He is, Amaya

He is, Amaya
Seeing the Leo

Amaya accompanies Fhea to the minimarket to buy some of her necessities. He chose to drink cold drinks. However, when he was about to go to the cashier he got a message from an unknown number.

"Why, May?" ask Fhea who was standing nearby. Amaya chooses to ignore the message she has not read and invites Fhea to the cashier.

They are quickly out of the minimarket because there is no queue at the cashier. At that time Amaya again received a message from the same number. He had not yet read the message, the number that sent him the message had already contacted him.

"I'll take this call first!" Amaya's a little away from Fhea. He took the call with doubt. However, upon hearing the voice that contacted her, Amaya sighed softly in relief.

"Hey. Why use a new number?" ask Amaya happy. She had not expected that after a day yesterday of not getting any news from Leo, the man contacted her.

"Sorry there's a lot of work. I'm using my friend's phone."

"Oh, okay. What time is tomorrow? Want me to cook you something?" ask Amaya enthusiastically.

"May, I'm calling you to let you know that me and the team still have to be here for a few more days!"

Amaya became lethargic. He thought tomorrow he would meet Leo again and spend a lot of time telling stories. Unfortunately, his wish had to be postponed first. "OKAY. Doesn't matter. Fun have!"

Amaya disconnects the call first after hearing someone call Leo. He picked up the sound and grew annoyed.

"Why is his face so pouting?" reprimand Fhea when Amaya comes back to him.

Amaya shook her head and took Fhea to the boarding house. Minimarket and boarding distances are close so they choose to walk, especially the streets are quite crowded because there are several street vendors.

Amaya is shocked when Fhea pulls her hand and they almost fall. "May, why, anyway?"

Amaya sighed softly. He apologized, almost got himself hit by a passing motorbike if Fhea did not pull it. "You're a real danger if you're walking along the street."

"Sorry!"

"Huh. Nyebelin you tuh. Why, anyway?"

Amaya sighed softly then stared fixedly at Fhea who asked her for a story. "Leo won't be coming home tomorrow. He still has a few days out of town for work, but what pisses me off is not that ... Femi was there and Leo would rather talk to Femi than me!"

Fhea laughs and makes Amaya upset. "Don't laugh that way. Better hurry back to the hostel, yuk!" Amaya pulls Fhea's hand to return the way back to the boarding house.

Amaya was really not calm. Suddenly, he was afraid that something was hidden by Leo. "Why is it only Femi's voice I hear?" amaya murmured while lying staring at the ceiling of the room.

Amaya felt her bed looking for a cell phone that kept ringing. He was too lazy to get up and look for it properly. Luckily, the phone wasn't that hard to find.

"Sir Dave?" Amaya nodded in annoyance. He's so lazy to keep in touch with Dave. However, remembering what happened to Dave and the words the man spoke made him unable to bear to ignore them.

"Hello Mr Dave? What's up?"

"Non Amaya, this is Auntie. Non, can you come here? Mas Dave's fever, Non!"

Amaya frowned at the panicked voice of the worker at Dave's house.

"Can you come home, Non? Aunt confused what to do. Mas Dave just keeps delirious calling Non Amaya's name and mom's not home anymore!"

Amaya wakes up from her sleep and decides on the call. He chose to be prepared and thoughtlessly went to Dave's house.

Lucky when he went out there was an ojek who just drove one of his friends and he used an ojek to go to Dave's house.

Hearing Dave fever until calling his name makes Amaya panic. He doesn't want anything to happen to Dave and gets him blamed.

Honey, the trip to Dave's house isn't as easy as one might think. At night like that he had to be in a traffic jam because there was a severe accident.

"Sorry, Ma'am. We can't move!" Amaya looked around. The motor he was riding on was stuck among other motorists. The streets are completely stuck. "If it is in a hurry, it is better to walk up ahead. I don't think it's jammed in there!"

Amaya accepted the proposal. He paid his motorcycle fare and chose to walk forward past the scene of the accident.

Amaya's body shivered as she watched the fresh blood flow just like that on the asphalt road. The fishy smell was clearly smelled and the sound of the victim's agonizing cry made him feel sad. Amaya remembers her father and mother when she had an accident. Luckily, they all survived, even though his mother became paralyzed.

"God, strengthen me!" muttered Amaya while continuing to walk among the crowd that was there. Luckily, he didn't have to walk far. He took a taxi to Dave's house.

Amaya was so nauseous at this time, the smell of blood was really disturbing his sense of smell. However, he chose to ignore it with a focus on thinking about Dave.

Amaya briefly sees Leo entering a jewelry store alone, but when she remembers Leo being out of town she believes he saw it wrong.

"It was similar to Leo! It can't be because Leo is out of town."

Amaya's arrival is greeted by a man who works at Dave's house. "Sir Dave how, sir?"

"Father doesn't know, Non. There's Bi Tri in Mas Dave's room!" Amaya nodded, without saying anything else she went to Dave's room.

Amaya enters Dave's room, she touches Bi Tri's shoulder slowly, but leaves the middle-aged woman shocked. "Sorry, Bi!"

"Non, Mas Dave just keeps on being delirious. Aunty called Mom and I can't go home tonight!"

Amaya nodded in understanding. He noticed Dave's agitated face. Amaya immediately approached Dave by sitting on the side of the bed. Touching Dave's sweaty face.

"Sir Dave!" call Amaya slowly. Honey, the man did not respond.

Amaya sighed softly and wiped Dave's sweat with a tissue in her bag. Amaya also hugged Dave as she did in the office without feeling sad when Bi Tri was in the room.

Slowly Dave's body began to calm down, the man no longer felt uneasy. Amaya remembers Dave saying that he needed the medicine that Dave needed.

"Mas Dave seems to be improving!"

Amaya nodded. Slowly she let go of his embrace and succeeded. "The heat is still, should we call a doctor, Bi?"

"Mommy told Mas Dave that a fever while delirious is the cure just needs to calm down, Non."

Amaya nodded in understanding. He hoped Dave would indeed really improve after he tried to calm him down. "Auntie just rest. Let my Mr. Dave be with me!"

"It's okay, Non?" Amaya nodded confidently. He felt pity for Bi Tri's tired face. "alright. If there's anything, just call Auntie, yeah, Non!"

"Auntie just calm down. I'll do it!" Bi Tri finally said goodbye to her room and did not forget to close the door.

Right now it's just him and Dave. Amaya noticed that Dave's face was no longer agitated, he touched Dave's forehead which felt his body heat decrease.

"Am I really the cure? But why me?"

Amaya's hand was suddenly clasped tightly by Dave. However, Amaya chose to let it go. "When I hate you. You're a shame on me, but why do I always feel like I can't bear to let you suffer like this?"

"Don't go, May. Please!" Amaya sighed softly when she heard the delirious Dave say his name.

"The first time I knew you were my boss, I really wanted to not accept this job, but unfortunately seeing the look in your eyes made me feel like I had to hold on and now ..have been so unfortunate!"

Amaya rubbed Dave's forehead and kissed him long there. "I love you!"
