da Feng checked the surrounding conditions, the ground of the cliff lip looked blackened and the temperature was fairly high, perhaps the effect of the previous burst of fire.

“Don't say you fell there.”

Da Feng looked down, it was not very clear what was under the cliff, which was clearly seawater right down there.

Should he come down? Da Feng was a little confused. However, after thinking for a little while finally the young man decided to find a way down to the bottom of the cliff.

The roar sounded so loud, Da Feng saw from a distance a gigantic spiritual beast that was overwhelmed against the warriors from the Dragon Claw Sect.

“Yeah, they can definitely handle it.”

Da Feng turned his head around to look for a way to the bottom of the cliff, as it was impossible to just jump down there with his current condition.

Long enough Da Feng walked, it was a little difficult to find a way in the middle of the dark of the night. After a long search, Da Feng found a safe way to go down.

“Nak Da Feng.” call Fu Cheng.

“Senior Fu's. What about that spiritual beast?” da Feng asked as soon as Fu Cheng landed before him.

“Successfully overcome by the other Elders. What are you doing here? Where's Miss Ruo?”

Da Feng shook his head slowly, then explained that he himself was also searching for Weiruo's whereabouts.

Hearing Da Feng's explanation made Fu Cheng a little unsettled. The two then go down to the bottom of the cliff to look for Weiruo's whereabouts.

The cliff walls are so slippery make them a little difficult, especially the conditions are so dark.

The two arrived at the bottom after a while, it was not difficult for the two of them to look around so they decided to split up looking for Weiruo.

Da Feng looked up, taking into account the location if someone fell down from the top of the cliff.

“Eh ... that sword...”.

He slightly dashed closer to a sword that was stuck deep in the ground. It was unmistakable that it belonged to Weiruo. If his sword was under the cliff, it meant that there was a possibility that Weiruo was also around the sword.

Da Feng continued searching and calling Weiruo over and over again, but there was not the slightest answer, only the sound of the sea sounded so loud.

Suddenly a strange smell was smelled. Curious, Da Feng finally followed the scent.

“Ukh!”

Da Feng's body froze instantly, his breath suddenly becoming so congested at what was before him.

A woman's corpse that had been charred in flames, her entire skin had been burned to the ground, her face was already unrecognizable, her condition looked so terrible.

Da Feng blinked his eyes trying to think clearly. Maybe it was someone else, not Weiruo.

Da Feng immediately turned his eyes and searched around, unfortunately what Da Feng found was another corpse that looked like a male, its body had already separated into pieces and it fell in a separate place.

“Must be sure. Definitely not him!” mumbling Da Feng.

Once again Da Feng examined the female corpse. It was completely unrecognizable so it was difficult for Da Feng to know his identity.

Da Feng clasped tightly onto Weiruo's sword, his lips quivering wanting to say something, yet failed to compose the words he was about to say.

“Nak Da Feng, how?” asked Fu Cheng who was walking closer to Da Feng.

Da Feng turned to Fu Cheng, his breathing felt so heavy, he was confused as to what the old man before him wanted to say.

“It ... is it possible?”

Desperately Da Feng nodded, the young man could not hide his sadness. His eyes were glazed over, but as strongly as possible held back from shedding tears.

“Please turn around, Senior.”

Fu Cheng immediately turned his gaze and turned his back to Da Feng who was busy covering the corpse.

Actually Da Feng was a little incredulous, whether this was Weiruo's corpse or not. However, he clearly saw Weiruo go to the Cliffs of the Blood Sea and did not return even when he caught up.

Da Feng invited Fu Cheng to go back upstairs. With little hope remaining the young man searched the entire Blood Sea Sect. However, after hours of searching even until sunrise he could find no sign of Weiruo's existence.

Once again Da Feng tried to be sure. The body had been destroyed by the burning face, the skin fared the same and peeled off in several parts.

His size was completely similar to Weiruo, it made Da Feng even more frustrated because it was very likely that the corpse before him was Weiruo.

“Master Da Feng, it's not my Master, is it?” Shema asked with teary eyes.

Da Feng did not reply, only averted his gaze, refusing to stare at the woman.

Shema knew the meaning of Da Feng's gaze, she shouted and ran to the corpse.he brought her face close, trying to find the scent of the master.

“No! How can there be a scent of my lord! My lord! My lord, awake...”.

Shema's sobs are heard. The one who had previously fought like a bloodthirsty monster was now crying so hard. Shema cried and hugged Weiruo's corpse, continuing to call out the girl's name hoping that all that happened was a dream.

“AARGH!”

Da Feng cried out in frustration, he sat back to Shema. His breathing was hunting, the young man grabbed his own hair. The clear details passed through the young man's cheeks, he cried in silence and cursed himself.
