" Noah, thank you for helping my father out of prison. Now we're just waiting for the verdict."

" I'm glad to hear that. But why don't you tell your lawyer that my father's involved."

" It's not necessary, after all your father is gone."

Noah smiled knots dumbstruck by Edward's wisdom. He knew that Edward was maintaining his reputation as someone known to the crowd.

" Edward, may I ask you something one last time."

Edward turned to look at Noah who was bowing his head. A little confused by his strange appearance.

" We've been through a lot and it looks like I'm the one you help a lot. What do you want from me?."

" As I said before, I'm going to turn myself over to the authorities and I want you to arrest me and prosecute me."

Deg. Edward was stunned by Noah's unexpected words he was serious about his words the other day when he was drunk.

" Hey, you're kidding."

" No, I'm serious. I want to start a new life and escape from the shadow of Elnathan Noah so I have to pay for all his crimes, right?."

" Listen to me, I'm a law enforcement officer but I know your whole story and whether you can leave your wife."

" He'll understand. I know how he is and I'm sure he'll be waiting for me."

Edward grabbed his own hair. He then stood up and walked back and forth trying to understand Noah's mind.

" It's gonna be complicated, Noah. You could end up facing a dozen years in prison or even you'd lose a lot of your assets."

Noah got up, he held Edward's shoulder to reassure him.

" That's a reward I have to pay. Please Edward I'm counting on you."

End flashback.

Edward pensively in front of his laptop again remembered all his conversations with Noah. He then turned to some of the documents that had piled up and the ledger that Noah had given him.

There is a lot of evidence of the crime of his group during this time which was recorded in detail by Jeffrey during his time still leading Phoenix.

Edward gave a flat expression with a long sigh not knowing what he was thinking.

Noah's House.

Anna finished cleaning her body. The condition of the room he deliberately made dark because he intended to go to sleep immediately.

But when he looked at the sofa there was someone who was waiting for him and he knew it was Noah.

Anna was silent and did not dare to step her foot. But the next second Noah hinted Anna to get closer to him.

" Come here, Anna."

Anna clenched her hand in doubtful steps as she approached her husband.

" There's something important I want to talk to you about."

Noah was being gentle like never before. Anna just nodded nervously hoping Noah didn't talk about anything unpleasant.

" I want us to go from here to a very far place. Start a new life that's just us and have a normal life like you've always wanted."

Anna frowned yet understood the direction Noah spoke.

" I want you to wait for me as long as I clear things up."

" You're gonna leave me, right?."

Anna is starting to understand what Noah is talking about.

" Let's promise for a moment. Therefore I do not want to be burdened because of the fetus you bear. Anna, put the baby away and wait for me where I've prepared for you."

Anna's heart was like a hot sword. Many times she was slammed by Noah her own husband. He then rose with a hunting breath because the anger he held for a long time finally escaped. And even her tears preceded her out before her words.

" Elnathan Noah.Are you really human? not even an animal would have that much to his wife and son."

Noah did not react. He was silent because he could predict everything.

" You intend to leave me and you want to kill my son. What's our fault with you, Noah?. All this time I've only been treated with silence by you but not anymore because I'm going to protect her."

" I'm doing this for us. For the sake of our future happiness."

" All you think about is for yourself. How I've suffered all this time you don't even care. All you want is to have all my life and you set it up as you please."

" Anna, you don't understand.. "

" What part should I understand. You know Noah the more days you're showing the real you and I feel like you're the meanest man I've ever met."

" I don't want you to suffer from having to raise our child alone. I've been thinking about this for a long time so I said I didn't want to have a child from you."

" So you've been meaning to leave me for a long time, then why do we get married if it ends up like this."

" I've decided so don't waste your energy arguing with me. Maybe now you hate me but I don't care. Follow my words Anna before I get really mad at you."

" Try it then, if you really want to kill him then you have to kill me too. It won't make any difference to me because all this time I've been dead in this house and everything because of you." said Anna with a cold face.

Noah begins to be lured by Anna's words. Seeing that he was so persistent in resisting, Noah did not remain silent. He stood up and approached Anna.

" So you're sorry you lived with me."

" It's very sorry. I even wish time came back and I never met you."

Noah's eyes trembled at Anna's earnestness. How could he not be hurt because Anna hated him so much.

" I should have known that a long time ago but I was too stupid and blind. Our marriage ends here. I'm gonna go with my baby so please let me go and disappear from my life for good. I hate you Noah and I hope we won't see each other again."

Anna pleaded with both hands to make Noah lose his words. There was a hard feeling he could explain. He wanted her on her knees asking Anna not to leave but when she realized Anna had left wearing only her long coat.

Anna runs out after picking up Noah's car keys. Felix who was standing guard outside was a little confused and tried to stop him but Anna was more nimble than him so he could only watch him walk away in Noah's car.
