CHAPTER 10 | Airin and Yuki

Airin's bedroom door opened that morning. Shortly after Bianca left, her mother came with her favorite food. His tired face proves that his mother has just returned from abroad but he does not go home immediately but keeps his only daughter in the hospital.

“How are you feeling dear?”, asked the mother to go into Airin's room while carrying a bag of swipes of Airin's favorite food, from the smell alone Airin can guess if it's soy sauce from his favorite restaurant.

“Mama.. Mama's home yet? Why here? Rest at home, mama can come tomorrow”, said Airin to his mother who walked while arranging food on the plate and served it to her beloved daughter.

“No, mommy is not tired dear. Seeing you is fine has made the tired mama lost”, said the mother to her son.

He helps Airin and turns it into a perfect sitting position, along with a plate of rice and soy sauce, his mother feeds Airin gently and lovingly.

“Mama always says it, Airin knows that mama must be tired. Airin is really okay mama, rest at home, mama must be tired”, said Airin gently to his mother, said, the figure of a mother who is very fond of him is even willing to feel very tired to see his daughter is fine.

The mother revealed her fingers and landed them on Airin's head and began to caress him gently with a smile, she shook her head. A warmth Airin felt, seeing his mother smile and love him like this very makes Airin comfortable and his heart feels warm.

“Welcome”, greet Yuki kindly on one of her customers. The tall man entered the flower shop he went to yesterday. Billy goes in to buy the same red tulips for his girlfriend.

“Has your lover been cured?” yuki asked while arranging Billy's order flowers

“Hmm?.. Oh.. Not yet, he's still in hospital”, Billy replied briefly.

“If I may know, what is he sick?”, asked Yuki again, he desperately wanted the man to stay in his shop longer and held him back with a few questions.

“She, suffering from leukaemia”, Billy replies to the woman.

Yuki's eyes sparkle every time Billy looks at her, the first time in his life he waits for a man to come to his shop. He had never felt anything like this before.

“You must love your lover very much, very visible on your face, you always smile whenever I ask him”, Yuki told Billy while pointing at his face.

Billy never smiles at just any woman but his girlfriend. But this time he smiled, he even spoke by looking at Yuki. When their eyes met Yuki turned his face, he could not bear to see the very handsome Billy smiling sweetly at him.

“Beware Yuki, she already has a lover”, she muttered inwardly trying to resuscitate herself.

“What's your name?”, Yuki asked her in a real friendly manner to cover up her curiosity, her sparkling eyes and looking very pleasant made Billy smile in response to the woman standing in front of him while looking at her.

“Billy”, the answer is short.

“I'm Yuki, don't forget to call my name if you go back to this store again”, Yuki told Billy.

Billy pulls his steps back but still looks at Yuki, that day Billy smiled a lot when he was at Yuki's flower shop. Billy felt like he knew the woman, but he knew where he knew it.

“Hah.. It is fitting that I know him, he is very similar to Airin, a cheerful woman with a great curiosity in her, a friendly woman and also a cheap smile”, Billy was still staring at Yuki from his car before he rushed to the hospital.

Airin's door opened, and Billy walked in and came back with a series of red tulips that are now Airin's favorite flower, because Billy always brought her, airin's happy face was very clear when he saw Billy coming to him.

“How are you doing baby?”, Billy asked Airin and put the flower arrangement on the table like he always did, as he always did, his eyes were fixed on Airin's mother lying on the guest bed at the other end, just like Airin, Billy saw that Airin's mother was very tired.

Before long the mother opened her eyes and saw Billy was already beside Airin, the happy face of her daughter sagat seen in her eyes, her smile did not even fade from her face since her lover came to see her.

“Mama, are you awake?”, greet Billy to Airin's mother whom he already considers his own mother.

“Mama go home, let Billy take care of Airin, mama must be tired, sorry Billy can only come this afternoon”, Billy said to Airin's mother.

“Alright, contact mama if you want to go home, let mama replaceya”, Airin's mother told Billy who was like his own son.

Honestly, the mother still wanted to accompany Airin in the hospital but she understood the condition of the hearts of the two lovers, they were looking to spend time together even in the hospital. Billy looked at his lover occasionally get rid of the strands of hair that blocked his face, although the hair that became the crown of Airin is now thinning but Billy did not pay attention to it, for him Airin is the only woman he loves.

“From tomorrow I'll be here every twelve noon until tomorrow. I will accompany you here”, Billy said to his girlfriend who was lying in bed.

“Then what about your job and all your responsibilities? Aren't you going to continue that company? If you're more concerned with me than your company and your career, then what about your life? How can you live like that?”, Airin asked Billy. Airin attacks Billy with thousands of questions at once. But Billy just smiled, Airin's chatter signifies that he is fine.

“Both of my parents already know, and the company I have sorted out a few days ago. So calm yourself, baby. This time I'll take care of you”, Billy replied gently to Airin's passionate gebu.

Airin smiled and nodded then he fell silent. The look on his face looked like a lot he thought, sad when he found out Billy loved and cared about him so much that he could not give the same to Billy, let alone giving Billy what he needs for now, reciprocating Billy's treatment of him as long as he lies in the hospital alone he can't.

“Don't you miss the old us? Before I was weak helpless and could only lie here”, Airin looked down, he felt useless and could only trouble those around him, including Billy. In his heart, Airin wants to be his former self, but this time he is very limited, he really feels sorry for Billy who can only take care of him, he knows that Billy may be facing a difficult time and what makes him sick is that he can't be by Billy's side to help him.

“Don't you miss the old me?”, asked Airin with eyes that began to glaze over.

“Your past or your present is the same. Don't ever think that you're no longer useful to me. I love you and forever will be, we promised we'd get married, didn't we? So relax, do not think like”, exclaimed Billy menennagkan Airin who is unstable emotions.
