Berlin who also witnessed the entire scene heaved a sigh of relief as well. He knew Alicia would not be able to win the fight against the earth rhino. Seeing how it was handled peacefully made him relax. It was until a nine-star horned wind python slithered behind Alicia. Berlin wanted to jump out but he didn't dare to do it because this was Alicia's practice.

Alicia who started running towards the middle of the Demon Forest once more, her ears twitched upon hearing the rustling sound behind her. Even Loeri raised her head slightly and whispered: "Something is following us and it's not the old fool."

Alicia nodded as she whispered: "That's a snake and a big one. I just don't know what kind of snake or what element it is because my magic isn't strong enough."

"Alicia duck!" Loeri shouted while pressing Alicia's head. Alicia quickly fell to the ground. A swooshing sound could be heard overhead as he watched the distorted air fly and split the tree in half.

Alicia was panicking because if it wasn't for Loeri she would have ended up just like the tree! Alicia heard rustling behind her so she quickly turned around and formed a wall of wind as a shield. He knew that the recent attack used wind so by creating a magical wind barrier he would be able to disperse the incoming wind attack. It was a good thing he did because the next second he was bombarded with wind magic over and over again. With Loeri guiding him from which side the attack came from, he was able to quickly fend off any attacks.

These attacks lasted for nearly ten minutes before finally stopping. The one that started the attack crept out from the tree line and raised his head high in the sky. The horned python looked very unhappy to see its prey still alive and kicking. It opened its mouth and shot a wind magic ball straight at Alicia. Alicia quickly steeled herself as the impact from the wind magic ball collided with her magic wind shield.

This magic ball was thicker than the blade of wind so Alicia gritted her teeth as she did her best to resist the attack. There was a fluctuation in the air at the point of contact between the magic wind shield and the wind magic ball. The pressure that the wind magic ball exerted on Alicia was getting harder and harder to withstand so she could only bend her body backwards and fend off the attack towards the sky!

Loeri did not waste the opportunity to sneak in a quick attack to help Alicia by spitting out a breath of fire at the moment the magic wind shield was raised above them. The horned wind python did not expect the small rodent above the little human girl's head to spout fire so as not to react in time, lighting a fire!

The flames spread rapidly to the horned wind python's body. What surprised the horned wind python the most was that it was unable to extinguish the flames! The horned wind python began to panic and rolled around a huge body back and forth on the ground trying to extinguish the flames.

"Alicia, what are you waiting for? Attack!" Loeri yells.

"You're contracted with me! The only fire you should fear is from an elder of my race! All the other flames will never hurt you!" Loeri.

That was all Alicia had to hear as she shot forward with her sword. He used wind magic to increase his speed after getting the idea of the horned wind python. He now knew how it was moving so fast when it fired that blade of wind. By upgrading herself with wind magic, Alicia's speed increased tenfold! With the sword unsheathed Alicia's figure blurred as she danced in and out of the flames leaving deep wounds on the huge body of the horned wind python. After many passes and left hundreds of sword wounds on the horned wind python. Alicia used ice magic on her sword that extended her blade twice before charging in once more, stabbing the horned wind python under her jaw right above her head. Blood spurted all over Alicia and Loeri's bodies.

The entire body of the horned wind python twitched a few times before it finally stopped moving. Alicia fell back and sat on the ground. Sweat and blood dripped from his forehead. He kicked his leg in front of him as he laughed. "Aahaha! Loeri thank you! Without you, I would be in a terrible situation!"

"Huh! If you want to thank me, shower me! How can you go and get me soaked!?" Loeri who was in over Alicia's head complained. His once white scales were now dyed red.

"All right! Pardon me! I also didn't expect it to be covered in blood, but at least we're still alive. I'll make sure you get back to being pearly white in a few minutes. Let me dismantle this horned wind python first. ." Alicia said as she slowly got up.

Alicia walked up to the horned wind python and started dismantling it. This process was boring due to the length of the horned wind python. Alicia had to be careful not to damage the skin more than before as it could be sold in the adventurer guild with a decent amount of cor. This was mainly because this was a nine-star demonic beast.

Alicia was about to finish when she saw a huge shiny green object inside the belly of the horned wind python. "Huh, what is this?"

"It's magic!"
