I'm Pursuing Your Love

After a week in the hospital, although the doctors had not yet allowed him to go home, Jack decided today to return home.

Reo has a birthday and he doesn't want to miss Reo's special day.

Cassie says Reo's birthday will be held in their yard and invites orphans at the orphanage where Jack used to make donations.

The side page of the house has been decorated with various birthday knickknacks with rabbit friends because Reo really likes rabbits.

"Daddy?" Cassie ran and hugged her papa when she saw her papa coming followed by Sam. Jack still uses a cane to help him walk.

"Why are you home? Didn't daddy say yesterday that the doctor wouldn't let him?"

"Daddy forced himself to go home. It's Reo's first birthday and daddy's not here?"

Cassie smiled. He took his papa and met Riani with Reo who had just finished changing clothes.

When Jack saw Riani, his heart trembled with the longing he had for his ex-wife.

"Reo.....!" call Jack to his son. Reo smiled as he looked at Jack and immediately vomited being hugged by his papa.

"OKs. Here daddy's carrying." Jack tries to carry Reo even though he has trouble with his wand.

"Daddy, is that okay? Daddy's foot, right?" Cassie stared at the feet of her papa who was still using a buffer.

"Can." Jack kissed his son's cheek in an anxious manner, making Reo laugh with Jack's elongated beard and mustache.

"How are you, Jack?" ask Riani not to look stiff in front of Cassie and Sam.

"It's getting better."

"Good."

As the show was about to begin, Jack was burning jealous to see Philip and Clark coming also on Reo's birthday show. Jack could see how Philip looked at Riani with a look of love and they even wore clothes of the same color that was light blue.

"How are you doing, Jack?" philip asked when the children's event was over and the adults were enjoying coffee and cake.

"Good." replied Jack briefly.

"Where's Riani?" ask Clark who just got back from the toilet.

"Baby Reo crying for milk. So Riani gave him milk in his room." Philip's reply made Jack even hotter when he realized that only Philip had Riani say goodbye and tell him where she was.

Soon Riani comes and says that Reo is asleep. He was exhausted because he did not take a nap because it was very fun to play with Cassie and her friends who brought some rabbits.

"Riani, I want to go home first huh? There's some work Clark and I are gonna do. Later that night I'll bring you back here." Philip said, making Riani just nod.

As Clark and Philip left, Riani rushed to Reo's room back. Honestly, he was tired and wanted to rest for a while. He can't go home because he still has to give Reo dinner and put him to bed.

Jack thought hard. How to make Riani stay. It's Sunday tomorrow, so Riani doesn't go to work. He did not want Riani to spend time with Philip.

When Riani was just about to fall asleep in her sleep, she felt that someone had entered Reo's room. He quickly opened his eyes and was surprised to see Jack.

"What's up, Jack?" ask Riani.

"Tomorrow Sunday, why don't you just sleep here and have plenty of time to be with Reo and Cassie?"

Riani frowned. "Why should I stay here? I can come back tomorrow morning. I don't bring a change of clothes anyway."

"All your clothes are still in the closet. I never got rid of him."

Riani turned her face to accept Jack's loving gaze. "Dispose, Jack. I'm not gonna wear anything you give me."

"Jack, I told you I was here for Reo. I expect nothing from you! My heart's closed to you, Jack. As Daniel and I are now friends for Arma as well as I expected between us. We're gonna be friends for Cassie and Reo."

Despite the pain of hearing Riani's confession, Jack did not want to give up. He was determined to get Riani again. "I know that I've made a terrible mistake with you. But I'll redeem him. I will win your heart back. I don't care if you're with Philip or Clark. I'll still get your love back, Ri." Jack said. He grabbed Riani's right hand and kissed the back of the hand gently. "You know how crazy I was when I fought for your love. And I'm gonna go even crazier now." Jack left Reo's room.

Riani stared at Jack's back which disappeared between the connecting door between Reo's room and Jack's room. He felt that his heart was also burning. But he did not want to fall for the same mistake. He did not want to be next to Jack and then kicked again by the man because of his selfish and very possessive attitude.

"Mommy, let's have dinner!" take Cassie when Riani is done giving Reo dinner and change her clothes.

"Eat dinner?" Riani surprised. He usually eats in Reo's room or in the kitchen with Leo and Lissy.

"Daddy's waiting at the dinner table. Cassie also misses dinner together." Cassie immediately wrapped her hand on Riani's arm. "Let sister Hanna take care of Reo."

Riani can't let Cassie down. She followed Cassie into the dining room. Justright. There was Jack waiting.

Jack sits at the head of the table while Riani is on the left side and Cassie is on the right side.

While eating, it appears that Cassie is trying to create a family-filled eating atmosphere.

"Mommy, how about every Friday to Sunday night, mommy sleeps here alone. Daddy doesn't mind, does he?" cassie's asking makes Jack shake.

"Of course I can."

Riani glared at Jack. But the man pretended not to see it.

"But baby, it's usually Saturday morning before coming here, it's mommy's chance to clean up the apartment, do the laundry." Riani tried to resist hard.

"Come, mommy! Later the affairs of the apartment and mommy's dirty clothes will be cleaned by Lissi. I'm going to ask Lissi to go over there and get everything sorted out" Cassie said.

"But Cassie, you know that mommy doesn't want to bother anyone else."

"Kok someone else anyway? We're one family?" cassie said with a sweet smile. How could Riani bear to make the smile on the teenage girl's face fade away? Moreover, some time ago Cassie had stress and her value became damaged because she did not accept a divorce between Riani and Jack.

"alright. But starting next week, huh? Mommy made an appointment with Uncle Philip" said Riani to make Jack's heart feel hot again.

"OK." Cassie looks so happy.

At half-ten p.m., Philip came to pick up Riani. Jack could only see it from the glass window of his study. A deep sense of jealousy tormented Jack when he saw how Riani smiled sweetly at Philip.

What are they gonna do now? Is Philip going to sleep in Riani's apartment? Oh my God, why does this feel so torturing to me?
