"Take him off."
Rema said coldly. Looking at them with a threat that is clearly implied in his manic. Mirocuez stepped back, and miraculously, Asta floated up, following in the footsteps of Mirocuez. Kechexer looked at Rema. The two of them looked at each other coldly. Before suddenly, Kechexer jumped. Rema raised her right hand, resisting the Kechexer's attack with a cold transparent protector that curved like a dome. Withstand the scratch of the Cechexer.
Sparks of supernatural power collide, producing bright waves. Red and golden are clashing.
Rema raised her hand. Waves of reddish light gathered in his right hand. The strength solidified, carrying a strong pressure that made his surroundings tremble. The small ruins of the building fell, and the dust of the sand flew all the way. For the first time in her life, Rema hesitated to make an attack when she saw Asta standing there, puzzled as dust and sand and rock fragments fell on him.
Rema was unable to bring out his power, as he knew, that a single strike of his could destroy this building.
Frowning, Rema pulled out her attack and jumped back, putting some distance between herself and Kechexer. His priority right now was to take Asta away from this place, freeing him from them to safety. Before, he destroyed them.
"Strike me! Fight me like you attacked my tribe!" Kechexer roared, running low at high speed. The trajectory is random and unpredictable.
The pair of sharp beads were only directed at Rema. Rema fought the attack head-on, but as much as possible, the girl dodged the attack which made her have to use her magic. He closed his eyes for a moment in the middle of the Kechexer attack, and when he opened his eyes again, he was already a few meters away near Asta. He ran over, stretched out his hand to grab Asta, before he was struck by the Kechexer that reappeared beside him, jumping up and lashing out a step faster before he could even touch Asta.
Brak!
The ground was hollow and half-destroyed as Rema leapt back avoiding the claw of the Kechexer. His bead narrowed, and he saw the robed girl raise her hand. At his fingertips, there was a faint purplish light that shimmered.
"Teleportation? I'm the expert." Mirocuez said with a lazy flat face.
"For every life you take. For every sin you commit. You'll get the karma you deserve. Heaven will never see you, and hell will never accept you. You will live as punishment itself. You will be filled with suffering, you will cry, and you will lose the essence of life. You'll just be a ghost without a soul. You'll be ruined."
Mirocuez said with a widened pair of beads. The tone he used was sharp, heavy and cold. Anyone who heard it would feel his spine tremble. The girl's gaze was a little shaky, but her heart always steadied what she had wanted and done.
The Kechexer laughed out of loyalty and began to attack again. A devastating and unguided indiscriminate attack. Each strike delivered a non-playful force, and Kechexer never hesitated to swing his hand even though the attack had the potential to destroy anything he liked.
Mirocuez protects himself from the ruins, but he does not protect Asta from the ruins. Rema's manic darkened, her gaze sharp and her breathing heavy.
Goddamnit!
Rema threw a punch at Kechexer, replying to the young man's kick. One blow was able to deliver Kechexer to nearly destroy one of the walls of the building. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Rema ran to close her eyes and moved in front of Asta.
Cracks!
Turning her hand sharply back, Rema held a spear aimed at her with her invisible shield.
"Mirocuez!! Stop that!"
Jem!
Rema. His manic stared straight at Asta who at this moment widened his eyes and flickered in confusion. The young man coughed, and a deep red liquid flowed from the corner of his lips. A pair of Rema's blood beads widened.
"Asta?"
The young man opened his lips, but no words came out as his body dazed forward. Falling to the shoulder of Rema who was looking at him with a completely illegible expression.
After his breathing was interrupted, the young man was finally able to open his voice. "A—Am I going to ma—mati?"
"No."
Asta grabbed Rema's hand. Speak with a shortened voice. "I ... I su—suka to—basket ... which you ... give, Rema."
The girl lowered her gaze, discovering the fact that Mirocuez's spear, was elongated with a magic, and was able to pierce through his shield. After looking for two seconds, Mirocuez pulled his spear, causing the bodies to both be piled up and sat down.
"This is your punishment." He muttered before grinning coldly.
Kechexer approaching. "Mirocuez, what are you doing? You know that the spear will extend more than usual because your magic is unstable! You killed that young man!"
Mirocuez looked at him coldly. "I don't care. I just want the death of this girl. The vicious murderer who took everything from me! My family! My tribe! Even my sanity!! Even if I have to be a sinner!"
Kechexer looked at Mirocuez and shook his head. I don't know who is in front of him.
"You—!"
"Haha!!"
The sound of laughter made the two look on alert. Kechexer's bead widened when he saw the severed head Rema laughed like a demon. Her lips were wide open, so wide even to see the small tear wound at the corner of her lips.
That terrible laughter resounded throughout the building, and both of them knew that the laughter was more dangerous than even the deadliest poison in the entire world. Mirocuez was about to lift his spear back, before the two of them were bounced away by an overwhelming force. "Hahaha!!!"
"Hahahahahahaha!!"
The blood pooling under his body slowly moved, before quickly coming together, uniting Rema's body and head. In the blink of an eye, the slash wound disappeared as if nothing had ever happened to him, without a trace of blood on his clothes. He turned his head, and displayed the most horrifying expression they had ever seen in their lives.
"Kill! Kill everything!! Ahahaha!!"
Right on the other hand, the pair of white beads looked straight ahead. He muttered, "Mother."
"I'm sorry." Further.
Rusfeli sat on a bench. Sipping the wine in his hand and smiling. A smile that for the first time, is sincere. "I'm sorry, son."
"Haha!" Selliev's laughter glides. "Let me try Mom's favorite wine. For the first and last time."
Rusfeli smiled amusedly and raised his glass. Allowing Selliev to chug the reddish liquid inside. "It turns out I've been cheating all this time."
"Haha!"
...***...
Sky darkens. The final light was covered with the last scream that could be heard in the city. Blood pooled all over the place, and corpses lay in every eye. The sea of fire came, and the buildings had been flattened into dust. Thunder resounded, and lightning struck crazily as the storm came.
The girl walked away stupefied with blood covering all parts of her body. His blood beads were getting thickly mixed with real blood. His expression was illegible. His steps were slow, and light. Take him to tread on the path, to the place he once stopped in his life.
"Ast."
Looking at the tree in front of him, Rema muttered in a thin voice. This was the first place he had met the young man.
Rema sat down, leaned himself on the tree and laughed like a madman. In the end he knew. In the end he realized. "This is karma for me."
"If in the end it's just going to be like this, right from the start, I really hope to never meet you."
