Ch. 27-Laohua

It had been a month since Weiruo discovered the existence of a secret room under his residence, since that day Weiruo had spent a lot of time studying the science of pills and medicine.

Da Feng after being released from prison started following Weiruo and aiding Weiruo in the poison arts, the young man felt a little strange as a crown princess like Weiruo studied the poison science which was clearly a taboo in his empire.

Actually the forest they were passing through right now was not the only path there was, however, but Xuan Riuyi chose to pass this route because it was closer than any other route that took five days even riding a horse carriage.

“Speed up your pace!” weiruo Order.

Weiruo's gaze scanned around, asking everyone to be alert with the surroundings as the girl felt that something was coming closer.

Sure enough Weiruo's guess, just after Weiruo said that an arrow shot quickly towards the horse carriage, it was fortunate that Da Feng reacted quickly and deflected the arrow.

“Speed up the horse rate, keep an eye around!” command the leader of the group of soldiers escorting Xuan Riuyi's carriage.

Dozens of black shadows were seen jumping from one tree to another following the movements of Weiruo's group.

Three of them came forward and attacked accompanied by arrows that shot so fast towards the horse carriage. The soldiers managed to fend off the arrows and immediately restrained the three men who were about to attack the horse carriage.

Weiruo got off his horse and immediately helped the soldiers as more assassins came from the soldiers escorting Weiruo, not to mention clearly if their abilities are better than all the existing soldiers.

Without a second thought Weiruo immediately took Laohua away from the place and left the others.
