Youthful Time Volunteers 2

Youthful Time Volunteers 2
Battles

The battle began in the blink of an eye. Like in a colossal movie, everyone attacks each other. Some punched, kicked, and even hit with pieces of wood. The angry screams mixed with cries of pain. In such a chaotic atmosphere, Rani felt astonished that they could still distinguish which one was a friend and which one was an opponent. If he was in the middle of that battle, maybe he would punch to and fro, no matter who would be charged. Ghevin could also be hit by a bump.

Rani's looking for Ghevin. It was difficult for him to find Ghevin, but he was standing at the front. Maybe he was pushed to the point of sinking into the crowd. What Rani finds is Miko, who is avoiding the kick of one of Martin's gang members, and then kicks him back.

After Rani witnessed several bumps, kicks, and punches, Ghevin finally came out of the crowd. He ran towards Rani, while his hands reached into her pants pocket, and it turned out that what he was taking out was a folding knife. Surely the folding knife was not to stab Rani— which was really—but to cut the rope that tied Rani, which Ghevin directly did once he arrived near Rani.

From such a close distance, Rani could see there was a cut near Ghevin's eyebrows. It was just a small wound, but it made her almost cry, as she imagined the cause.

"Ghev," call Rani, shrewdly. "Lo's hurt."

Ghevin did not respond to Rani. He is so focused in his efforts to release Rani, that he does not care about his own circumstances. After successfully removing Rani, he put the folding knife back into his pants pocket, at the same time, Rani took her bag from the floor, along with her phone that was on it, and Ghevin pulled her up.

"Come," Ghevin asked, holding Rani's hand, and leading Rani to run towards the front door. His arms felt steady, making Rani feel safe. The battle that was happening was not even able to stop the beating of Rani's heart, which was so hard that it would break down her sockets. But that's only natural, because it's the first time Ghevin's holding his hand.

They ran through the crowd. Not halfway there, suddenly a thug confronted them. The thug grinned as soon as he saw Rani standing behind Ghevin. Ghevin releases his arm from Rani. Before the thug could do anything, Ghevin had already attacked. The blow of his fist at the thug, right in his jaw, made the thug fall down immediately.

Rani knows why Ghevin is so feared. Just look, with just one punch, Ghevin was able to knock down the troll-bodied thugs. He knew Ghevin was strong, but he didn't expect it to be that strong.

It seems Ghevin changed the plan in his mind. The front door is still far away, while it will be dangerous if they continue to run there, because he brought Rani. Those thugs were definitely not the only ones who would come after them. So, after returning to take Rani, Ghevin turned around and led Rani to run towards one of the doors on the left side. The door was closed, and it was closest to the stairs. After Ghevin opened it, the two of them entered, then he hurriedly closed it back down.

The room behind the door, just like the other rooms Rani had seen earlier, was full of wooden boxes. The wooden boxes were divided into several piles that were so tall that they almost reached the ceiling.

"Rani, listen," said Ghevin. They stood face to face, his hands no longer holding Rani. "Back of the pile

wood it—" he raised his head towards the pile of wood that was in front of them "—ada the side door. You can get out of there."

"Once you're outside" Ghevin continued, "look for Miko's bike, and go straight home. Don't go anywhere else."

Ghevin also handed the key to Rani, who was certainly the key to Miko's motorbike. Although he hopes Rani immediately ran to the side door, in fact Rani just stayed where she stood.

"Why, Ghev?" rani Gumam. "Why did you come here?"

"It's unlikely that I didn't come, especially after I found out you were being held hostage here" Ghevin said.

"So still, you shouldn't have come" Rani said. "Lo don't care about me. Martin wants me too, lo justininin aja."

"Rani, come on," said Ghevin. "Don't be stupid."

And suddenly, Rani becomes hysterical herself. "Yes, I'm a fool!" exciting Rani. "Gue's stupid for not being able to ignore my feelings. I'm stupid because I still want to accept me. I'm stupid because—"

Rani's words instantly come to a halt as Ghevin pulls her closer, and Ghevin kisses Rani on the forehead.

"Oh my God, this is real, right? Not a dream, is it?"
