I Missed you

Tomy was still sitting daydreaming on the piece of wood while staring blankly at the ice lake in front of him, his hands hugging his body which also began to be covered in ice.

Tomy then returned to his original position, and again he heard the sound of ice falling and immediately turned to his right again, where he could see from a distance a man was walking towards him. Tomy smiled and slowly the ice around him began to melt.

While Tomy is smiling in her subconscious, doctors Karina and Arya are still staring into their eyes.

When Arya was aware of the situation, she immediately turned her gaze towards Tomy, seeing Arya's attitude, doctor Karina again let out a disappointed breath. He had tried to express his love through the look in his eyes, but Arya turned away from him instead.
