Fear Rani

Upon arrival at home, Rani finds Billy watching a movie in the living room in the dark. Rani turns on the lights, but Billy immediately protests. Regardless of her protest, Rani sits herself next to Billy. Then he scoops the popcorn out of the bowl on Billy's lap.

Despite being full, Rani hopes that by eating popcorn at least she can relieve her anxiety caused by the meeting with Amanda earlier. But it was a futile hope, because he still remained uneasy.

"So me and Ghevin met Amanda." Rani decides to share her uneasiness with Billy, leaving Billy on edge as well. At least he's not fidgeting alone.

Billy looked surprised. For a while the movie that was being watched was forgotten by him. He is more interested in listening to Rani's story. That must have been an effect because Rani mentioned Amanda's name.

"Can't you?" search Billy. "Keep what's going on?"

"They talk together" said Rani. "But I don't know what they're talking about, and I'm also afraid to ask Ghevin."

"It should be asked again" Billy said.

"Relieve it!" tukas Rani's. "Why if the answer turns out to break my heart? If I'm heartbroken, it means you'll also be heartbroken."

"But now you're curious, aren't you?" ask Billy

"It's more of a curiosity than a broken heart" answered Rani.

"You're curious and endlessly heartbroken too, how?"

Rani throws the remaining popcorn in her hand into Billy's face. "Kok you even swear I'm heartbroken anyway?" sulkul Rani's.

"Rani ah! It's messy," Billy's nag. He picked up the popcorn that fell to the floor and placed it on the coffee table, to throw it into later life. "Gue didn't swear you were heartbroken. But it's better to know what they're talking about than to be curious like this."

Rani doesn't want to admit it to Billy, but honestly she's kind of sorry for not asking Ghevin. Ghevin's conversation with Amanda lasted less than five minutes, so nothing should have broken his heart.

Rani thinks Ghevin might tell Melly. So she decided to try asking Melly at school the next day.

With the heartiest step Rani walked towards her class X-5—. His eyes felt heavy. Last night she barely slept, she thanked Amanda for interrupting her sleep.

Melly was already sitting on her stool, when Rani got to class. Melly's face looks bete.

"Why lo?" rani asked as she threw the bag at the table and sat on her stool.

"Gue had a fight with Tristan" Melly said.

"Because of last night?" guess Rani.

Melly nodded. "Gue was angry with her for taking Amanda with him" he said. "Not realizing, Tristan just back angry with me. He feels unfair because Ghevin can confront him about me, while he can't confront Ghevin about Amanda. And I should have just as Tristan should have focused on making Ghevin fully bless our relationship. But look, what's he doing? He broke up that dinner and left. Really pissed me off. So last night fitting home I accidentally pinned him all the way. I also deliberately did not pick up his phone, even though he called me many times."

"Who did you go with? Same Ghevin?" rani asks, because Melly is usually escorted by Tristan to school.

"Gue got on the ojek," said Melly. "Gue can't go with Ghevin, because he might know that I'm fighting with Tristan again."

"Why don't you ask me to pick you up?"

Rani offers to pick up Melly, even though she herself wakes up late. Fortunately, he was not late.

"Gue called you earlier, but you didn't pick up" Melly said.

Rani just remembered Melly called her. But he didn't pick it up because he was still busy collecting lives.

"Ghevin told you something?" ask Rani suddenly.

"No," said Melly. "Last night I locked myself in my room. I never talked much about Ghevin."

"So she didn't tell you about last night we met Amanda?" ask Rani again.

Melly gawking. "Seriously lo?" exacting. "Amanda's in that restaurant too?"

"A shitty coincidence, right?" dengus Rani's. "He took the opportunity to talk to Ghevin. I thought Ghevin would tell you what he was talking about with Amanda."

"At least they're just exchanging news" Melly guessed.

"Amanda's model is just exchanging news?" rani scorn. "Gue even more confident if he flirtatiously asked Ghevin to return the same."

"It's unlikely that Amanda would have asked Ghevin for a return" Melly said hesitantly.

"Why is it not possible?" challenge Rani. "Lo knows Amanda's still pretty excited about Ghevin."

"Emang anyway." Melly agrees. "But it's kind of weird that after what Ghevin did to her, Amanda's still trying to get him back together."

It's weird, but for Amanda, it's possible, right? Actually Rani wants to satisfy herself by swearing Amanda, but it seems like her energy has been drained out. Maybe because he was sleep deprived. Once again, Rani thanked Amanda.

"Gue is scared, Mell," muttered Rani. "Gue's afraid Ghevin's gonna turn Amanda around. It could break my heart."

"No, Ran," said Melly calming Rani. "Why in the hell would you think Ghevin would turn Amanda around?"

"After lo and Tristan came home last night, I had a chance to talk about Amanda with Ghevin," said Rani. "From Ghevin's words, I capture the impression as if he still likes Amanda."

"Ghevin never tried to contact Amanda again" Melly said. "So where could she still love him?"

"Maybe he thinks he's forgotten about Amanda" Rani guessed. "But after seeing you again last night, she realized she still likes Amanda."

"That's your guess," Melly said.

What if my guess is true? All the signs point to it.

"Kalo Ghevin talked about Amanda to you, you immediately tell me yes, Mell," asked Rani.

"Surely," Melly promised.

Then after saying that, Melly suddenly froze. His gaze was fixed behind Rani. Rani becomes curious, she looks back, and sees Tristan walking into the classroom.
