The eyes of the little dragon bead looked at Alicia who seemed to be dumbfounded. 'This Human Girl wants to give him a name?' The little white dragon remained silent and did not immediately reply. She felt the warmth of Alicia's body and felt that it was not bad to have someone around even if it was a human. 'He looks good and his petting feels good too. He doesn't feel like a normal human being almost as if he is ... Well, that's impossible ... Not too bad to get along with this little human ... "
"This name is Loeri, I'll take it! But if you're going to name me then we need to make a contract. This way I know you won't leave me in the future..." Loeri wonders if her own mother or father has taken the time to look for her. He had been trapped in this forest, inside this barrier for nearly a hundred years. He was alone all this time waiting. Waiting for his kind to come and find him. But who would have thought that the one who found him was a little girl.
"Contract? What contract?" Alicia's confused. He has an idea of what it is but is not entirely sure.
"A contract is when a demonic beast or a mystical beast for a covenant between humans or half humans. This agreement binds the two together for the rest of their lives. If humans die so will demonic beasts or mystical beasts. As long as a human remained alive the contracted beast was able to survive any attack, even a fatal one. If they receive a fatal blow they will be transferred to their master Magi Sack." Loeri.
"I understand that's what I'm thinking... At least the beast did not die from the fatal blow. Okay fine! What do I have to do to make a contract with you?" Alicia had no time to react when Loeri bit her finger and then bit her own paws. He pushed the blood dripping from Alicia's finger onto her forehead and then flicked a drop of his own blood onto Alicia's forehead.
The bright column of light streaking into the sky completely shattered the barrier that was there. Berlin, who was still trying to break down the barrier, almost had his jaw dropped when he saw what was happening inside. 'It's 'That! It's dragon! Alicia will make a contract with a dragon!?'
Berlin watched in shock as a huge golden magic circle formed on the ground. A magic vortex revolved around the two. Their bodies glittered in a golden light as the strands of Magicules seemed to form a strand that stretched out from Alicia and Loeri's forehead. The connected strands of Magicules caused a bright flash of light to occur blinding the surrounding environment. Slowly the light dimmed and both Alicia and Loeri were back in sight. Alicia had a bright smile on her face as she hugged Loeri.
It was only a few seconds before Alicia saw an additional person not too far away from them. "Master Berlin?"
Grazing his long white beard, Berlin burst into laughter as he said: "Haha! It's nice to meet you here!"
It was only a few seconds before Alicia saw an additional person not too far away from them. "Master Berlin?"
Alicia rolled her eyeballs. He may be young but he's not stupid. He felt that someone was watching him from afar all along. But since Berlin did not say anything, he did not say a word. He did not want to call his master to follow him while he was on a training mission.
"Yes that!" Alicia said while playing around.
Alicia walked with Loeri in her arms and asked: "Master Berlin what brought you all the way here?"
"I'm out for a walk! Yeah, that's all." Berlin felt a little embarrassed because he was caught following her. He really did not know what to say and then when he tried to find an excuse, something stupid came out of his mouth.
"Mmmm! Hey, you're pushing me!" Loeri complained because she was not caught between the two!
Laughing cheerfully while patting Alicia on the head, she asked Loeri: "Hoho! So why did you choose to make a contract with this little guy? I think dragons don't want anything to do with humans or demihumans."
"He's... Err... What's yourname?" Loeri doesn't know what Alicia's name is because Alicia never mentioned it and Loeri never asked.
"Alicia."
"Alicia doesn't smell like you humans, it smells different. Plus he's warm!" Loeri answered honestly.
Berlin just nodded. He was not sure why a dragon was willing to make a contract with a human. They were arrogant creatures and stood at the top of the food chain. If there was a race that could be considered the strongest in the world, it was the dragon race. They were extremely arrogant and would rather die than make a contract with someone. But here he had witnessed such a scene.
"Then Loeri, right? Please help Alicia on her journey." Berlin said very seriously. He feels better knowing that Alicia has made a contract with Loeri. Because over time Loeri will become a great ally to Alicia.
"Huh! Alicia why are you even talking to this stupid old man. Doesn't he know that I'm gonna help you?" Alicia and Berlin both stared at the little dragon in shock. Alicia doesn't believe that Loeri called Berlin stupid. After a moment of silence, Alicia laughed out loud!
"You! Huh! There's no point arguing with a baby lizard. Alicia, I'll go now, be careful!" Berlin left behind these words and disappeared before the little dragon could even retaliate.
Seeing Berlin disappear in a state of chaos, made Alicia laugh out loud again.
A few moments later…
"Run….!"
