Clearly, Rani must figure out her own way to deal with Martin. He doesn't want to be left like yesterday.
So the next time to Garuda High School, he went straight to the parking lot. Rani approaches Martin's car, and waits for the owner while leaning against the driver's door. That way Martin won't be able to get in the car without going through it. Well, unless Martin recklessly enters through another door and then goes to the driver's seat.
There was hardly anyone in the parking lot except the security guard at his post, and the man who was wiping the motorbike. When Rani took a further look, it turned out that it was the bushy-moustached man she hit yesterday. Rani immediately threw away her face, pretending not to see it. Rani does not want the man to recognize her and thinks yesterday she was too good to let him go, then decides to confront her now.
Today the weather was so hot, making Rani sweat pouring profusely like water from a shirt that was being squeezed. Her throat was dry, and it felt worse when she suddenly remembered the iced cappuccino at Cafe 69. Rani is like experiencing a mirage— wherever she looks, what she sees is iced cappuccino. If it had to be dried longer like that, it could be turned into a salted fish.
Fortunately, Martin showed up shortly after. This time Rani knew Martin remembered her, as her shock rate doubled. At first, Rani thought people with jutek faces could not be more jutek anymore, but in fact it could.
"Well, why are you here again?" sue Martin not happy.
"Gue told me I wanted to thank you" said Rani, trying not to be intimidated by Martin.
"And didn't I say that I didn't need a thank you?" Martin reverses.
"Can't be like that" Rani said. "Gue's a grateful person, so I should do something to repay your kindness."
Martin seemed frustrated. Maybe he tried to remember the kindness he did to Rani, which made him have to serve Rani to thank her.
"OK," Martin sighed, finally softening a little. "What will you do to repay my kindness?"
Rani hasn't thought about it. But when Martin's face suddenly turned into iced cappuccino—the effect of a mirage that hasn't completely disappeared—Rani knew what to do.
"Gue wants to buy you at Cafe 69."
Martin laughed cynically. "Gue doesn't need to be treated," he declined. "Gue has enough money."
"Not show off again."
"But you must want to" forced Rani. "Gue doesn't care even if you have to drag it. You obviously have to go to Cafe 69 with me."
Rani hopes she doesn't have to drag Martin because she won't be strong. Although Martin's body wasn't that big, dragging him was like dragging a cow. But that doesn't mean Rani latai him like a cow huh.
"Lo's not this schoolboy, is he?" ask Martin suddenly.
"No," rani's bell. "Gue Galaxy High School boy."
Martin's face changed. He looks surprised to hear the name of Rani's school. Then, once he managed to master himself, his attitude towards Rani became more cooperative.
"So you make my deal, okay, I want to be treated," said Martin, immediately leave.
Rani is confused. Previously the man was so adamant to refuse the treaty, but once he heard the name of his school, he immediately accepted it. Is there anything from Rani's school that makes Martin change his mind?
"So you're a Galaxy High School kid" Martin said. "That means you know Tristan Ivander, right?"
"Of course you know" said Rani. "She's kan—" Rani will just say, "—boyfriend my best friend", but halfway turn him into, "—head of the gang at my school."
"Can you make him talk to me?" ask Martin.
Rani frowned, astonished. "Why don't you talk to him yourself?"
"I'm trying to" said Martin. "But he still won't talk to me."
"What do you want to say to him?" search Rani.
"It's none of your business" said Martin. "You can make Tristan want to talk to me, it'll be a much better thank you than my lo tract like this."
"What's wrong with buying"
"Tristan's sister went to Garuda High School" said Rani. "So you should ask him for help."
"Amanda's? He said he didn't want to interfere" Martin said. "And I won't force it."
Seeing how understanding Martin is about Amanda's refusal to interfere, it seems that Martin likes or at least has liked Amanda. No wonder Amanda's beauty must have conquered Martin's shock.
"Who's your name?" Martin asked Rani's name, it's really a rapid increase.
"Keep,"
"Where is HP lo?" Martin reached out, asking for Rani's phone.
Though confused, Rani gives her phone to Martin. Martin types something on Rani's phone, and when the phone comes back to him, he sees a line of numbers on his screen.
"That's my HP number." Martin giving his phone number to Rani is an even faster improvement. "Gue wait for good news from you." Then after that he immediately left Rani, even though his iced cappuccino just came.
Rani won't go after Martin. Rani must have gone crazy if you prefer to pursue it rather than enjoy iced cappuccino. After all, their conversation seemed to be final. So Rani shifts the iced cappuccino closer to him, grasps his dewy glass with both hands, and looks at him with a longing feeling.
Rani put her lips on the straw, and when she started sucking on it, she felt the cold liquid cool down the esophagus.
"It turns out like this it feels like heaven..."
