The Unmissed Family

The Meeting of Two Women

Two middle-aged women were sitting face to face in a room. One was wearing a blue dongker uniform, one was wearing an ordinary outfit. The two were silent for quite a while while looking at each other's eyes before finally one of the plain-clothed women opened her voice.

"So... You're the man behind all this?" Asked the plain-clothed woman coldly.

While the lady dressed in a blue dongker uniform looked at him with such a cold gaze.

"Why? Why are you doing all this, Rani?"

Rani just kept quiet and looked coldly at Anika's eyes before Anika repeated her question, "Why? Answer!"

"Because I hate you, Ika! I hate all of you!" Rani answered in a loud voice.

"Why do you hate me? What's my fault with you?" Anika was really surprised and inexhaustible with the answer she heard. What mistake? until Rani has to hate him like that.

Rani looked at Anika with a sharp gaze as if she could slash at him right then and there, "You guys are a mistake! You are the source of trouble in my life!"

Anika shook her head a few times before saying, "What did I do to you? I consider you as my own friend, even I consider you as a brother because you are Rendra's wife. But why do you have Rani, why?!"

"Because you are my family is ruined! My parents died because of you! You should have died too! But why did you come back and appear before me now huh?!"

"I don't think the woman I consider my brother is my real enemy." Anika has lost her patience as she continues to be blamed by Rani.

"You're the fool for believing in others is that easy! I even watched the fate of your marriage." Rani keeps pumping on Anika's feelings.

"The husband you are proud of even to betray you, if I were you maybe I would choose to die long ago." continued Rani.

"I'm sure, after that stupid Rendra found out the truth, he must have come to you and apologized and asked you to come back to him, right? Hahaha just accept Ika, because stupid is just as stupid it fits." Rani laughed out loud satisfied with what she said.

Anika chose not to respond to Rani's words, she got up from her seat and said, "You deserve to be in this place!"

Anika looked back at Rani before saying, "Run your punishment well Rani, make up for all your mistakes. And live well." After saying so Anika immediately left Rani.

"Who are you talking like that?!" Rani screams loudly but Anika ignores him. Several policemen arrive to secure Rani and are taken back to the holding cell.

Anika walked alone a park, that afternoon the weather looked so sunny that it was the perfect time to calm down in the park.

Anika sat on one of the benches in the park, "Do I not deserve to be happy?" He said to himself.

"Why did the people I trusted all betray me? From friends, even my own husband." He said again with a wry smile.

Anika sighed a few times before saying, "Does God really predestine me to live alone with the Emperor without a partner accompanying me?"

Anika looked towards the front of her eyes unintentionally staring at a family playing in the park with a happy laugh, without her noticing a smile etched beautifully on her lips.

"A happy family..." Lirih.

There was a feeling of envy sneaking in Anika's heart, if you think back, Anika only felt the happiness of marriage for a few years, the rest was only the pain and suffering she had received so far.

Anika closed her eyes long enough while breathing fresh air around her. Anika's mind was filled with Rendra and Revan where the two people were waiting for the answer.

"Rendra, Revan."

"Revan, Rendra." Anika kept repeating the two names.

"Okay, I've decided!" He said then he left the park.
