The Unraveling of a Truth

"Suck!" Rendra cursed loudly while clenching his hands furiously after seeing the video given by the Emperor.

Rendra then immediately left his room with a hurried pace.

"Sir, where are you going? We have a meeting soon." Linda Secretary Rendra said when she saw her boss was about to leave.

"Cancel everything!" Rendra's Word.

Linda wanted to hold Rendra to leave because she could not cancel the meeting schedule that easily, but when she saw Rendra's expression, she said, Linda undoes her intentions because everyone who sees her must know that Rendra is in a bad state.

After arriving at the parking lot and entering his car, Rendra drove the car at full speed. She intends to go home to her house, the house she and Rani.

After an hour's drive, Rendra finally arrived at his home. Rani is seen playing with Adel on the porch of the house.

"Well, are you home?" Rani asks when she sees Rendra walking up to her.

"Father!" Shouted Adel who ran towards Rendra and hugged him, his new height until like Rendra was hugging Rendra so tightly.

Rendra was about to return Adel's embrace, but his hand was just hanging in the air, his nature changed after learning the truth about Adel and Rani.

"Have weaned in the afternoon?" Rendra asked while letting go of Adel's embrace.

Adel shook his head before replying, "Adel is not sleepy Pa."

"But Adel must take a break, let's recover and get to school again, hm?" Rendra said with a smile, however Adel is not to blame for the mistakes of his parents. Although difficult to believe and not accept, at least Rendra can still control his emotions against Adel.

"Yes already, it's booby day first! Just play again." Rendra continued which was then immediately followed by Adel.

"Is there anything left until you get home again?" Rani asks Rendra when Adel has gone to her room.

Rendra did not reply, she just looked Rani in the eyes with a cold look before going to her room. Rani who is not normally treated like that follows behind Rendra.

"Where are the results of Adel's examination?" Rendra asked when she reached her room and immediately opened the closet.

Rani widened her eyes, how could Rendra suddenly ask about the results of Adel's examination. There is information about Adel's blood type, if Rendra finds out then it ends all.

"W-what do you mean? I didn't get any results." Rani replied with a stammer.

"Don't lie!" Rendra shouted out loud, then he began to look for himself until he had to scramble the entire wardrobe.

"What are you doing?" Rani asked frantically, she tried to stop Rendra's actions but all she did was in vain.

Rani moved quickly to retrieve the book, but unfortunately she lost quickly to Rendra who had already grabbed the book.

"I wonder why you look so panicked when you see this book." Rendra said while showing the book that is now in his right hand, while his left hand holds the results of Adel's examination.

"Don't!" Rani screams hysterically as Rendra begins to look at the photo tucked between the pages of the book.

Rendra's breath was so hunting when he saw the photo, "How did you get this photo?" Rendra asked in a cold tone.

"I-i... I'm..." Rani is hard to answer.

"Java!" Rendra snapped at Rani right then and there but Rani just kept quiet and started to shed tears.

"Mas, please forgive me, I'm innocent please believe me." Finally that is what Rani can say while resting at Rendra's feet.

"Listening to your answer I get it, you're not as good as I thought you were, and you're the mastermind of the destruction of my household!" Rendra said slowly, from his tone it sounded he was very disappointed in Rani.

"Why? Why are you doing all this, huh?! I sincerely love you and love Adel without distinguishing him from the Emperor!" Rendra.

"I'll take care of our divorce soon." Said Rendra then immediately left Rani.

"No! No mas, please don't divorce me!" Rani screams hysterically but Rendra no longer cares about her.

Rendra was still silent in his car which he parked in a hospital parking lot. He was seen reading a book owned by Rani that he found earlier. The book contains a note made by Rani herself regarding the evil actions she committed against Anika.

"Stupid! You idiot! You idiot!" Bumpat Rendra after reading all the notes belonging to Rani.

Rendra threw the book into the back seat, "I never thought, the woman I had always considered the best woman was the real traitor. As for Anika, the woman I consider to be a cheap woman is the one who never betrays me." Rendra regretted his actions all this time.

"I'm sorry Ika, I should have believed all your words before." Said Rendra while shedding tears.

"Why can I be so stupid as to easily believe things without finding out more."

"Well, I hope you'll forgive me and we can build everything up from scratch again. Me, you and the Emperor can be as happy a family as ever." Rendra said with a confident smile, she thought Anika would forgive him because Rendra knew, Anika still loves him very much.

Forgiven or not, only Anika knows.
