HAWASI members gathered at the corner of the Ulil Albab mosque after praying together to talk about the annual MTQ competition at the Islamic University of Indonesia. The participants of the competition are not limited to UII students but can be from other campuses and schools. In this case HAWASI always appoint at least 2 people to enter the competition.
Hasan as the chairman started talks, this year he will not enter the competition to give an opportunity to other members who are new.
"It so happens that Azfan today joined the gathering, I will appoint Azfan from FIAI Ahwal Al-syakhshiyah to participate in this year's MTQ, hopefully Azfan will be pleased." Hasan.
Azfan who had been down immediately looked up to hear Hasan mention his name, why every time he was present he was always appointed by Hasan. Is this a punishment for him for rarely gathering.
"But I can't." Azfan replied in a low voice, he could not perform in front of the crowd.
Khalisa raised his eyebrows hearing Azfan's answer, still saying it can't when it has been proven that Azfan's voice is good when the qiraah in front of HIQMA as well. Khalisa wondered why Azfan was so insecure with his nice voice and handsome face. I mean—not that most guys will be confident when they have a handsome face. While Azfan has other advantages but he is easily inferior especially in front of many people.
Even if noticed many students who seem interested in Azfan. It's just that the innocent Azfan didn't realize it or he never thought that those girls could react to it.
"Why say you can't, the proof is that your voice is good, then just practice a little bit the same kating who has already participated in MTQ."
Azfan nodded slowly, unable to resist Hasan even though he did not know whether he was able or not to participate in the prestigious event. Azfan never had any experience in any race, he was just an ordinary student at school.
"For female members I want to appoint Syifa from the Faculty of Law, how is Syifa?" Hasan saw Syifa sitting in the front row.
"Thank you for the opportunity, brother." Syifa nodded.
"For other members who wish to register, please raise your hand." Hasan circulated his gaze to all the members of HAWASI who were present that afternoon. "I heard information from the committee of some students from the Da'wah Institution will also participate in this competition, please raise your hands."
Hasan saw 4 male and female members raise their hands, he immediately noted on the tablet he brought to register him to the race committee.
They continue to talk about the competition such as things that must be prepared and so on.
Khalisa's phone rang as he exited the mosque after Hasan broke up the meeting that day. He stirred the contents of his bag looking for the flat object.
"Gee!" Khalisa screeched as someone hit him from behind.
"Sorry-sorry." One student apologized for accidentally bumping into Khalisa.
"Yes-yes, it's okay my fault on the doorstep."
Azfan took a quick step and stood about half a meter behind Khalisa blocking people from hitting Khalisa again.
"Halo Rindang, yes I've finished you where, yes I have been followed to the monument."
At first glance Azfan heard Khalisa's conversation with Rindang on the phone, although not very clear but Azfan knew that Khalisa would go to the monument.
After putting his phone back in Khalisa's bag left in a hurry. Azfan saw Khalisa's tiny back drifting away. The look on Azfan's face is difficult to interpret, such as curious, worried and disappointed because Khalisa left just like that. But he should not be disappointed just because Khalisa left.
"Azfan!" A student called Azfan from behind.
Azfan spontaneously turned around to hear his name called, he saw a student in alma mater majoring in law approaching him. If it is not wrong that Syifa who was also appointed by Hasan to follow MTQ, Azfan did not know many members of HAWASI because he rarely gathered.
"Azfan, since we are both appointed by Kak Hasan, how about we train together?"
"Syifa, I am also still learning so it is better for you to train with a level brother who has participated in this competition as Kak Hasan said." Azfan smiled thinly did not mean to reject the invitation of Syifa just that he felt he had to learn more in this field.
Syifa's facial tone implied disappointment when Azfan refused to practice together, "but your voice was good."
"Sure you know that this isn't just about the sound."
Syifa nodded in a bland smile as she very much hoped that Azfan would agree to practice together. But unfortunately Azfan as a man is so closed.
"If you'll excuse me first." Azfan said hello and left from there to leave Syifa because he had to rush to work.

The sky began to darken, the lights of the city were turned on illuminating the bright night of Yogyakarta city by the moonlight. Places like cafes and angkringan increasingly crowded by young people. There is no word of sleep for the city of Yogyakarta, the more night the atmosphere feels more crowded.
Khalisa leaned on his car to see Rindang who was still not finished shooting with one of the professional photographers Rindang acquaintances. Rindang had asked Jason for help to photograph him but the man came home early because there was urgent business at home. Finally Rindang was forced to use the services of professional photographers to complete his work. Rindang had to upload the photos as scheduled, because today he has brought a lot of clothes so he must finish it right now. Although it is increasingly difficult to find a good place that is not visited by many people, Rindang did not give up on finding the place.
"I went to the mosque first, yes, it's all right." Khalisa on Rindang.
"Bring the car?" Ask Rindang.
"No, the mosque is here." Khalisa got into his car to pick up the bag where he kept his belongings including mukenah and tasbih.
Khalisa saw there was a mosque near here so he only had to walk for a while to get there.
"Try to see the results." Leafy half-run saw the results of Galen's photo.
"As you wish?" Galen took the photos he had captured.
Galen gave Rindang's digital camera, "no problem, if you need more help don't hesitate to tell me." Said the curly-haired guy, he confirmed the position of his glasses slightly down.
"Later transfer money." Shindang draped his camera after seeing the results of Galen's photo.
"She's relaxed, is this going to go straight home?"
"You want to eat first around here, wait for Khalisa still pray him."
"I'm back first is okay?" Galen took out his motorcycle key from the pocket of the checkered shirt he was wearing.
"Yeah, that's okay." Rindang nodded to let Galen go home first, after all he just waited for Khalisa prayer for a while.
"You're careful because this area is deserted." Book Galen before getting on his bike.
"Oh yeah?" Shady looking around, he just realized that this good place is quite quiet. It was so fun to take pictures Rindang did not realize that.
"Want me to go until Khalisa comes?"
"Not to, at most, come."
"I'm back."
"Yes, thank you Galen." Rindang waved at Galen.
Rindang again saw the photos including the shots Jason this afternoon. Although not a professional photographer, Jason's skill in shooting is also quite good although not as good as Galen.
"Yet alone are you." The heavy voice of a man made Rindang raise his face. A tall, skinny man was standing in front of him.
"Do we know each other?" Shindang took a step back because his distance with the man was too close.
"I waited a very long time to get this moment, I have to follow you wherever you go but your boyfriend Jason and Khalisa your best friend is always with you, now my patience has finally paid off." The man touched Rindang's broken hair.
"Eh, don't macem, you!" Leafy back, looking at the sunglasses that the man was wearing Rindang already felt strange because it was night, no one was wearing sunglasses when the sky was dark.
"Rindang Anjana, I've been your follower for a long time." He took a step forward, "I know all about you."
"So far from what do you want?" Shindang glanced to the right and left, if there were people passing by then he would immediately scream for help. But unfortunately as Galen said, the place was deserted.
"Good question, I want to touch you from top to bottom." The man's gaze was burning at Rindang in fear, he laughed out loud.
"How dare you macem, I'll yell." Rindang retreated until his back hit Khalisa's car. He ran to get into Khalisa's car but the man hugged him from behind.
"Please shout plus the village is also okay." The man exhaled behind the shady ears.
Leafy tears began to melt, his body trembling in fear. He prayed for Khalisa to come or at least ask for help. He couldn't call anyone because he left his phone in the car.
Shady can smell the aroma of cigarettes mixed with alcohol, he turned his face when the jerk tried to smell it. Despite trying to escape, Rindang energy is nothing compared to the man who was hugging him.
Shady was increasingly frightened to see two other men coming to swarm him. Their views were wild and passionate.
Please God, protect me. Shouted Shade in the heart. Have I not always been diligent in worship, please protect me.
"You're prettier to be seen in person." Say one of them. But Rindang did not care, he did not like being praised by them.
From a distance Khalisa was surprised to see Rindang mobbed by three men dressed all in black and messy.
"Oh Allah, Shady." Khalisa saw his surroundings looking for something to attack them.
Khalisa crouched down to collect a medium-sized stone and put it in a bag.
"Bismillah." Khalisa ran over to her bag full of rocks and hit the back of the man who was hugging Rindang.
"Aah!" He grimaced in pain and got a pretty strong blow to the nape of his neck.
Shady broke away but the other man caught him first, "Khalisa." He called Khalisa expectantly. Rindang's face was wet with tears.
"Bad you!" The tall, thin man pushed Khalisa down. "Don't interfere if you don't want to abis in my hand."
"Khalisa's running Khalisa!" Shouted Rindang.
Khalisa grimaced feeling his palms ache and sore, he spontaneously held his body with both hands. Khalisa raised his hand, he saw some pebbles stuck in his palm but it was not important, for Khalisa the most important thing is that Rindang was not hurt in the least.
Khalisa crawled behind a big tree, he poured all his bags looking for a cell phone with trembling hands. Occasionally he looked at Rindang who was mobbed by three men at once.
Khalisa's gaze was foggy because tears welled up in his eyes, he immediately wiped his rough tears with the back of his hand so that his vision was clear again. He dialed the top contact number in his call history. It was Azfan.
