Chapter 19 Avoiding clowns

After Max informs him that the clown who became the cafe's mascot is Lucas, Cherry seems to refuse to be close to Lucas.

It was clear when Max invited Cherry to eat with Lucas, Miyuki and Tristan when the cafe in a little quiet.

Lucas was surprised when Cherry changed seats that had been sitting between Max and Lucas, now Cherry changed seats between Max and Miyuki.

Max was surprised by Cherry's attitude which clearly evaded Lucas.

Max draws himself closer to Cherry and whispers to her,

"Are you avoiding Lucas?"

"He's a clown. I have to avoid it or I'll always sneeze if I'm nearby" Cherry whispered in Max's ear.

Max was silent. In his heart he said,

What if Cherry knew that clown was me? He must have been avoiding me, too. Do I have to stop being a clown to promote this cafe?

"Max, do you two live together?" tristan asked after swallowing his food.

Max and Cherry stared at each other and simultaneously shook their heads. 

"What he's wearing is your shirt, right? I remember that shirt you bought when the four of us were on vacation at the time" Tristan said, pointing at Cherry.

Miyuki and Lucas held back his laughter. They try hard not to be known by Max and Cherry.

However, Max had already known their laughter. He stared intently at Miyuki and his foot stomped on Lucas who was under the table.

"Auuch!" lucas was restrained from being ashamed of the others.

"Why?" miyuki asked Lucas.

Lucas endured his pain while shaking his head in response to a question from Miyuki.

As for Cherry, she was completely embarrassed by the question from Tristan. Even Max did not comment to refute the accusations from Tristan.

Cherry was just grumbling in her heart. And he just focused on his food, not looking at Max at all. He also did not participate in their conversation.

After the meal was over, Cherry immediately got out of her seat and she was getting ready to go home despite not being delivered by Max.

Max's hand holds Cherry's hand to stop Cherry from leaving the cashier's area.

"Wait, I'll drive you home" Max said with pleading eyes.

"Directly between Max, I'm still here with Brother Tristan and Lucas. Let us take care here," Miyuki said from her current place.

Without saying much, Max pulls Cherry's hand so Cherry has no choice but to follow Max's wishes.

In the car, an irritated-faced Cherry was singing her lips. Max had no initiative to say anything to Cherry or ask her. The car was silent without sound.

The car stopped at Cherry's house. Max immediately removed his seatbelt and with a quick movement, now his face was right in front of Cherry's face.

Of course Cherry was surprised, but she could hide her surprise by showing her regret.

Feeling ignored by Cherry, with his reflexes Max gives a surprise to Cherry so that he can change his facial expression.

A cup!

Max kisses Cherry's lips which is very tempting to him. 

Cherry was surprised. Even he can't speak. He could only look at Max's face which was clearly plastered right in front of him. 

Max smiles at her, so Cherry's eyes look at Max's lips which in a few days makes him always imagine Max's face and the kiss given by Max to him.

Just shake Cherry sober and flail Max's arm with all her might while saying,

"Basic flat wok Maxim!"

Max dodges by returning to his sitting position while chuckling and he still receives a blow from Cherry who is embarrassed and annoyed by being laughed at by Max.

Cherry still beat Max with a punch that berhubi. Feeling very tired, he stopped his punch and rushed out of Max's car by running into his house.

Max chuckles at his pretended girlfriend's behavior. He looked at the paper bag in the back seat of the car. It turns out that Cherry forgot her dirty clothes because of the spillage of avocado juice earlier.

Max immediately picked up the paper bag and ran to take it to Cherry's house. Luckily Max got to the door when Cherry was about to close the door. He immediately held the door with his hand so that it could not be closed by Cherry.

Cherry snorted in annoyance when the door could not be closed and saw the burly arm holding the door.

Suddenly Max appeared to her with a smile and said,

"Hi Cher."

"Ck, why are you here? Go home!" said Cherry cynically.

Cherry kept the door shut so Max couldn't get inside her house. As powerful as he held it.

However, no matter how powerful the power of Cherry, still lost to the power of Max.

The push pushed the door between Cherry and Max. Max could have pushed the door straight away, but he enjoyed the situation. He prefers to serve Cherry by replying to push a little bit of the door so that Cherry does not fall.

Finally Cherry lost, she had no more energy to fight Max. He took off the door handle and walked in without taking Max. He totally ignored Max.

Without excuse, Max goes into the house following Cherry. I don't know why Cherry doesn't feel like Max is following her. In his shadow, Max sat in the living room waiting for him.

Let him wait for me until the moss is also I will not come to see him, Cherry said in her heart with a smile.

Cherry walked into her room with a triumphant smile. 

He moved his hands up and bent his body to stretch his body, saying,

"Finally... I can rest with te–"

"Max?!" cherry was shocked when she saw Max in her room.

Max smiled at Cherry who was shocked by her presence in the room. Then he said,

"I'm delivering this. Looks like you did forget about it on purpose so I could deliver it to you."

Cherry moved forward toward Max and he grabbed the paper bag violently and said, loudly,

"thank you. Get out now."

Not doing what Cherry had asked, Max walked up to the sofa in the room and said,

"Dear, baby, I still want to be with you."

Cherry gawked at Max's words which were accompanied by a smile and a blink of his eyes.

It turns out Max once teased Cherry. He feels his world is more colorful with the presence of Cherry in his days which are usually just flat without any sense of pleasure and annoyance.

"Max!!!" the cry of the releasing Cherry could not control her voice.

Suddenly the door to Cherry's room opened and a voice came from the door that was already open,

"Cherry, what's wrong?! Looks like you guys should get engaged as soon as possible!"
