Narda was still crying in the arms of one of the maids. Narda is very afraid that Amalia will separate herself from Karina and beat her again like she used to.

Karina took Narda into her car and rushed her home. The sweet boy's cry never subsided even more so, Jason who saw it tried to calm Narda by giving her a bottle of milk but continued to be rejected.

"The fever" said Evan looking at Karina, hearing that Jason and Andrean were initially busy with the dossier in his hand leaving their seats and approaching Evan and Narda.

"a little while" Evan takes Narda into his room and examines Narda with his medical device, which he brought from America.

Mreka did not want to bother about Andrean and chose to go to the hospital once the car was ready. During the trip Narda had vomited in Karina's arms, not disgust or discomfort but panic and worry that is what Karina feels today.

"Darling... Narda must be strong, mother's child" Karina tries to resuscitate Narda who collapsed after vomiting but the child still does not respond.

"Narda is patient, baby, brother knows you are strong" Evan tries his best by pairing an oxygen mask with Narda while Jason is in the other car with Rega.

Arriving at the hospital Narda immediately get the best treatment. Doctors tried to save Narda but they were made to panic when the boy suddenly stopped breathing.

one of the nurses came out in a panic to take medication. The nurse was intercepted by Karina who was very curious about her son's condition.

Instantly Karina limp and almost fainted lucky Jason had to support his wife's body so as not to fall. The bad memories of Karina's past come back when it was the adopted son she and Jason loved so much that he was gone because of the caretaker's negligence.

Karina's adopted son, Andrean and Evan's adopted sister, died because her Nanny neglected to look after the child named Jevan. To cause Jevan fell down the stairs and died instantly, Karina was so shocked she did not want it to happen again.
