Introductions

Noah and Anna's journey was filled with laughter. Both of them enjoyed their time together though not for long.

" We've arrived sir, miss." said driver Noah.

When it dawned they were already in front of Noah's parents' mansion. Anna was suddenly nervous to realize that Noah clasped her hand and excited her through the smile on her face.

Anna was so fascinated by the Noah family residence, the mansion was so luxurious and spoiled the eyes of those who saw it.

A middle-aged woman greeted them politely and her warm smile. Emily is a servant of Noah's family who has been devoted for decades.

" Welcome Mr. Noah, Miss Brianna."

" Call me Anna, Miss Emily."

Tandas Anna who tries to get along with Emily because Noah often tells her that he was very close to Emily even since he was a child.

" Oh, Anna, if you don't call me madam because I'm young."

Canda Emily is met with a small laugh by Noah and Anna.

The three then headed for the living room, where everyone was waiting for their arrival. Anna further tightened her grip on Noah's hand especially when Emily just drove up to the door and he passed to return to do his job.

Three pairs of eyes then looked at him making his heart thump even more. But a second later, Laura Noah's sister could melt the atmosphere.

" Waaw.. Now I understand why my brother is crazy about you. Hi.i'm Laura. "

" Laura, take care of your attitude" Noah said firmly.

He approached Anna and extended his hand.

Anna greeted with a pretty smile on her face.

" It's good to see you, Laura. I'm Brianna."

Noah then brought Anna before his parents, Jeffrey and Julia who had stood up to greet him.

After introducing themselves, Anna and Noah then sat down on a long sofa in the room with Laura on the side of Anna opposite Jeffrey and Julia.

" I've heard of what happened to you, Noah did the right thing by taking you to live with him."

Jeffrey said with a smile from Anna.

" Because you already know our family background, so I hope you'll help us..."

Jeffrey paused his words, and Anna immediately begged him seriously.

" I-I won't tell anyone else the matter, I promise I'll keep everything a secret. "

" Haha.. " Jeffrey laughed at Anna's words and she looked clumsy.

" No, I mean help protect our group because Noah threatened to disband it if I didn't approve of you."

Julia now began to be interested in their conversation, she glanced at her husband and Anna alternately.

Noah went crazy because of this girl. Who he really is.

" What's your parents doing?"

Julia suddenly interrupts her husband's words talking to Anna. Everyone immediately looked at her including Anna who immediately replied.

" My dad..."

" His father was a businessman. He owns many of the farms and farms that he rents. He's also an investor in several hotels and resorts in Woodstock."

Anna stared at Noah, who cut off his words, and even said things that did not match what he was going to say, but Noah did not change his expression. He sipped his coffee casually without any burden.

Anna could only smile awkwardly in front of them and lowered her head, honestly she wanted to justify Noah's words but it would make the atmosphere even more unpleasant for him.

Anna's introductory event continued with a meal together after Noah and Anna said goodbye to return home.

Unlike the time they left, Anna all the way home just silently looked out the window. Noah understood very well what he was thinking about for that he did not try to open a chat with him.
