Feeling Abandoned

The judge and jury have been ruled out. Jack is found guilty of falsifying Cassie's death and hiding Cassie from Smith's family, Cassie's own mother.

The judge gave the fine to be paid to the state and Cassie's custody fell into the hands of her grandparents. Jack is given the power to be with Cassie every weekend on Saturday and Sunday.

The Smith family immediately cheered happily. Hugging Cassie because their snuggles are over.

Jack was angry. His hand held the hand of Riani who was already standing beside him.

"Calm down dear, don't get emotional. I don't want you to run amok here." whispered Riani as she linked their fingers. Jack looked at his wife. Then he smiled. I don't know, his heart ached when he saw the Smiths cheering.

When out of court, Jack deliberately followed the back door to avoid the media crew who had been waiting for him.

Upon arriving home, Jack was surprised to see Cassie who was waiting for them with 2 large suitcases that were there.

"What does all this mean?" ask Jack.

"Cassie will be picked up by Oma" Cassie said.

"Do you have to go now?" ask Jack.

"Yes." Yeah."

"You're so happy you're going to go with them? Yes it's gone....! Go....!" Jack pushed the 2 suitcases hard to make Riani surprised. Not satisfied there, Jack also broke the chair in the living room."

"Jack....!" Riani held Jack's hand. And accidentally, Jack helped make Riani fall.

"Mommy.....!" cassie shouted while helping Riani stand up.

Jack surprised. "Darling.....!" He immediately released Cassie's handrails on Riani's arm and brought Riani's body into the room.

"Leo, call doctor Diana....!" shouting Jack.

"I'm fine, Jack." said Riani as Jack laid his body on the bed.

"I'm sorry, baby? Is anyone sick?"

"No....! I fell slowly, really. Go see Cassie's situation. She was so scared when she saw you pushing her suitcase like that."

Jack's worried face immediately turned furious. "Just be wild. If he wants to leave, just go. The boy, as if forgetting all my affection and attention all along."

Riani wakes up and grabs Jack's hands. "Let him be with them. We still have time every weekend to pick up Cassie."

"Please persuade Arma to stay here. Don't wait until he's Junior High. Too long."

Jack caressed his wife's stomach. "Is he okay?"

"I'm afraid I'll hurt her, Ri. I can't forgive myself if something happens to you and our son."

"I'm fine, dad. So don't be angry" said Riani, imitating a baby's voice.

Jack chuckles. He lowered his head and kissed Riani's stomach repeatedly. "Can't wait for you to be born, baby."

Room door knocked.

"Get in....!"

Diana enters with her doctor's briefcase with Leo. "I happen to be in the clinic. So the distance is just close. What's up?" diana asked as she approached the bed.

"I accidentally caused my wife to fall, doc. I'm afraid something happened to her" Jack said.

"I told you I'm okay. But he insisted on calling the doctor." Riani looked at her husband with slight annoyance.

"please understand. Mr. Jack is possessive. That's proof he loves his wife."

Jack raised his eyebrows while smiling. "Dear, the doctor understands how I feel about you."

Leo's approaching. "Sir, the Smiths are on the move. They'll pick up Miss Cassie." whispered Leo.

"Let it go." Jack said in a sniffy tone.

Riani who was temporarily examined by Diana's doctor became agitated. He knows Cassie is leaving and he hasn't had time to say anything to the boy.

After the doctor Diana checked, Riani immediately woke up.

"Darling, Cassie's gone?" riani asked when Leo had left them and escorted Diana's doctor.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Why don't you drive him?"

"For what?"

"Don't force me, Ri." Jack stand. He walked towards the balcony. Leo was putting Cassie's suitcase in the trunk of Smith's car. Jack took a few steps back as he looked at Cassie who was turning towards the balcony. The teenage girl's face looked sad. Riani who had been standing behind Jack finally advanced to the balcony guardrail.

Cassie smiled at Riani. He waved his hand towards Riani. Riani also replied to him while sending a long-distance kiss.

Cecilia was also seen looking at Riani. He seemed to smile a little cynically. Then the Smiths all got in the car and left Jack's yard.

Riani turned her body. Jack was no longer behind him. As she searches the room, Lessi says Jack is in her study.

While peeking into Jack's study, whose glass curtain was slightly open, Riani saw Jack sitting holding a picture of Cassie at his desk. Riani knows Jack must be sad and Jack wants to be alone. Riani rushed to the kitchen. He wants to make Jack's favorite meal. They haven't had lunch yet and it's three in the afternoon.

"Mrs.....!" Jems, the head chef greeted Riani as the mistress entered the kitchen.

"Jems, let's make my husband's favorite food and cake."

"Good."

"And I have to help."

Jems smiled as he nodded.

2 Hours later......

Riani steps into Jack's study. He knocked on the door before entering.

"Darling......!" Call him while opening the door.

Jack seemed to be concentrating on his laptop.

"Hi honey....!"

Riani approaching. "I'm hungry. Eat yuk!"

"Darling, since coming home from court you haven't eaten. What time is it?" Jack looked at his watch. "Gosh, it's half-five."

"I've been drinking milk. But not the spirit of eating if only alone. The baby wants to eat with his father."

Jack smiled. "You must be cooking? The apron is not released."

"Yes. Me and Jems. But take it easy, Mr. Jack is handsome, all the ingredients are prepared by Jems, I'm the cooking part."

Jack stood up, then approached his wife. There was a sweat on his wife's forehead. "My wife is beautiful, I love you."

"I love you my husband too. Let's go to the dining room."

The two walked out of Jack's office.

When Jack arrived at the dining room, his eyes immediately sparkled when he saw all his favorite food and cakes were there.

"Darling, you really know my taste."

"Because I love you."

Leo and Jems looked at each other with smiles. They knew that Riani could calm Jack down when the man was in doubt.

At 1pm, Riani woke up feeling thirsty. He could not find Jack beside him. Riani drinks a glass of water and then looks for Jack out of the room. She saw that Cassie's bedroom door was open a little. As Riani peered inside, she was surprised to see Jack sitting on Cassie's bed hugging the pillow she used to use.

"Jack.....!" call Riani.

Jack lifted his face and looked at his wife. "Darling, why are you awake?"

"I feel thirsty and I can't find you here. What's up?"

"Since Cassie was born, I've never felt lonely. Even when I had to leave it in the dorm, I never felt like this. Now I feel very lonely. I was left my own son. He didn't even call or text me. My heart hurts, Ri."

Riani sat down next to Jack. "Darling, I understand how you feel. But don't be like this. You have to be strong, get used to all this. Cassie will definitely be back. Will be with us again."

"I feel abandoned, Ri." Jack hugged Riani. Cry broke.

"Darling.......!" Riani returned Jack's embrace. The two cry together.

Meanwhile, in the Smith family's luxurious room, Cassie did not sleep. He cried while looking at their photos while on vacation in Bali.
