Chapter 31 Meet the same clown

Now Max is in the middle of a city park that is very crowded by visitors. That afternoon is the afternoon before the weekend, it is appropriate if the park is very crowded by teenagers or families who invite their children to play there.

As usual, Max showed his skills in playing magic and handing out discount vouchers to buy at his cafe.

Suddenly his eyes were fixed on a woman who had a body shape and appearance look familiar in Max's eyes.

"Cherry?" max muttered when he saw the woman laughing with her friends.

Suddenly Max's heart was beating very fast. She was nervous to see a Cherry smile that wasn't even aimed at her.

Max watched Cherry from her current place. Cherry who was standing while eating ice cream and joking with her friend was not aware if noticed by Max since then.

Max's eyes caught something odd from Cherry's current appearance. He unconsciously moved closer to Cherry.

Hatsy! Hatsy! Hatsy!

Cherry covered her nose and looked around her to look for the figure that made her sneeze.

He looked around and found nothing. But his gaze now turned to the figure crouching before him to justify the detached Cherry shoelaces.

I don't know why Cherry was so nervous and her heart was pounding so fast. Especially when the clown stood in front of him after finishing justifying his shoelaces. Then he smiled and said,

"Other times tie the rope properly. Don't let you fall for stepping on it yourself."

Just look at Cherry's eyes. He knew the clown's voice. Even he remembered the words of the clown who warned him exactly the same as Max's words after confirming his shoelaces the other day.

Hatsy! Hatsy! Hatsy!

Cherry sneezed back. He can't hold it anymore. His nose was already feeling very itchy at this moment.

Seeing the tormented Cherry sneezing from it, Max immediately went from the front of Cherry and walked quickly the other way to hand out the remaining coupon vouchers.

Cherry's friends who were with her, were speechless. For them, it was one of the romantic scenes they wanted to get from their partner.

"The cher! Cherry! Why bengong? You know that clown?" asked Vita while patting Cherry's shoulder who was dumbfounded to see the clown who walked left her.

"Eh, that's not it, I don't know," replied Cherry who nervously responded to Vita's question to her.

"Cher, what a romantic he is. Baby he's a clown, not his face. I'm so envious of you" said Lia with her sparkling eyes.

"You really represent us Cher. We want to be treated like that with our boys. Unfortunately..it is just our desire," said Dita while showing her sad face.

Hearing all the words of his friends made Cherry remember Max.

Could that clown be Max? But, isn't the clown all this time Lucas? I have to make sure, Cherry said in her heart.

"I'm going to the toilet for a second. You guys just stay here. Don't go anywhere" Cherry told her three friends.

Vita, Lia and Dita looked in wonder at Cherry. They can't stop Cherry going to the toilet. But, they saw a different one from Cherry. And they can only wait for Cherry at that place and ask her later when Cherry is back with them.

Cherry walks around the park in search of the clown. Suddenly he remembered the cafe. Soon she called the cafe to talk to Max.

Max's? He is not at the cafe at the moment, Miyuki said in response to a phone call from Cherry.

"What's? Not at the cafe? Tumbens. Then where is he now?" ask Cherry while walking around looking for clowns around the park.

Max is being a clown for our cafe promotion, Miyuki replied from across the street.

"W-what? Why Max? Why not Lucas? It's usually Lucas who's a clown" Cherry asked Miyuki.

Why is it Lucas? Lucas was never a clown. Max is always a clown to promote his cafe.

Cherry's eyes popped. In his heart he said,

So, it's true that the clown was Max. And all this time the clown I met was Max.

Cher, Cherry! Are you still listening to me?! yuki shouted from the phone.

"Eh, yes. Thank you, Miyuki. I have been waiting for my friends. Next time we talk again" Cherry said before ending her phone call.

Cherry's curiosity can no longer be contained. He rushed to look for the clown and noticed it from afar.

For a while he noticed the clown by hiding behind a tree and of course with a safe distance. He himself prefers a safe distance compared to having to close his nose so as not to sneeze if he is at a close distance with the clown.

He felt tired of hiding behind trees to be able to keep his eyes on the clown. But he's strong-willed to stick around the clown and find out the truth. He wants to prove it to himself with his eyes to see the clown turn into Max.

Cherry's lips curled up to see the clown walking towards the parking lot. Cherry followed the clown to the parking lot.

Cherry's eyes widened when she saw the clown into a car that was very familiar to her.

"That's Max's car" Cherry murmured as she pointed at the car.

Cherry is curious about the clown. He intends to catch the clown wet if it really turns into Max.

Seeing the clown enter and sit in Max's car as if preparing to drive it, Cherry immediately ran to the parking lot of his car which fortunately not far from the place.

After getting into his car, Cherry immediately drove the car to follow Max's car.

It turns out Max's car got into the SPBU. He got out of his car with his bag to the toilet in the SPBU.

Cherry will get out of her car to follow the clown, unfortunately suddenly the phone in her pants pocket reads.

Although reluctant, Cherry had to pick up the phone. 

"Hello" said Cherry with a heavy heart.

Cher, where are you? Why are you in the toilet so long?

You're not rude, are you?

Cher, do we need to take you to the toilet?

The questions asked by Vita, Dita and Lia made Cherry remember leaving her friends in the park and forbidding them from going anywhere.

Cherry patted her forehead and bit her lower lip realizing her mistake to her friends who forgot them for being too focused on tailing the clown.

"Sorry very much. Suddenly I was told by my mother to go home. And I didn't get to tell you guys. Sorry yes. you go home only three," said Cherry who felt guilty to her friends.

But Cher we were going the same way

"Sorry yes, I have to hang up the phone first" Cherry said before she ended the phone call unilaterally.

Cherry quickly walked to the toilet.

His eyes widened when he saw something he had accidentally seen.

Whatisthis? Cherry said in her heart by closing her mouth in shock.
