GHOST VILLAGE

GHOST VILLAGE
PART 23 CHASING THE KIDNAPPER

The age of the womb of Queen Sari entered the 5th month, where the prospective baby jabang half jin began to agilely move in the stomach of the mother. Tonight, the night of the full moon on Legi Thursday, Rama was sitting on a long chair in his living room, stroking the stomach of Queen Sari who entered a five-month pregnancy. The full moon was brightly lit in the sky, illuminating a calm and silent night. Suddenly, Rama felt the air inside become cold as ice and a mysterious fog appeared from the corner of the room of the house. Cold atmosphere like this is rarely experienced by Rama, let alone have entered the dry season. Rama immediately stood up from the chair then headed to the window of the house to see the situation in the yard, it turns out that outside it looks very thick fog and very cold weather.

Rama is shocked by a fireball seen flying towards his house from the sky of their roof. Rama then closed the window so that the cold did not enter the house and immediately approached Queen Sari.

Rama: (surprised) "What is this? (Rama sensed the presence of an unusual coldness around him)".

Suddenly Rama heard a small whisper in his ear, "Give up to Rama before the worst happens to you and your family... "

Queen Sari: "(worried) What happened, Rama?"

Rama: "(surprised) I saw a fireball flying towards our house. Around the house was covered in a thick fog and the cold began to enter the house, Ratu Sari. There was also a whisper in my ear asking me to give up. Do you feel anything strange too, Queen?"

At that time, the baby in the womb of Ratu Sari began to move and kick strongly.

Queen Sari: "(whimpering in pain) Ah, I feel pain. What happened to our baby?"

Queen Sari replied with a gasp of breath, "Something is wrong, Rama. I feel like there's a strange presence, there's a creature stalking us from behind and in front of the house."

Panicked Rama tried to calm his wife down, "Relax baby, I'll protect you both. I'll find out what happened."

Suddenly, Genderuwo, whom King Piningit sent as a guard, appeared and reported that he had seen something around Rama's house, "Assalamu 'alaikum Rama and Ratu Sari, beware..There are vampires who want to attack us from behind the house and leyak creatures from the front of the house. Not only that, there were rows of venomous snake stealth that came from the forest and flocked into our yard. It looks like they were sent from Ki Sabrang who was monitoring through the science of fog blankets. But you need not worry, I am here to help you and we will face it together. Looks like their strength hasn't been strong enough against us."

The story of the Vampire in the form of blood-sucking creatures comes from various traditions and cultures. One of the most famous is the East Slavic tradition, in which there are stories of creatures referred to as "vampire" or "upyr". Here, vampires are believed to be creatures that live underground and suck human blood. In addition, there are also stories of similar creatures in ancient Egypt and in Greek mythology.

In medieval times, beliefs about vampires began to develop in Eastern Europe. This belief persisted until the 18th century, when a vampire outbreak erupted in the Balkans. People in this region believe that the dead can suddenly turn into vampires and bring disease to the living. They believe that the way to stop the vampire plague is to burn or stab the dead person's heart.

Vampire stories grew in popularity in the 18th and 19th centuries. At that time, many writers wrote about this creature, such as John William Polidori in the work "The Vampyre" in 1819, and Bram Stoker in his famous work "Dracula" in 1897. These works brought the belief about vampires to the rest of the world and made them more popular than ever.

The story of vampires in the 20th century is still popular today. Many movies, television shows, books, and video games use vampires as the main characters. Though belief in the existence of vampires has declined, stories and legends about these creatures still remain alive and a part of popular culture. Overall, the story of the vampire has undergone many evolutions and changes throughout its history. From beliefs stemming from oral culture to modern fiction, vampires remain a creature of mystery and fascination.

Leyak is believed to live in certain places such as forests, and often appears at night. They are believed to be highly skilled at manipulating humans and animals to take advantage or satisfy their cravings. Leyak is known as a very dangerous creature and can suck the blood of humans or animals as food.

In Balinese culture, leyak often appears in folklore and is referred to as one of the scary creatures. Leyak is often associated with death, birth, or illness, and is believed to wreak havoc if it is not avoided or expelled in an appropriate manner.

Although leyak is often associated with Balinese beliefs, the story of leyak is also spread in other areas in Indonesia, such as Java and Lombok. However, leyak in Bali is known as one of the unique and interesting symbols of Balinese culture.

As the vampires and leyaks approach the house of Rama and Queen Sari, they pause in front of the entrance and begin to threaten Rama and Queen Sari to surrender.

Vampire: "Have it, Rama and Queen Sari. We've been scouting your powers for some time. You can no longer avoid your true destiny. Surrender yourself to us!"

Leyak: "We are waiting for this moment. We'll finish what's our job!"

Rama: "We're not going to give up. We will protect ourselves and our family!"

Queen Sari: "Yes, we are not afraid of your threats. We will protect our child who will be born later."

Not long, Genderuwo immediately moved against leyak in front of the house, while Ratu Sari used her magical power from inside the house to dispel the ranks of poisonous snakes coming from the forest. Meanwhile, Rama stands upright in the backyard of the house, ready to face the vampire attacks coming from behind. He stood up and began reciting Ajian Kalimasada's vow, "Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, we fight them!"

The vampire let out a terrifying sound and started jumping towards Rama quickly. Somehow, Rama's body seemed to be carried away flying and swiftly avoided the Vampire attack. Maybe this is the effect of the Ajian and Kalimasada mustika. "You can't fight me, weak man!" exclaiming vampires with hoarse voice.

Vampires continued to attack, but Rama was also able to avoid and defend himself. Until at its peak Rama began to act and cross like a prayer person, then closed his eyes while putting the words of Ajian Kalimasada slowly. Suddenly from Rama's chest came out a dazzling aura of light emanating from Kalimasada mustika. The light was as dazzling as the sunlight emitting UV rays was so bright, that the Vampire felt slowly overheating and its skin became crystalline solid, then shattered like dust. The Vampire is defeated by Rama.

Meanwhile Genderuwo faced Leyak in front of the House. Genderuwo faced the attack of Leyak using Ajian Segara Geni, which had been dominant in the heat of evil fire, but now became dominant as cold as mountain water but still deadly. Leyak who did not expect with the study of Genderuwo became weak, and the longer his evil soul drained away until finally leyak was destroyed his soul. Genderuwo defeated the Balinese leyak.

Ratu Sari, sitting in the middle of the house, focused her mind and magical power to bring a collection of sea water from the Java Sea. Although the stomach is a bit sick because the baby can not stay still, but a bunch of sea water that has been marching in the sky can also be directed around the yard of Rama's house. And with his strength, finally the seawater was spilled to the ground, so that it hit the line of snake stealth that was about to attack the house of Rama. The snake stealth line was also in disarray because of the salt content and pressure from the sea water that was shed, so they were destroyed. Queen Sari also managed to dispel the line of snake stealth that attacked their home.

There was one snake demon that managed to escape and return to Ki Sabrang's hideout. The snake demon that escaped also reported to Ki Sabrang about his failure to defeat Rama and Queen Sari. And Ki Sabrang also grinned sharply and showed his slick face.
