Melly was so busy with her phone that she did not greet Ghevin who passed her at the gate. Ghevin takes the time to ruffle Melly's hair, making Melly whip at him.
"Hi, Ran," Ghevin said as soon as he saw Rani.
"Hi, Ghev," Rani replies with a loving smile.
"The kind of tumben lo that sent Melly home?" ask Ghevin.
"So we want to do our job" replied Rani.
"Oh," responded Ghevin. "Gue thought that jerk was lazy to bring Melly home."
"No, no" said Rani. "So he really wants to bring Melly home. He's worried about Melly getting home on the bike."
For some reason, Rani defends Tristan. But he thinks it's okay, and thinks it's to help Melly get Ghevin to fully respect her relationship with Tristan. Ghevin seemed quite impressed by Tristan's concerns. Even so he did not say anything to praise her.
"Yes," said Ghevin as he approached his car. "Happy with the task."
"Wait," stop Rani, before Ghevin can open the car door. "May I have the same thing?"
Of course, all Rani wants to ask is about Amanda. Although he had heard the answer from Melly, he could only be sure after hearing the answer from Ghevin himself.
"Byeah," said Ghevin. "What do you want?"
"Is it true you're not turning Amanda around?"
Ghevin smiled at Rani's question. "It looks like lo and Melly are interested in the same thing" he commented. "And like my answer to Melly: no, I'm not the same Amanda. But I met him quite often."
"You mean, after your meeting at Sirosoppo's restaurant?"
Actually, what Rani meant was a second meeting between Ghevin and Amanda at Sirosoppo Restaurant, as Rani watched over them. But because Ghevin did not know Rani already knew about their second meeting, of course Ghevin thought that Rani meant their first meeting there—an accidental meeting.
After hearing Ghevin's own answer, can Rani now be sure? Perhaps, if only Ghevin did not add about his meeting with Amanda which turned out to have been several times. If they do not intend to date again, why did they meet? Don't-don't, their decision to make friends is just a ploy to restart their relationship.
Rani is unable to concentrate on her biological task. Fortunately, after Rani tells her the reason, Melly can understand. He accomplished their task, and quickly.
Not wanting her spy duties again hampered by her feelings, after returning from Melly's house, Rani decides to go to Garuda High School. It was late in the afternoon, but who knew Martin was still in school.
Unfortunately, Rani was a few minutes late. What was seen when he arrived at Garuda High School was that Martin's car had already rolled out of the school parking lot. Rani wanted to turn around and go home, but in hindsight, it was a good opportunity to stalk her. Although, it was likely that what Martin was aiming for was his home, but it was not bad either. Not that Rani wants to go to her house. But just want to know.
But apparently Martin wasn't heading home. He stopped in front of the cafe and parked his car there. At first Rani thought Martin wanted to get into the cafe, but instead walked to a large tree that was not far from there. If only Rani had not seen the guy who was crouching under the big tree and immediately stood up as soon as he saw Martin, he would have thought Martin had been kebellet and would have peed there.
Rani peeked out from behind another tree. Martin was seen talking seriously with the guy. Unfortunately, because they were a bit far away, Rani could not hear the contents of their conversation. The conversation was brief, tinged with Martin's anger and the boy's fear. Even after Martin left, fear still ruled the boy.
When the boy walked towards Rani, Rani immediately came out from behind the tree—berniat to invite her to talk and investigate her identity.
"Hi" Rani said to the guy. "Lo Galaxy High School boy, huh?"
Of course that guy wasn't a Galaxy High School kid. Rani just lured him in so he could go and tell him the name of the school. He was confused for a moment, maybe not focused because of his fear, before finally being able to absorb questions from Rani.
"No" said the guy. "Gue Ganesha High School's son."
Rani is so shocked to find that the boy is Ganesha High School boy, that she forgets to ask him his name. As soon as he remembered, the guy had already disappeared with the wind.
Why would Ganesha High School kid be able to deal with Martin? That's it, Martin freaked him out, again. Is this the way Martin has, using that guy to divide Ghevin's gang? But if that's true, why would the guy want to be used by Martin? Did Martin threaten her, which explains the guy's fear? And more importantly, that guy was just a Ganesha High School kid, or a member of the Ghevin gang? If he's a member of Ghevin's gang, then he's betrayed Ghevin.
The row of questions filled Rani's mind, so she didn't realize anyone was standing behind her. And when he turned around, it turned out that he was facing Martin head-on.
