Chapter 36 Rescue
Cherry still remembers her dreams. He couldn't even stop thinking about it.
"What should I do? Is it true that I would be unlucky if I didn't keep my promise?" cherry murmured with his breath.
Cherry's face looks lethargic, not as cheerful as usual. He always riddled with his dreams. Even the promise he made seemed real every time he remembered it.
"How can I marry a clown? Near the clowns I always sneeze," murmured Cherry back languidly.
Cherry walks lethargic out of her campus. This time he did not bring the car because he felt he could not focus on driving.
Cherry's heavy footsteps make Cherry look like a zombie walking towards a bus stop near her campus.
Suddenly, a car blocked his way. There came out two men who looked older than him. They approached Cherry who was staring lethargicly and uninspiredly.
"You're Cherry, right?" ask one of the men.
Cherry nodded her head lethargicly without asking them back. After that he stepped his feet to continue his path by lowering his head as if he had no interest in anything.
However, the two men block it back, so Cherry's footsteps stop.
Cherry raised her head and looked at the two men in turn, as if asking through the look of her eyes.
"We beg you to come with us now. Max is in danger and we need a girl named Cherry to help him" said one of the two men who confronted Cherry.
Cherry's eyes suddenly opened to hear Max was in danger. He looked panicked and could not think well at the moment.
Cherry got into the car in front of her. The two men grinned at Cherry who was easily panicked and got into their car.
The two men immediately rushed into the car to take Cherry to meet someone, as instructed to them.
Unbeknownst to them, their action was witnessed by a pair of eyes who knew Cherry very well.
Max, who deliberately came to Cherry's campus to see her from afar, is now shocked by what she sees.
Max was just watching Cherry when she left the campus. He wanted to follow her from a safe distance. It was unexpected that he got a sight that made him very worried about Cherry's current state.
Max immediately followed the car and tried not to lose track of it.
"Damn it! Who're they? Why did Cherry get in their car?!" max in his car.
Max's anger was very visible this time. Not only was he angry, he was very panicked at this moment. He was very worried about Cherry looking panicked when they got into their car.
Max focused on driving his car to follow their car so as not to lose track of the car.
With great care finally Max can follow the car until the car entered into a magnificent building and looks very luxurious.
"The hotel? Why did they bring Cherry into the hotel?" Max wondered when he saw the car enter the hotel parking lot.
Max immediately drove his car into the hotel parking lot. He had to hurry to not lose track of Cherry with the two men earlier.
Without waiting for long, Max got out of his car and followed Cherry who was walking and flanked by the two men.
Max followed the men who were now entering the elevator. He immediately entered the elevator.
Fortunately, my preparation before the Cherry campus was very complete. If not, they would have recognized me by now, Max said in his heart when he was in the elevator and stood in their back corner so that Cherry and the two men did not suspect him.
Currently Max is disguised in a different style of clothing. He wears a hoodie jacket worn on his head and wears ribbed jeans. And sunglasses that complement his disguise.
"Why is Max at the hotel?" asked Cherry in surprise at the two men beside her.
Max is shocked to hear the question Cherry asked the two men. Max put his ears together so he could hear their conversation.
Fortunately, only four of them were in the elevator. And Max immediately put on headphones so they wouldn't think Max heard their conversation.
The headphones do not make music. Max only wears it as a complementary accessory for his disguise. Even he tried to put up well the senses of his listeners in order to hear clearly their conversation.
The two men looked back where Max had leaned against the elevator wall in his cool-ass style as if listening to music.
"You better see it later. The sooner the better. So that Max can be helped quickly," answered one of the two men.
Cherry looked up at the man who answered her earlier because of their unequal height. Then he said,
"What actually happened? Is Max okay?"
"Have not asked much," said the other man firmly as if to object and disturbed by the question that Cherry asked them.
It made Cherry's courage instantly fade. Now he feels that the two men are not good people.
Max clenched both his hands. He now knows if Cherry came with the two men on the grounds that he was at the hotel.
Damn them! How dare they use me as an excuse to bring Cherry to this place! I won't let them touch a single piece of Cherry's skin, Max cursed the two men in his heart.
The elevator doors opened and Cherry was forcibly pulled by the two men. Max got out of the elevator and pretended to play his phone while walking so they wouldn't suspect him.
They stood in front of the door and knocked on the door in a hurry, as if impatient to wait.
The door opened and a young man looked at Cherry with an interested look.
The man's eyes stared at Cherry's body from top to bottom, as if he was exploring Cherry's body using his eyes.
Max tried to hold back his anger. It felt like he wanted to beat the man up and get him off the face of the earth.
The man pulled Cherry's hand so firmly that Cherry was carried into the room without being able to fight her even though she had tried to rebel.
Suddenly, two men who drove Cherry to the hotel fell on the floor unconscious at this time.
Cherry and the man who pulled her turned to the door. The eyes of the two of them were wide-eyed to see the figure of the person standing in front of the door grinning at the man.
The man looked very angry. He walked closer to the door and said,
"Bad! Who are you?!"
