"Why can I faint Sis?", asked Rania who was still confused.

"Not so early in the morning did you have breakfast? About her earlier you seem very lemes, your face is also very shoots."

"I always eat breakfast every morning, you know your own mother if the morning always make me breakfast", replied Rania while trying to get up to sit.

"Mother Rania is awake, introduce me Dewi, the day doctor at IGD. Can I check on Rania's mom now?"

Dewi's doctor then checked the condition of Rania's body. "What complaints are felt at this time ma'am?", asked the doctor Dewi after finishing examining Rania's chest and abdomen.

"My body feels so limp, doc, like there's no energy. And just this time I fainted, about why do doc?", asked Rania curious.

"Mother is married, isn't this month already?"

Rania looks confused to hear a question from the doctor Dewi to her. "This month hasn't been, doc, but I'm used to being late for docks."

Rania's eyes immediately round in disbelief, "W-what doc? got pregnant?? But I've only been married three weeks doc?".

Doctor Dewi immediately passed from Rania's bedside.

"Rania! You want to be the mother of Ra.!", cried Siska happy while shaking the shoulder of Rania who was still silent in silence.

An hour later the Dewi doctor came again to Rania's bed with a paper in her hand.

"Congratulations, Rania, you are positively pregnant. For the next you can check the pregnancy regularly to the obstetrician.", said Dewi doctor with a friendly smile.

Rania was silent on her bed, her right hand closed her lips which began to tremble while her eyes were blurred by tears.

"Well, congratulations Rania, you're really pregnant", Siska hugged Rania tightly, and felt the joy of hearing about Rania's pregnancy.

"I'm pregnant, this fast??" asked Rania still in disbelief.

"Yes, Ra. You're pregnant! There's a baby in your stomach. You want to be Ra.!" said Siska with teary eyes.

" I'm pregnant with Sis.", Rania replied to Siska's embrace tightly while crying. Happy crying of course, because still can't believe getting pregnant this fast. A happy news for the marriage of Rania and Andre who just entered the age of three weeks. And this will be the most beautiful surprise for her husband, Andre, who will be returning from Kalimantan in one week. Rania smiled happily imagining how her husband would react when told about her pregnancy.

The news of Rania's pregnancy was immediately welcomed by the mother's father's cry as soon as Rania arrived home. Mother was even incessantly crying and hugging Rania so happily. The pregnancy of the first grandchild for Mother and Father, because Rania is the only child in the Nugroho family. Mother used to have to give up the opportunity to have another child. Shortly after giving birth to Rania, the mother suffered severe bleeding, and the doctor finally decided to perform a surgical removal of the uterus as the only way to stop the bleeding that almost threatened the mother's life.

One week later, right on the day of Andre's return, Rania had prepared her surprise for Andre carefully. Father and mother were invited to participate in the surprise that Rania will give to Andre. Rania forbade her father and mother to give her pregnancy news first before Andre arrived at home.

The drug given by the obstetrician has not been able to relieve nausea and vomiting experienced by Rania every morning. But it did not dampen the spirit of Rania who was impatient waiting for her husband to come home.

This morning around nine o'clock had left for the airport to pick up Andre. Rania actually wanted to come to the airport, but was immediately banned by the mother considering Rania's condition was still weak.

Rania glanced at the clock on the table beside the bed in her room. It was eleven o'clock more, her husband and father should have arrived at home, because the plane that Andre landed at Jogja airport around ten, about ten o'clock, while the journey from the airport to his home is only about half an hour. Rania held onto her chest which suddenly beat her heart as if it was beating firmer and louder at this moment. 'Maybe Andre's mas is still on the road', Rania's inner self tried to calm down. Then grab the blue box on the table and walk out of the room.

"Mother."., call Rania as soon as she gets out of her room. The house looks empty, maybe the mother is in the kitchen, because from this morning the mother has been busy preparing Andre's favorite food specifically to welcome the return of her son-in-law. Rania walks towards the kitchen, her faint hearing catching the sound of a woman crying.

Rania tried to sharpen her hearing, then walked closer to the source of the crying sound that seemed to come from the mother and father's room. Rania is getting curious, is that really the sound of mother's crying? Why are you crying?. Her heartbeat tightened, making Rania feel a little scared as soon as she reached the door of the mother's room.

"Mother."., greet Rania while opening the door. The look on Mom's surprised face as Rania emerges from behind her bedroom door.

"Rania."., ", the mother walked towards Rania and immediately hugged her child just tightly, her crying broke instantly.

"Mother why? Why is mom crying?", asked Rania curiously to see Mom crying loudly in her arms.

"Rania, you have to be strong, son... Mother and father must always be with you Ra.", said the mother with a sobbing voice while continuing to hug Rania tightly. I don't know what happened, Rania still doesn't understand what her mother really meant.
