Get off the bed

Get off the bed
The extra chapter 9

Karina opened her eyes slowly feeling dizzy. He closed his eyes for a moment hoping the dizziness would soon disappear. A middle-aged maid who had served him for several days in his late mother's villa.

"Miss is conscious?" Ask the woman that Karina called her aunt.

"Yes, what happened to me?" Karina asked helplessly because she felt like she was dizzy.

"Ehm. Let the great lord explain miss. I don't have the power to say it because I don't know. The doctor examined the lady and the doctor went straight to the master's office." Reply aunty while putting a tray containing porridge that she just made according to the advice of doctors four hours after fainting the estimate of the doctor guessed Karina Siuman.

"Papa's here?" Karina asked frowning looking at aunt.

"Yes non, after the aunt saw the miss passed out, the aunt panicked and confused who to contact. Finally aunt called the big master." Aunty answered while trying to feed Karina but was rejected by Karina because she felt it was better to eat alone.

"Where.w.." Karina complained as she felt her head throbbing dizzy.

"Miss, miss has a lot of rest." Said the aunt with a panicked look on her face, putting down her porridge bowl and helping Karina to lie down again.

"I want to see papa bi?" Pinta Karina said, but obeyed her aunt to lay her body on the bed because it was not strong to lie down alone.

"But miss is not okay. Miss has to rest and recover if she wants to see the great lord." Aunty's suggestion enveloped Karina to the waist because Karina asked for it with a body movement code.

"All right." Said Karina resignedly and received a porridge feed from aunt.

"Is there anything you want, miss?" Aunty asked because the porridge was still half and Karina had already rejected it because she felt full.

"No bi, thank you." Reject Karina with a soft tone.

"Drink miss!" Said the aunt thrusting the medicine obtained from the doctor's prescription earlier. Karina looked at the medicine and frowned as if asking what medicine.

"This was a prescription from the doctor, miss, to restore the condition of the body of the lady." Reply to the aunt who seemed to be able to guess the contents of Karina's mind.

Karina complied and drank it with a single sip of warm water that auntie had prepared as well.

"Have you met papa bi?" Pinta Karina was like a child who had done what had to be done and then demanded a request.

"Let me tell you big master, miss. You're still weak to stand." Aunt's suggestion was finally unable to resist the wishes of the miss who made Karina smile brightly to get what she wanted.

"Thank you bi." Karina smiled.

Karina stared at the ceiling of the bedroom she had occupied for almost a month. The last time she met him was when she came home from her husband's mansion. After that, that night he was also escorted by his papa confidant somewhere. At that time Karina resignedly brought by those people. And it turns out that he was brought back to his family's villa, Sangrila villa, the beloved villa of his late birth mother.

"Whatever it comes from not divorce." Karina replied firmly making Doctor Nathan stare intently at her daughter who just lowered her face.

"You said anything, right?" Doctor Nathan said a little upset but didn't show it too much.

"Sorry papa. It's not that Karin won't keep her promise. But Karin's domestic life is entirely the right of Karin's husband. As long as our home is okay. Karin won't file a divorce lawsuit. Because it is hated by God. Karin leaving Karin's house without her husband's permission was already a great sin for Karin. If Karin refuses, she knows that papa will force." Karina paused her speech staring at her papa with a still relaxed look on her face.

"For that Karin obeyed papa's wishes but not divorce. At least Karin tried to keep her promise because papa didn't like us together." Clearly Karina still remained in a gentle and polite tone. No matter how angry Karina is, she is not someone who will shout with disrespect, especially when faced is her biological father even though they have been separated for a long time.

Doctor Nathan was silent at his daughter's words. Although as sick and as bad as his late mother-in-law used to insult, berate him, beat him. The Karina he knew remained silent without being able to resist. Not unable to resist but she was indeed unable to fight back on the mother of the man who became her husband.

A man who is loved and respected. Although the treatment of her late mother-in-law is not good, but Nathan's doctor does not deny that Karina's two husbands treat her well and warm as if they love her very much not as if but really love her. It could have been her two husbands reprimanding their mother but Karina was the one who forbade because they did not want to cause disputes between their families.

Karina believes that one day she can melt the heart of her late mother-in-law. But it happened the last moments of the late mother-in-law died as if karma approached the late mother-in-law but it did not make Karina hate her mother-in-law who was too evil to her. As good as his daughter is to people even to people who have treated badly, his daughter is very good. As if you knew, karma exists.

"Come into your room!" Tell Dr. Nathan to stand up from his seat stepping towards the glass window of his study stare out not looking at his daughter's face. Not unwilling but unable to see the innocent and innocent face of his daughter as if everything would be fine.

"Assalamualaikum pa." Pamit Karina stood up from her seat to get out of her papa's study. Before opening the door, Karina turned back.

"Thank you papa. Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wa barakatuh." Karina said again still silent waiting for the father to answer his greetings because he had not heard the answer that would usually always be answered by his non-Muslim father. Along with affirming again greeting with complete.

"Wa'alaikum salutations." Nathan's doctor replied after sighing heavily, feeling a little upset that his daughter refused to divorce her husband. But upon hearing the meek greeting and the complete greeting for the second time from his daughter made his defense wither. His daughter is special. He hesitated to do his intention. And it was said without looking at his daughter.

Karina just smiled seeing her papa answer her greeting without turning to look at her but she was already quite satisfied getting her greeting answer. That meant her father wasn't really mad at her, just a little longer for her father to accept her and her husband as his daughter-in-law.

"You're sober?" The baritone's voice rippled out his daydream, making him turn towards the voice where the door of his room was open.

The sweet smile on Karina's lips looked at her papa appeared to make Nathan's doctor speechless remembered the smile of his late wife who was exactly the same to make Nathan's chest slip.

She felt very guilty seeing her daughter who was deliberately separated from her husband. He's really very sorry. He just wanted the smile to be on his beautiful daughter's lips on the same face as his late wife.

"Assalamualaikum pa." Karina said with a beautiful smile continuously imprinted on her pale lips similar to her face.
