My Bow to the Destiny of Love

My Bow to the Destiny of Love
Ardian's burden of thought

That morning at breakfast at Santi's house..

"What did you say, son?" Santi still does not believe what Zidane said. Put down the spoon he was holding. His appetite was gone.

"I'm going to Alesha's house, ma'am. I want to ask his parents for their blessing. I really want to preach Alesha to be my wife."

"Huk. huk..." Chayra who was gulping down her drink immediately choked. "Sir Zidane don't joke. Alesha's parents were very strict, Brother. I'm not an appetite." Pushing his plate away from his face. "Hearing Brother Zidane's words made my stomach full immediately."

"Huh, who's kidding, Deck. I'm serious about this. I told him a few days ago. I was planning on leaving while you were still being treated yesterday. But, I canceled and apologized to her parents through Alesha herself."

Chayra breathed a heavy sigh. "Sir Zidane is really serious about Alesha. I don't mind anyway. Alesha is also a very nice person. But, whose brother does Zidane want to go with?"

"Alone, indeed I want a proposal to use the event accompanied by all."

"I go along, so that if Brother Zidane is rejected, someone strengthens Brother later."

"I just want to go alone so that no one will make me a laughingstock later."

Chayra grunts. "It is very similar, the same nature of Abah. Stubborn.."

"Well, my brother why you're the sewot."

"Of course, you're like little kids." Santi looked back at Zidane. "Are you sure about Alesha, son?"

"God willing, Mom. Totally sure, though. I have prayed itishtarah three times. Thank God, the more I come here, the more my heart is steady, if he is the best person for me."

"Have you talked to Ummi and Abah?"

Zidane looked at Santi. "B. not yet, Mom. The plan is I want to tell you that I have the blessing of Lesha's parents first."

"You're how the hell. You should ask Abah and Ummi first. If they agree and give us our blessing, then you leave by saying basmalah."

Zidane scratched his head. "Should you like that, Mom?"

"He obviously has to, son. You can tell Ummi you by phone first. When you're sure, you're home."

"Mh.. Zidane will try now, ma'am." Zidane left the dining table. Walk towards the exit and then sit on a long bench under a long tree in the front yard of Santi's house.

"Ayra, you call your husband for breakfast. About the day off, how come he's lazy."

"Sir Ardian is not being lazy, ma'am. He's working on something I don't understand. He said, now he wants to work through the house so as not to go to the office too often. She also wants to talk to Mom. But later if the job's done."

"He's getting busy now. Always go home at night and never eat breakfast at home. Then bring the breakfast to the room. Pity later if late breakfast because of work."

"Yes, Mom. All Ayra breakfast in the room then."

"As far as you." Santi set up a tray that his daughter would take into the room. "You be careful with her." Hand the tray over to Chayra.

Chayra got up with a little bit of a limp. His increasingly bulging stomach makes him overwhelmed to move. However, sleeping too much also makes it uncomfortable.

"Assalamualaikum, Brother.. Bring breakfast for brother." The chayra slipped into the room. Seeing her husband was still busy in front of the laptop, she paused her intention to get closer. Choosing to put the breakfast he brought in Nakas.

Long wait, but Ardian remains at the initial rush. Chayra eventually chose to establish Dhuha prayer first while her husband finished.

After establishing the prayer, Chayra glanced back at her husband. Ardian seems to be focusing more and more. Chayra glanced at the wall clock that had shown at nine past twenty minutes. He finally chose to come closer and patted Ardian's shoulder gently. "Sister.."

"Mmm.." That's just Ardian's answer.

"Breakfast first."

"Have Dhuha yet?"

"Not yet, but then. I have to finish this so there's no burden later."

Chayra was finally only able to take a rough breath. "I'm going to the store with Mom, okay?"

"What are you doing? You don't get tired of it being a disease."

"I'm bored at home. Same husband, but husband always busy himself. There's no time for me. Holidays are busy, especially on weekdays. I'd better avoid going to the store with Mom. That way I won't feel ignored."

Duarrr..!

Ardian immediately got up. Chayra's words made it look like she was getting one loud slap. "Mmm. j. don't..."

"What...?"

"I'm done now. You don't go away."

"I'm tired, brother. The more here Ardian's sister the less time there is for me. I'm worried what if I'm the next one? Is Big Brother still busy like this or is there time for me."

"I'm preparing everything, that's why I'm so busy right now."

Chayra just grunts. She opted out of the room instead of arguing with her husband. "Breakfast eaten. Work won't make Kak Ardian's stomach full."

Brak..!!

Chayra closed the door of the room violently.

Ardian rubbed his face harshly after Chayra's departure. Her father sent her a lot of work via email. He had to work on it all so that he would not be overwhelmed and not go to his Papi and Mami's place now.

Not to mention there was a new problem that Amira made. The girl really still holds a grudge. Threat after threat he sent to Ardian. It turns out that marrying that Arab man didn't make her change. Her husband who is too busy working makes her have her own freedom.

Ardian is only worried about his wife's situation if what Amira says really happens.

Ardian rubbed his face again violently. "O Allah." he said softly as he approached his laptop to keep his work unfinished.

He went to the bathroom to get water. He must pray so that his mind can be calmer. Just getting out of the bathroom, the phone rang loudly. His eyes widened when he saw Amira contacting him. "What the fuck? He'll call me now?" Ardian clucking. Pressing the red icon and turning off the phone. He must be able to avoid Amira from constantly contacting him.

Ardian was really depressed. In a way, Chayra needs his attention. On the one hand, his Papa always demands him to work full time. On the other hand, there was Amira who always threatened him. He decided to pray immediately after making sure everything was safe.

Ardian sat pensively on his alphabet. He is resigned to his current condition. Amira's threat had completely affected his mind. However, he has no evidence to refute any of the girl's remarks or accusations.

Long Ardian sat down. Her tears wanted to fall. However, he tried to hold it in his might. He cannot be weak. Ardian finally got up. The tail of his eyes glanced at the tray his wife had placed. Actually he has no appetite. But..

He finally walked up to the tray. Not touching the food is the same as adding to the problem. Bribed it a few times and then came out of the room.

Ardian found his wife sitting watching television. There was doubt in his heart as he was about to walk closer. Long he stood up, stepped slowly and sat very carefully beside Chayra.

Chayra glanced over while giving a thin smile to her husband. "Have you finished your work?"

Ardian smiled slightly as he took a deep breath. "Not yet.."

"Continue, I'm fine."

"No, I'd like to accompany you first. I'm also bored in front of the computer constantly." Ardian slowly raised his hand. Embracing Chayra's shoulders who only smiled faintly in response to her husband's treatment.
