The days after were like coming and going for Rani. Countless times she cried. Ghevin was always on his mind. It's only been a few days that Rani has not met Ghevin, but Rani has missed him so much.
"What's Ghevin for now? Is he doing any more gyms? Or maybe she's dating a girl? Has he eaten? I hope he's not late for a meal, because I don't want him to get sick."
Sometimes when the feeling of longing almost kills him, Rani will look at her picture with Ghevin in the Fantasy World. He was grateful not to have deleted it. Ghevin's birthday bracelet is now under his clothes.
Melly was worried about Rani. No longer his compatriot who is always cheerful and makes him often diomeli guru for being caught chatting. In fact, because Rani is always in class at recess, she participates in class as well. Making Tristan so like a hot worm because often left Melly.
That day, when Rani again only languished in class at recess, Melly for the first time re-talked about Ghevin after several days yesterday avoiding the topic.
"Actually I doubt if I should talk about this or not" Melly said. "Gue doesn't want you to get sadder because of Ghevin. But I think you need to know."
Ghevin's name succeeded in making Rani immediately sit upright, having previously only leaned lazily to her stool. Rani then looked at Melly, impatiently waiting for Melly to continue her words.
"Ghevin nanyain lo continue," continued Melly. "He was worried about you."
Rani should be happy to hear it, but she's not. He wants Ghevin to stop worrying about him.
"Now she's never dating a girl again" Melly said. "Even the phones never. He was more often at home. Or if you go out, most just to watch alone."
"My fault... It's all my fault! I caused Ghevin to be like that. Maybe he'll feel more guilty about having fun with other girls after I refuse. He did that to punish himself."
Melly looks doubtful. "Where does Ghevin believe you're moving on so fast?" his protest.
"But you have to convince him that there is nothing he needs to worry about me" said Rani. "Yes, Mell? Please?"
Melly still looks doubtful, and after Rani tightens her grip on Melly's hand, then she says, "OK."
Rani can't just rely on Melly. He must also be able to overcome his heartbreak, because only then, Ghevin can free himself from guilt.
What could help Rani take her mind off Ghevin? Then what Rani thinks about is her job as a Ghevin spy. He knew it was still
he's in touch with Ghevin, but he can't think of anything else. After all, his task was not finished, and there was probably still a lot of information he could match from Martin.
The problem is, Rani has promised Ghevin to no longer carry out his duties. Should Rani break her promise? And will Miko still be his partner? Rani hasn't told Miko that Ghevin told her to stop— and scold Miko because from the beginning she exposed Rani as a Ghevin spy on her own Ghevin, and lying to Rani all this time–but it could be that Miko already knew about it from Ghevin.
Long enough Rani thought, until finally she decided to break her promise and will return to carrying out her duties with or without Miko. Even though Ghevin knows it's okay. Because for Rani it's all for Ghevin's good, too.
