Phoenix is a mafia group that runs secretive acts of criminalization and even provides illegal weapons. The group was founded decades ago by Noah's grandfather Brandon Reynold.

The great enemy of this group was the group of Wild Blood led by his current successor Xavier. Wild Blood itself is more feared because in addition to doing illegal work they do not hesitate to disturb the peace of the community and some authorities are in his control.

After disbanding its members, Xavier remained silent in his seat. Playing with a bat, he laughed loudly.

" This time you won't be able to mess up my plans again, Noah."
