Anna kept crying while in the car with Michael. His thoughts continued towards Noah whom he had left behind. Anna recalled from her gaze she was so struck. When she realized the night was getting late and they were in a strange place, Anna wondered where Michael would take her.

" dad.. Where are we going?"

In a hoarse voice he asked his father.

" It's a long way from here" replied Michael.

" no. I don't want to go."

" It's all for your own good, Anna. So obey."

Anna massaged his head. He was very tired of arguing and finally he just kept quiet with a thousand questions on his head.

A few hours after that Michael pulled his car over in a simple house. He gently woke Anna.

When he saw that the dawn had risen and the surrounding scenery was like a village.

" Where is this.?"

Anna rubbed her puffy eyes and looked back and forth at the strange place.

" You'll know later."

The two get out of the car, Michael walks first and knocks on the wooden door in front of him.

There was the sound of someone stepping closer and after the door opened there was the figure of an old woman in front of them.

" Oh my God.. Ryan."

He said while holding haru. He hugged Michael. The old woman turned to Anna and let go of her embrace of Michael.

" You must be Anna."

The woman's gentle gaze was very touching. Anna tried to smile despite feeling awkward.

" Go in first. You must be tired."

After being invited, Anna and Michael sat in the guest room of the house.

Said Michael who was possessed by Anna. After a little chat Anna looked very lethargic. He daydreams more often than listening to the conversation of two people in front of him.

Realizing that the woman named Linda glanced at Michael. As Linda meant, Michael nodded slightly.

" Anna, you must be exhausted. Let me take you to rest."

Linda attentively led Anna to the room she had prepared.

" Rest, I'll wake you up for breakfast."

Anna replied with a nod, then closed the door after Linda was no longer seen. He settled himself in a mattress and the room was quite comfortable.

Anna laid her body sideways, she stretched out her hand on the bed imagining Noah being next to her.

" I've missed you."

He said softly with a bitter smile.

Anna closed her eyes but her mind continued to fill with Noah. He changed his sleeping position but still he could not sleep even though he was very sleepy.

I need to hear all the stories right now.

Anna decides to talk to her father and gets out of bed and walks out. As he was going down the stairs, he stopped his steps. His father's voice spoke to Linda.

" It should have been that time I was against their relationship so Anna wouldn't get too hurt. I am very plan. I actually know that man loves Anna very much but I can't forget how his father killed his family, if Anna was unlucky she might be gone."

" ryan.. I know your concern for your daughter. But if that man really loved Anna, he would not have been on her father's side. And why do you love your adopted daughter so much."

With a sad face Michael was silent for a few moments, he was pensive as if he was staring at his memory.

" Because I've been very guilty of her. I also took part in the accident not only because I was Jeffrey's son but because I wanted revenge on Anna's father who had taken my lover, Sandra Anna's birth mother. I didn't know that in the car that I sabotaged Sandra and Anna they were both there. "

Linda shut her mouth in disbelief. She understood the feelings of her adopted son, and hugged Michael affectionately to strengthen him.

Michael lowered his head with regret he occasionally wiped away his tears which escaped as hard as he held them.
