Ch. 75-A Friend

“Mr Princess!”

Cen Dou dashed towards Weiruo who had just stepped out of the forest. The man looked so worried and alert at the same time.

The soldiers including Cen Dou were shocked when the previously ferocious attacking spiritual beasts suddenly just stopped attacking and retreated regularly into the forest.

Cen Dou and the soldiers were certainly happy that the attacks had stopped. However, they were immediately worried because Weiruo was inside the forest.

Fortunately Weiruo was not seriously injured, the girl leisurely walked towards Cen Dou just barely crying out of worry.

Weiruo asked all the soldiers to return to the city and recuperate.

Their arrival was welcomed by the mayor and other residents of the city. Cheers filled with happiness greeted the soldiers returning to the city.

The mayor greeted Weiruo and offered to have Weiruo spend the night at his residence, the mayor explaining that he would give his best to make Weiruo comfortable.

Weiruo says he plans to stay until tomorrow and help restore the city.

Weiruo did not immediately rest, he helped the townspeople recuperate due to lack of nutrition in recent times.

After making sure all the soldiers had treatment, Weiruo rested in the room the mayor had prepared. The room is spacious and has a lot of luxurious furniture in it.

The morning came so fast, Weiruo did not even have time to enjoy sleeping even for a moment.

The mayor was a little reluctant to let Weiruo return to the capital, he felt his welcome was inappropriate for Weiruo. Many times the mayor apologized to Weiruo for feeling that what was provided at his residence was not enough for a Weiruo.

The townspeople ushered in Weiruo's departure, many of them crying, not a few of them thanked him for the help Weiruo family members managed to welcome tomorrow.

Weiruo left the city with Baise, the horse ran out of the city so quickly and into the forest.

Guazi stepped out from behind a large tree, the young man looked at Weiruo with his innocent gaze, like a child left by his parents alone.

“I'll be back to my house, are you coming?” ask Weiruo.

“Sure! I will follow you wherever you go!”

Guazi called out to the ten spiritual beasts of his choice, they walked out of their hiding place approaching Weiruo.

Weiruo forbade Guazi to use his tiger form while in the city, the existence of a demon is quite wary so it would be dangerous for Guazi if using the form of a tiger or half his tiger.

Guazi nodded his head and promised to do Weiruo's orders.

They immediately set off with Weiruo as the leader, Guazi riding one of the spiritual beasts and being beside the girl along the way.

It took three days before when it wanted to go to Sinyu City, this time because there was not much rest maybe they could arrive faster than before.

Weiruo pulled Baise's harness so that the horse would reduce its running speed.

A mysterious figure stood in the middle of the road they had to cross, the figure silently did not speak, only silently stood facing the arha of Weiruo's entourage.

“Can you pull over?” cut Weiruo.

The figure did not answer, he was silent not one bit to respond to Weiruo.

The woman's face was pale, her lips were full of bloodstains with several wounds scraping her face.

Guazi came down from his wolf mount, with Weiruo's orders he took the woman's body into the shade under a shady tree.

Weiruo stuffed a pill into the woman's mouth and drained some of her inner strength to help her recuperate.

It took quite a long time until the woman woke up, she was confused to see Weiruo sitting next to her. The woman daydreamed at Weiruo who was busy with concoction medicine in front of her.

“How are you doing?” weiruo asked without looking.

“Good. You helped me, Miss?” the woman asked back.

“Yes, you fainted in the middle of the road.”

The woman changed her position to be more comfortable, the pain in her left shoulder made the woman hiss slowly. However, the woman is aware that the pain is not as severe as before.

“Are they all under your power?” he asked after looking around and seeing the ten spiritual beasts resting not far from their location.

“That's. Drink this.”

The woman received a cup of tea from Weiruo, the aroma so soothing full of herbal aroma. He sipped the tea, a warm sensation passed through his throat, it felt so comfortable and refreshing.

“You're not afraid I poisoned him?” Weiruo smiled faintly.

Guazi who was watching from a distance hurriedly approached Weiruo and asked for the same bread that Weiruo had given the woman.

Xin Jinzi agreed with Weiruo's words and chuckled, explaining that he wanted to see different places in the world. He really wants to enjoy many experiences from different places.

“Good idea. Are we friends now?”

Xing Jinzi smiled faintly, the woman then slightly recounted her experiences during wandering through the years on Weiruo and spending quite a long time together.
