GHOST VILLAGE

GHOST VILLAGE
SECTION 98: WEIRD

I stared at the old woman behind me. The old woman stared at me.

"Change Princess? Kirain who?" my peek.

"Ah, this is you, Im. Don't you think the Princess is a ghost?" answer the Princess.

"Eh, mboten, Mbah. I guess .." I replied.

"Already! Hunt sana wes wudlu! Let's not miss praying Isya congregated," said Mbah Putri.

"Good, Mbah" answered the two of us with his own smiles because he had thought our kyai wife was the ghost of the wandering grandmothers who had been bothering me. After feeling ashamed of ourselves, we also rushed berwudlu alternately and then performed congregational prayers in the mosque.

After the prayers of Isya, we went back to our homes. Once at home I opened up the textbooks I had learned at school. After that I prepared a textbook that will be used tomorrow. My mom and dad came while I was preparing the books I was going to bring to school. Maybe they still linger at the house of Mbah Arni to help the host and invite the family Mbah Arni to chat.

Dad and mom headed to the kitchen, maybe to make tea or coffee. It has become their habit, if the night chatting together or three with me while drinking a glass of tea or coffee. Suddenly I felt like someone was standing behind me, more precisely behind the door of my living room. There was a sigh followed by a soft humming song lyrics of the mainstay of music in my school.

"Dance??" I scream in my heart.

Feeling bad and afraid, I also ended my activities in the living room. I went to my room to go to bed. When I was about to pull my blanket, suddenly my bedroom door opened. I squinted my eyes to see who was standing behind the door. It was my father standing there.

"Don't drink warm tea before bed, Im?" said father.

"No, Sir. I sleep heavily," I replied with relief.

Yes, I feel relieved because I can sleep soundly because my father and mother stand guard in the living room while chatting to spend a glass of warm tea. I wish I had fallen asleep when they were not done with the warm tea.

The next day I woke up just as dawn was being proclaimed in the mosque. I rushed to the bathroom. As usual, I was busy in the kitchen.

"Wake up, Im?" greet mom.

"Yes, Mom" I replied.

"Drink water first to be healthy" said my mother.

I immediately drank water from the barrel using a dipper.

"Truly delicious, drink water when you wake up like this" I cried in my heart.

After that, I rushed to the bathroom to finish the morning and wudlu. After that I went to the mosque to my mother. I thought Parto had just come out the door of her house.

"Where's the sleep, Im?" greet Parto.

"Thank God very well, To" I replied.

"Last night, the girl came again, huh?" ask Parto.

I was silent for a moment and then said.

"He's not human, To" I said slowly.

"You mean?" ask Parto astonishment.

"Yes. He's a ghost" I replied.

"long story. He was my parents' schoolmate. The first time I came to school, the girl's ghost bothered me. Long story short he wants me to uncover the perpetrator of the murder on him," I replied.

"Oh my God!!!" pekik Parto's.

"Everyone thought he died in an accident. In fact, he died because he was accidentally hit by someone. And the guy's still roaming around free up until now" I continued.

"Astagfirefullah!!" pekik Parto's.

"Wish I could uncover the case, huh?" my word.

"I-i-iya, Im. I will pray for you. I'm ready to help you if needed" replied my little friend.

"For now, I don't think it's time for you to help me, To. But thank you for your willingness to help me" I replied.

"Yes, Im. You're being careful, aren't you? My feelings are not good" said Parto.

"Yes, To. Thank you," I replied.

It didn't feel like we were in the mosque. After performing the Tahyatal Mosque and Qobliyah Subuh prayer, we also do praise with other worshipers. After that, we also performed the Fajr prayer and returned to each other's homes.

As I was leaving for school, I shook my father and mother's hands. You called me before I rode my favorite BMX bike. I stood on my bike waiting for my father to come to me. After my father got close to me, he spoke.

"Im, be careful on the road, yeah!" said father.

"Yes, sir" I replied.

"Don't miss the dhikr and prayers along the way. Don't be afraid of that lost granny, huh? He is also a creature of Allah SWT," continued the father.

"Yes, Sir. Thank you" I replied again.

"For our plan. I'm sorry, did you have to involve you and your friends?" said father again.

"It's okay, sir. Even friends will be happy to be involved," I replied.

"Yes, you know. However, you are still too small to be involved in a big case like jnj. But, it is only with your involvement that does not invite the suspicion of the spy" said my father again.

"Yes. You just calm down. We'll be fine" I replied.

"Father is proud of you, Im" cried the father while tightly hugging my tiny body. I'm glad to be hugged like that. A very rare moment for me. My mother watched us from a great distance. There was a newness and worry emanating from my mother's eyes.

I also took my bike to leave the house for school. Do not forget the prayers and dhikr I always offer along the way to avoid danger and interference from invisible creatures.

Maybe because of the prayer I read or the prayers of my parents, when I got to that haunted climb, suddenly I saw so many of my school friends who were also riding bicycles just like me that I did not feel afraid to go through the haunted ramp. I overtake my friends one by one. I didn't know them, but from his recent uniform, I'm sure they were my age. I overtook them all while looking from them there might be someone I know. Unfortunately, none of them were of the same class or I've seen MOS time. As a result, I was finally in front of myself after overtaking ... Yes, I overtook a grandmother who was on the side of the road. Surprisingly, I did not feel the slightest fear at that moment. Maybe because there were a lot of kids cycling behind me. And strangely enough, the grandmother seemed oblivious to my presence.

I didn't feel like I was at the school gate. I looked back intending to enter the school gate together with the friends I had just overtaken. But until a long wait, they did not come. I find it strange to myself why they never show up. Finally, I entered myself into the school gate hoping to soon meet with my four friends to convey my father's plan.

Seriate

Thankfully, the condition has improved. Hopefully I can be active again soon
