Strongest Lady's

Strongest Lady's
Ch. 50-Small Village

“We'll go.” Weiruo walked over to Da Feng who was busy practicing swordsmanship.

“Where?” da Feng asked without stopping his sword swing.

“Border area, there was an attack there.”

“Without bringing warriors?”

“We will only check until the troops arrive, we can arrive faster than the troops from the palace.”

Da Feng stopped his training, it seemed like Weiruo would start actively traveling from now on, and the young man would go wherever Weiruo went.

The two of them left in the afternoon after preparing some things, they left without using horses as both Da Feng and Weiruo had already learned the Wind Step technique which could increase their running speed, he said, coupled with their martial skills, it was not difficult for them to precede the run of an ordinary horse.

After bidding farewell to his parents, Weiruo immediately set off.

As Weiruo said, the girl arrived at the small village in question the next morning after a one-night trip without rest.

“Ukh—“ Weiruo closed his nose tightly upon arrival at the village entrance gate.

The smell of rotten and rancid smell was strong from within the small village.

Weiruo and Da Feng walked in cautiously, all along the path they saw were bloodied corpses with gaping wounds on their bodies.

There were no signs of life after Weiruo and Da Feng inspected the entire village.

“I'll find whoever did this,” murmured Weiruo.

“I found a trace.”

Weiruo immediately followed Da Feng, both of them walking quite a distance into the forest region. However, the trail they followed just disappeared just like that through a huge river.

Da Feng did not stop just like that, the young man tried to look for other traces around the place.

“Come out!”

Da Feng unsheathed his sword towards the thickets growing high under the huge tree.

“Exit or I throw this sword,” Da Feng threatened.

Finally the bush moved, a girl came out of the bush showing herself to Da Feng.

“Only I am alone, no one else but me,” said the girl.

Weiruo came after hearing the commotion. Seeing the appearance of the girl before him now made Weiruo sure that not everyone in the village was killed last night.

“I am a member of the empire, I have come to help you. Tell me, how many people survived, then where are they all?”

The girl remained silent and did not answer Weiruo's question.

“I'm not lying, just tell me.”

“Tida—“

“Sister Ying! Chuhua's leg was bitten by a snake!” shouted the little boy who was running towards them.

The one called ‘Kak Ying’ immediately turned to the boy in a panic.

The boy also quickly understood the meaning of Ying's gaze, his body freezing so scared he saw the sword in Da Feng's hand.

“We will not hurt you, take us to the place of the child named Chuhua, it seems like the situation is serious.”

“K-Silver will cure Chuhua, ‘kan?” ask the boy doubtfully.

“Sure.”

Sensing no danger from Weiruo, the little boy escorted Weiruo to his hiding place as well as the other children.

Soon after arriving Weiruo immediately gave first aid to the little girl lying in pain in her snake-bitten leg.

With the power in Weiruo managed to remove the snake venom from the feet of the girl, after successfully removing the poison Weiruo directly wrapped the little girl's wound with a cloth.

Ying was so happy to see if the little girl had been helped. Weiruo and Da Feng looked at them in silence.

“Do you daydream?” da Feng asked realizing that Weiruo was daydreaming.

“No,” Weiruo replied briefly.

It was actually true that Weiruo was daydreaming, the girl suddenly recalled her first life. Weiruo used to face a moment like this today after successfully freeing the captives from the flock *******.

Weiruo approached them, explaining his purpose of coming to the village where they lived.

Ying invites Weiruo to speak with four eyes, Weiruo assures and asks Da Feng to look after the three children who are hiding with Ying.

Ying began to tell a story when the two were already quite far away from the children.

The beginning of the incident was about three days ago, a sect had just been built not far from their village.

Then the sect sent their representatives to the village where Ying lived and discussed about the territory of the sect, which they intended to claim the village where Ying lived as their territory, in exchange the sect would protect the village in case of attacks by spiritual beasts as well as beasts.

However, the village chief refused, after all the village was already under the auspices of the empire, if the sect wanted to claim the village under their rule, the sect would have to discuss it with the emperor.

The refusal of the village chief was considered an insult by the sect head, so a few days later they sent so many people to attack the village.

“Do you know how strong the sect is?” weiruo asked after Ying ended his story.

“I don't really understand, but from my father's story after that meeting, there was a Spirit Swordsman in the sect, soon to be entering the next stage, as I heard.”

“Good. I will take you to the capital to explain to the Emperor later.”

Weiruo turned around and left Ying. If there was a late stage Spirit Swordsman in the sect then Weiruo would have difficulty if he forced an attack, as well as Commander Gong.

It was true that Commander Gong was already at the late stage of the Spirit Swordsman, but fighting a sect was certainly difficult for him.

Weiruo searched for horses around the village, lucky that there were several horses detached around the village.

Fortunately Ying was able to ride a horse so that they could leave immediately after eating.

On the way they meet an army led by Commander Gong. After exchanging information and resting Weiruo continued on his way and stopped in a small town to rest.

Ying was so enthusiastic about seeing the large number of people in the city, all this time Ying only spent his time in the small village where he lived.

Ying's admiration increased after arriving at the imperial capital, only the first time the girl saw so many people on the streets as well as the luxurious buildings towering over the city.

Upon arrival at Weiruo's palace placed Ying in a special residence for guests or arrivals such as Ying.

The next day Ying met Xuan Guoxin to be asked for the incident that befell his village, thus Xuan Guoxin was able to take action in the future.

Ying was so shocked to learn that Weiruo was the emperor's first daughter, the girl did not expect her helper to be a princess. In his mind a princess only spent time decorating themselves in the palace, as well as spending time with a noble girl of her age.
