Levin attached a needle to a lancet pen to check for shady blood sugar. Levin was stunned for a while looking at the scar of a needle puncture on Rindang's fingertips. Finally Levin grabbed Rindang's left hand but he found the same scar there. Levin's tears spread, he could not imagine how the pain that must be shady every day. Levin shook his head quickly to restore his concentration, he had to immediately check on Rindang.

Levin stuck a needle on Rindang's index finger, after removing the blood he attached it to a blood sugar test strip.

"Sorry Pa, can you speed a little more?" Levin told Jonas when he saw the number on the glucometer showed 60 mg/DL. That's a very low number that makes Rindang unconscious.

"How much is his blood sugar?" Michelin looked back with a worried face.

"60 Ma."

"60?!" Michelin increasingly confused, some times Rindang blood sugar did drop but usually in the range of 100.

"Ma, can you please grab Levin's phone on the dashboard?"

"okay." Michelin groped the car dashboard until she got Levin's phone.

"Thank you Ma." Levin's thumb moved impatiently on his phone screen and contacted Kafasa hospital to prepare a gurney for Rindang.

Levin jumped out first before the car stopped perfectly. Some nurses pushed the gurney closer to Levin's car.

"Please prepare 40% dextrose%." Levin moves Rindang from the car to the gurney. "I'll handle it."

The crown that had been perched beautifully on Rindang's head fell down as Levin lifted his body. Levin ignored the thing, it's not important right now.

"But isn't Levin's doctor on leave?"

"I understand his condition the most." Levin half-runs pushing the gurney toward the ER. Levin immediately replaced the suit with his doctor's cloak. "His blood sugar is 60 mg per DL." Levin was obviously on the nurse who was preparing to help him. Levin washes his hands and installs medical gloves before taking action.

A nurse removed the veil Rindang, they saw it was concerned because on his happy day Rindang had to experience this.

For a moment Levin noticed Rindang's deathly pale face. There was no hue on Rindang's pretty face, her lips tightly clenched.

"Doctor will give you dextrose fluid using bolus IV injection?" One of the nurses saw Levin.

"Yes." Yeah."

"It's too risky doc."

"I know but we have to raise his blood sugar right away or he'll go into a coma."

Levin applied an anesthetic cream to Rindang's left hand to reduce pain, although Rindang is currently unconscious but may be able to feel pain.

Levin injects a solution of dextrose into the veins of the Leaf slowly to reduce the side effects that can be caused by the procedure. Two nurses prepared the tools Levin needed and recorded the timing of the solution.

"I'm sorry." Levin grabbed Rindang's hand that was not infused and held it. "You can get through this." He kissed the back of Rindang's hand several times. The hand that Levin had been holding onto from the first time felt so cold. Levin thought it was because Rindang was nervous but it turned out that it was a symptom of his hypoglycemia. Levin should have realized that sooner. Levin felt really bad because Rindang had to experience this.

"We'll change his clothes." Said the nurse after they finished taking action on Rindang.

"Maybe a little harder because of her bridal outfit." With a heavy heart Levin took off his grip on Rindang's hand. After a while in Levin's grasp, Rindang's hands began to warm.

"We'll do it carefully." The nurse convinced Levin.

"Thank you, we can move him to the ward after that."

"Good Doc."

Levin leaves the ER while the nurse changes Rindang's clothes in a hospital gown. Levin's body was lunglai when he met Rindang's parents who were waiting in front of the ER with anxious faces. Khalisa and Azfan were also there, their gazes were no less worried. Levin knew they were hoping Rindang was okay, but he could not lie because Rindang was not awake at the moment. Leafy could be in a coma if not treated immediately.

"Where's Vin?" Michelin got up first.

"I've done the hypoglycemia protocol but we haven't been able to see the results, we have to do regular checks, hopefully the blood sugar will be stable again."

Azfan pulled Levin's hand to sit with them, he knew Levin was the hardest hit because Levin knew about Rindang's condition in detail.

Now that Azfan was between Khalisa and Levin, he clasped Khalisa's hand to calm him down. Azfan assured Khalisa that Rindang must be fine even though he did not know exactly what happened. Khalisa talking about hypoglycemia, Azfan did not dare to ask again because everyone was panicking. Azfan could only pray for Rindang to soon awaken.

Khalisa looked down at the crown in his hand. He felt every swarovski studded all over the crown and his fingers stopped on the side of the crown that was thick due to the fall. Although now the crown is not perfect but he was on the head of Rindang and make Rindang look very beautiful. Khalisa never saw Rindang as beautiful as that, even he was reluctant to blink his eyes when he first saw Rindang come out earlier.

Khalisa raised his face to hear a familiar cry in his ears. Khalisa saw Ica stepping towards him while holding Azka who was crying loudly.

"Azka nyariin you, do not want to be carried another."

Khalisa put on a smile taking over Azka in the Ica sling. Since Azka was only at home every day and was taken care of by Khalisa and Azfan and Nadira, she was not used to being with others. Azka could already recognize the face of Umma and her Abi.

"Azka's thirsty, Bi please bring me my bag." Khalisa stepped into a special breastfeeding room followed by Azfan.

"Yes." Yeah." Khalisa sat in the chair provided.

"But it's still a wound."

"Nothing, her name is also nyuin." Khalisa looked at Azka who began to calm down in his arms. "Do you drink?"

Azka reached out her hand touching Khalisa's cheek that was still wet from crying just now.

"Eh Abi wants to see Azka's teeth try to show."

Azfan pulled the chair to get closer, "try to see."

"This is the top Bi there is already one, the bottom also one." Khalisa opened Azka's mouth so Azfan could see the growth of their baby teeth.

"God, deserve Umma pain when Azka nyusu."

Azka again whined because Khalisa did not immediately give her a drink. He can calm down after getting ASI from the Umma while listening to the chants of shalawat his ashes.

"I think this is nothing compared to the pain that shady naturally, I should not complain." Khalisa's voice trembled, considering Rindang's current condition made his tears spread again.

"Umma can complain." Azfan rubbed Khalisa's shoulder. "We don't always have to look strong."

"I'm afraid—" Khalisa sentence restrained, his chest felt very tight imagining bad things that could happen to his best friend.

"Ssshhh, Umma himself said that Rindang is a strong person proof that he can survive the condition."

Khalisa opened his mouth to reply to Azfan but they heard the voice of someone out there.

"Why do you perform a procedure that is at high risk to the patient, he could have hypersensitivity or even embolization."

"I know the risk but I had no choice, he was unconscious and his blood sugar was very low." The voice sounded desperate.

It was the voice of Levin, Azfan and Khalisa looking at each other as if communicating through the view.

"As a doctor just starting out, you are very brave to take action like this, if anything happens to him our hospital will be prosecuted."

"I'm taking action according to medical procedures not careless."

"You're the general practitioner here and I'm Sp.PD you should have called me first."

"The conditions are very critical and I don't have time to do that, if the doctor objected—I would get that Sp.PD title as soon as I did that procedure nobody would doubt me anymore."

There was the footsteps of someone who was slowly getting faint.

"Doctor Levin, I haven't finished talking."

"I have to see my wife's condition."

That was the last sentence Azfan and Khalisa could hear. Then the other steps also sounded away from it.

"That's Dr. Irwan, one of the internal medicine specialists at this hospital." Obviously Khalisa before Azfan asked, he knew Azfan wanted to know who had just talked to Levin.

"What is the condition of the shady so severe?"

Khalisa nodded slowly, "we don't know when he regained consciousness because hypoglycemia can put a person in a coma."

"I'm sure Levin's doing his best for Rindang."

"Rindang experienced this all on his wedding day."

"May God always bestow blessings upon their households after this."

Khalisa assures Azfan prayer. A heavy ordeal early in the marriage will definitely make them stronger in the future. Khalisa rubbed Azka's hair, it did not take long the little one was asleep in his Umma's arms. Khalisa felt better after breastfeeding Azka. If Azka hadn't come, Khalisa would still be crying.
