Crying sounds horrible in the ICU hospital room. Karina's step swallowed seeing her husband's body fall on the ICU's floor. The doctors who handled Ambar's situation just fell silent staring at Johan full of guilt and pity. They have tried their best to save the mother of his former doctor partner. But the destiny of God is not able to make a person live if it is God's will if someone has to close the age.
Basically, the man will come back to him. It is only time and way different that they will leave this world. At least we should not be complacent with the affairs of the world until we forget what we will bring to the afterlife.
Karina's tears burst and flowed profusely although there was no sound of her crying. Seeing the condition of her husband who was so desperate and sad because he had to lose his mother. The only family left. And now he's just Johan's only family. His wife.
Not long ago he was left by his biological brother, now he must sincerely see the death of his mother due to heart disease suffered. Again, this made Karina sad. The pain of her heart seeing the state of her husband who was not okay made Karina approach her husband slowly.
"Istighfar mas, I've calmed down there." Karina's whisper approached Johan's body while touching her soft shoulder.
"He went Karin, he left me alone. Mother.my only mother my family left Karin." Hysterical Johan saw his wife actually coming at his mother's request before she died.
"Prophey, there's still me. Your wife will be with you. Hm..." Karina said a soft word made Johan finally able to control himself to hear the words that made his heart warm.
"You're not leaving me, are you? You're not gonna let me be alone, are you?" Said Johan staring fixed his wife with tears that still wet his cheeks. Who was painstakingly rubbed gently by Karina.
"I'm not going to go. I'll always be with you." Karina said despite not being sure of what she said. A moment his papa's words flashed through his mind.
*anything?
Remember what you promised*.
The firm words of her father before going to meet her mother-in-law and her husband made Karina speechless while returning her husband's arms that were getting hardened as if afraid of being abandoned by him. Karina was only able to return the hug without being able to say anything. Moreover, the sobbing of her husband still sounded faint even though not as loud as earlier.

Three hours after the funeral process from the hospital. The body has now reached his family's mansion. Which fortunately has not been sealed by his mother's loan collector because it is still given a month later.
Johan was deadlocked not thinking about it, he would give his family's mansion if indeed that was the only way out of the snare of his mother's debt.
Although in his lifetime his mother behaved badly but nevertheless he was still his biological mother. Mother gave birth to him. Mother took care of him from the time he was little. Although his guilt for the wife still imprints in his heart because of his mother's bad treatment while still alive.
It was already a little relieved, because the last second his mother breathed her last he had apologized to Karina despite not meeting in person. Johan was sure his wife, who was a big soul, would forgive before her mother apologized in person.
The mourners had already begun to present their condolences to Johan. Moreover, he has no other relatives. It was just him and his mother. His late father's family was far away from the island so he could not attend just to mourn him through a phone call that Johan oversaw.
Karina continued to sit by her husband's side accompanying him until the body was ready for burial when someone told her that Ambar's final resting place was ready.
With Ryan the friend, Johan followed the steps of the kanda to his mother's final resting place in TPU not far from the housing complex his mother lives. Karina chose not to take her mother-in-law's departure.

When it began to grow late, the mourners have begun to say goodbye to go home which still consists of colleagues, as well as friends and friends Johan. Karina herself still faithfully accompanied her husband to meet his friends who were present as a form of their grief.
"Rest! You need to sleep." Ryan said to calm his best friend who was still silent since then without being able to say anything.
"Sir, ask Johan to sleep for a few days he is not enough rest even he only eats when he remembers." Ryan's suggestion that Karina was embracing looked at her husband anxiously.
"We're taking a break?" Take Karina to make Johan look at her.
"I'm not sleepy." Replied Johan standing from his seat towards his private workspace.
"I said goodbye first, pick Johan up. I'm gonna ask Papa's permission to stay here." Pamit Ryan's.
"No need for Ryan, mbak had already contacted papa to ask permission to stay. Thank you." Thank you."
"Papa's allowing?" Karina nodded stiffly not explaining what to pay to get her papa's permission earlier.
When the body was delivered to the final resting place, Karina had to contact her papa. A little bit of a little discussion happened. And with a very plea, Nathan's doctor finally allowed his daughter with a heavy heart and of course with the conditions that Karina had to keep later.
"I'm saying goodbye to mbak."
"Assalamualaik." Karina who said it that was answered awkwardly by Ryan, however, the noble family is still non-Muslim.
"Wa.. wa'alaikum greetings." Ryan replied nervously.

"Miss needs something?" Ask aunty at the mansion of her late mother-in-law.
"No bi, I'll do it myself. I'm gonna make some hot tea for my husband." Karina softly smiled warmly making the aunt smile at the wife of her late employer's son.
"Let me help the non!" Bargain the aunt that Karina is taking. He himself was tired and sleepy. His body was only a few days ago declared healthy but do not be too stressed and busy. It could trigger his illness again.
Karina let out a long sigh of muttering istighfar many times in her heart while making warm tea for her husband.

Karina knocks on the door of her husband's workroom which is actually unlocked. But she did not want to sneak in even though she was her husband inside. She doesn't want to disturb her husband's privacy. Especially before leaving, her husband said he wanted to be alone first.

There was still no answer from inside the workspace. Karina decided to open it because the door was completely unlocked. He also looked at his head in the room. But she could not be seen anywhere her husband.
Feelings of anxiety and worry surrounded him and made a direct entry just like that. Put the tray he was carrying on the table near the door. Karina went inside in a panic because she had not seen her husband anywhere. But when he arrived at the long sofa that turned back to the door made Karina sigh in relief.
Her husband slept on the sofa while hugging his family picture frame. Karina smiled bitterly at the face of her husband who looked lost and tired. Eventually, he decided not to wake her. Karina looked around for a blanket around the room that her husband usually wears while he was busy with his work.
Karina found him and covered the tall body of her husband who was only able to cover her ankles to her chest. Karina took slowly the frame that her husband embraced. Her tears trickled when she saw the face of her late ex-husband who also died.
And the pain of betrayal committed by her late ex-husband even though it was done accidentally. No longer able to Karina immediately put a frame that contains the late father and mother and ex-husband and her husband now. He slid the frame over the desk and left the study before a feeling of tightness came to his chest.
