Who's Mama?

Raini, who was watering flowers in the front yard, was shocked to see Cassie coming home with puffy eyes.

"Baby, what happened to you?" riani asked while releasing the water hose in her hand. He asked Lessi to continue her work.

"Cassie.....!"

Cassie hugged Riani while crying. Her cry was so deep that her shoulders were shaken so hard.

"Darling, what's wrong?" tanya Riani immediately became worried about seeing the state of the child.

"I....I......!" Cassie is confused between wanting to tell or not. He let go of his embrace then looked at the loving mother's face. "I'm sad mommy."

"Sad why?"

"My friends at school all had mommy. If there was an activity like this, they would all be picked up by their daddy or mommy. While I'm not. I'm sad because I never knew my mother's face."

"Darling.....!" Riani hugged Cassie back.

"Don't be sad baby, there's a mommy here who loves you. Mommy will always be by your side."

"Thank you mommy!"

Riani invites Cassie to go inside. He asked the waiter to make a cup of warm tea and prepare the chocolate cake he had made.

"Mommy, thank you." Cassie said as she felt how much love Riani had for her.

"Cassie, mommy can't replace Cassie's mommy. But mommy can give you affection as big as the affection that would surely be given by mommy Cassie's birth if she were alive."

Cassie rested her head on Riani's shoulder. "Mommy, did daddy ever tell you who Cassie's real mama was?"

Riani took a deep breath. He didn't want to lie to Cassie. "Yes." Yeah."

"Is Camila Smith the twin sister of Cecilia Smith?" ask Cassie.

"Where did Cassie know? Right in Cassie's mama's bellybutton her name is Almond's Snack."

Cassie sat up straight. He looked at Riani. "Cassie's grown up, mommy. Cassie deserves to know who Cassie's real mama is."

"Let daddy explain it, son. And if daddy hasn't had time to explain it, give daddy the best time. Because there must be a reason until daddy doesn't tell me who Cassie's real mama is."

Cassie nodded. "Don't tell daddy anything yet?"

"Good, baby."

Cassie put her head back on Riani's shoulder. He closed his eyes, enjoying the peace he felt with his mother. For sure Cassie didn't want to tell you about her meeting with Cecilia Smith. The woman who claims to be her aunt. Because Cassie knew that telling her about Cecilia would hurt Riani because Cecilia claimed to be pregnant with Jack's father's child.

Finally, Cassie fell into a deep sleep after Riani accompanied her in the room after dinner.

Jack hasn't come home yet. Riani felt that her husband must have avoided her.

As she leaves Cassie's room, Riani notices that it's 11 p.m. He went to their room at the end of the hall.

When the door opened, Jack was asleep.

"Jack.....!" call Riani.

Jack didn't budge when Riani touched his hand. Riani chose not to bother her husband. He only hopes that Jack will not be angry anymore because he wants to discuss Cassie.

The next morning, Riani wakes up earlier than Jack. He prepared Jack's clothes and placed them on the sofa as usual.

Jack wakes up while Riani is still in the room. There was no good morning and warm kisses like the man used to do every time he got up in the morning. Jack went straight to the bathroom and performed his morning ritual.

"Jack, I want to talk" said Riani when she saw Jack start wearing the shirt that Riani had prepared.

Jack quiet.

"Jack, how long are you going to act like this to me? your attitude is so childish."

Jack kept silent while wearing his tie. Shortly after, he began to brush his hair.

"Jack....!"

This time Jack looked at Riani when he heard her exasperated scream.

"I'm too late. Good morning." said Jack and went straight out of the room wearing his suit.

"LT......!" Riani snarled in annoyance. I want it to feel like he is screaming. He knew that he had made a mistake but did he have to be screwed up like this?

Jack is still sleeping. Already 5 days he ignored Riani and Riani himself actually could not bear to protest but finally he chose silence.

Jack came home last night at 2 am. They are from London following a meeting with company colleagues there.

Riani refuses to wake Jack up. He will accompany Cassie in the church. He knew that in such a place, reporters were usually absent.

Jack wakes up at 10 a.m. As he descended down, the living room seemed quiet.

"Where are my wife and children?" ask Jack to Leo.

"Go to church, sir. Today Miss Cassie will be performing with her chorus team. The Mass starts at 8. Maybe they'll be home soon."

"Please pick up a coffee for me and take it to the back porch."

"Good, sir."

Jack walked to the back porch. He likes to sit there staring at some of his pets there like birds, rabbits and some types of snakes. Jack even has a special servant to keep some of these pets.

Shortly after, Cassie came home.

"Daddy, has mommy arrived yet?" ask Cassie

"Didn't you go together?"

"Mommy wanted to go first. He said he wanted to go to the cake shop. Mommy took a taxi and I went home with the driver because there were still some deliveries from the coach."

"Maybe mommy's coming soon."

"Yes, already. I'm gonna change my clothes because I'm hungry." Cassie left Jack alone on the back porch.

For a moment Jack was worried. It's 11 o'clock now. Church hours are usually 10 a.m. The distance from the church is only 10 minutes.

At 1pm......

"Cassie, mommy hasn't come home yet?" I can't stand Jack asking.

Cassie, who had just entered her office, shook her head "10 minutes ago, mommy called. He said he was in an Asian store. Maybe a little more mommy's coming."

Jack just nodded despite the fact that he had started to worry.

At 3pm.....

Jack tried to call Riani's phone. Riani's number was active but she didn't pick it up at all. Up to 10 times Jack called him but Riani still did not answer him.

"Cassie, is mommy the phone?"

Cassie just woke up. "No. Is mommy not here yet?"

"Yet."

Cassie tried to contact Riani. "Mommy's phone isn't active."

"So it's still active."

Cassie called again. But Riani's number is already inactive.

"Why did you let mommy go alone anyway?" jack began to calm down.

"The cake shop's just close, dad. Mommy wants to go."

"Something must have happened to him" Jack said. He called his bodyguards to search for his wife to the Asian store complex and its surroundings. While he himself tracks the GPS of Riani's phone.

"His GPS is still in the Asian store complex." Jack muttered.

"Maybe a lot of mommy shopping."

Jack checked his credit card usage notice. Riani did use that card about 2 hours ago.

For 2 hours, Jack's men turned around to find the mistress but no one found her. CCTV said that Riani had taken a taxi at around 13.45 minutes.

Jack started to panic.
