Chapter 40 Request

In the family room, dressed in makeshift clothes, Cherry and Max perform an engagement.

It was clear that Cherry's happy face was mixed with her frustration. Even in his heart he grumbled,

What model's fiancee is this? Why am I engaged to wear clothes like this? Even my hair is still intact.

After they exchange rings, Cherry and Max choose to separate themselves from the parents who are still chatting in the living room.

Now, Max and Cherry are sitting in a back garden chair overlooking the swimming pool not far from the park.

"Here, don't think about it anymore. You should be happy because we're engaged now" Max said, pinching Cherry's cheek in a fit of rage.

Cherry, who had an upset face, is now more upset because Max who always just casually pinched her cheeks and nose.

Cherry immediately grabbed Max's hand and bit him. Satisfied, Cherry grinned and said,

"You again?"

Max quickly shook his head as he rubbed his hands that were victims of Cherry bites.

"Sick Baby..," whined Max who was spoiled on Cherry.

Max rests his head on Cherry's shoulder. Unfortunately Cherry immediately moved her shoulders so that Max's head would no longer stick to her shoulders.

"Not be spoiled. No pantes. I'm sprained on you anyway. We can get engaged when I look like this. Where the hair is again disheveled. Not to mention at that time, you booked him in the gas station toilet. Complete is the strangeness of my marriage. Not later on marriage, do not let you wear a clown costume," said Cherry accompanied by his breath.

Max chuckles at Cherry's words. He remembered what Cherry said when she woke up.

"Would you like it when we get married, I'm wearing a clown costume?" ask Max while chuckling.

Cherry quickly stood up from her seat and said,

"No. Don't want to!"

Max chuckles at Cherry's current reaction. He pulled Cherry's hand so tightly that Cherry sat on his lap. Max's hand held Cherry's body firmly so as not to descend from her lap.

"Stay by my side Cher. Don't leave me. I promise I'll always take care of you and make you happy" Max said, sticking his head against Cherry's back.

Cherry, who had been rebelling by moving violently trying to escape from Max, is now instantly silent after hearing the words from Max.

Cherry felt calm and confident that Max was the best for her. He was also a fool with his fear because of Max's speech which is now his strength.

The clown is Max. And I'm getting married to Max. I think it's true Max said. I don't have to worry about my promise anymore Cherry said in her heart.

Today is a happy day for Max and Cherry. All of their extended family, relatives and good friends came to attend the event.

Cherry and Max's wedding is welcomed by everyone, except Bella and her family.

Bella's family must accept the consequences of Bella's actions on Max and Cherry. He dares to harass Aydin's extended family, so that papa Bella's company must go bankrupt in a short time. As for Bella, now she has to live a simple life by renting a house in a region that is famous for slums.

The life of the Bella family is now inversely proportional to their previous lives. And they don't blame Bella, they blame Max's family for making them.

 

"Darling, I want to hear something" Max whispered in Cherry's ear.

Cherry did not ask her husband. He looked at Max as if asking through his eyes.

"I want to hear you say like you were in the car at the time" whispered back Max in his wife's ear.

Cherry's face blushed. He put his lips close to Max's ear and said,

"Clown's face, I love you."

Max quickly turned his head and placed his lips on his wife's lips.

"Max, Cherry, quickly throw the bouquet of flowers at them," exclaimed Miyuki who was walking cautiously by rubbing her growing belly closer to the bride and groom.

Cherry picked up a bouquet of flowers that had been provided. Then she and her husband stood in front of the invited guests who were still single and turned their backs.

"Ready one, two, three!" 

The MC's voice boomed all over the place. Max and Cherry throw the bouquet behind them where there is a row of singles who want a wedding.

Suddenly the bouquet that Max and Cherry threw was in Lucas' hands. 

Lucas's eyes were wide open to see the bouquet had landed in his hands.

Max, Cherry, Miyuki and Tristan smiled broadly as they looked at the recipient.

"Congratulations Lucas!" max exclaimed from his current place.

"Yeee..Now Lucas will follow!" miyuki exclaimed cheering from where she was standing at this moment.

Lucas who did not come jostling to catch the bouquet was astonished and shocked. Because he just stood not far behind the line of people who want to catch the bouquet. Surprisingly the bouquet slid towards him and without any effort, the bouquet landed right in Lucas' hands.

Why did I get this bouquet of flowers? Why not the other? Be married? With who? Lucas said in his heart and chuckled at the bouquet of flowers he had in his hand.

Time passed quickly too. Miyuki has given birth to her twins. (The story of Tristan and Miyuki can be read in the novel entitled : Marrying Him?)

And now Cherry is pregnant with the seeds of her love along with Max.

Every day in her pregnancy, Cherry always overwhelmed her husband. There was something strange he did. Even the cravings are always at the wrong time. 

He often asked for food that was not in the city. In fact, often he asks for special foods from other countries that must be purchased and eaten directly in the country.

There is no other way but to obey him. Max never objected to all his wife's requests despite the overwhelming annoyance. 

Max's business was even smoother after his marriage to Cherry. He hopes that their fortune will be more abundant with the birth of their children later.

"Darling, I want you to put on a clown suit and act in front of me" Cherry told her husband while eating her favorite potato chips.

Max who was sitting while watching a television show beside him was shocked to hear his wife's request.

"Are you serious, dear?" max asked as he stared intensely at the bead of his wife's eyes as if he could not believe what he was hearing.

Cherry nodded her head. And encourage her husband's body to move according to his will.

Max got up from his seat and said,

"It's a good thing that my costume still keeps me well even though you told me to throw it away."

Cherry smiled broadly at her husband's words. She kept eating her snacks while watching television and waiting for her husband.

"Taraaaaaa…!" exclaim Max when out using his clown costume complete with make up and equipment.

Cherry laughed at the attraction of Max who is now a clown. All Max's skills are on display. And it's strange that Cherry didn't sneeze at all when she saw Max wearing his clown costume.

"Darling, aren't you sneezing anymore? Have you recovered from your strangeness?" max asked as he chuckled to sit next to his wife in his clown costume.

"Snake it weird. But it's true too. I don't sneeze anymore. Does that mean now I can get close to the clowns?" ask Cherry with sparkling eyes.

Max nodded in response to his wife's words. Cherry cheered in her current state.

Cherry hugged her husband's body with a very happy heart and said,

"Clown suit, I love you!"
