Ch. 58-Source of Disease Outbreaks

The mayor explained the early symptoms felt by the plague-infected population.

Initially they will experience mild itching that progresses to high fever. In addition to fever, black spots appear around their faces.

The mayor has isolated the city so that not just anyone can enter and exit the city freely. In addition, the mayor also prepared a building specifically used to treat residents with critical conditions.

After learning of the origin of the plague, the mayor forbade the townspeople to fish in the lake and use the water from the lake, especially for those who live near the lake.

Not long after Da Feng appeared to the surface of the water to take a breath, immediately the young man swam to the edge.

“It looks like there is a poisonous spiritual beast carcass at the bottom of the lake.” Da Feng pointed in one direction.

Da Feng then explained that if the size of the carcass of the spiritual beast was too large if only lifted by him, it was also too deep and was on the sidelines of rocks at the bottom of the lake.

Weiruo then asked the mayor to gather people who were able to swim, especially men.

The mayor did not delay any longer and immediately ordered the soldiers to gather.

Weiruo immediately left after everyone in the building took a pill from him. The girl went to the mayor's residence to make an antidote.

Shulong as well as Da Feng arrived at the city after two days had passed, they also came along with a horse carriage filled with help from the emperor.

Actually, Shulong could have used his dragon form, but he remembered that Weiruo forbade him to open his identity just like that.

The mayor could not help but be surprised to see Shulong dragging a fish five times the size of an adult bear without the slightest problem.
