"Kai... Kai..." Anika sounded delirious by mentioning the name of the Emperor.

Hearing that Elena immediately stood up from her seat and approached Anika.

"Well, are you conscious?" Ask Elena

Slowly Anika opened her eyes, she opened her eyes a few times and looked around, "Where am I?" Anika asked while trying to sit down.

"Don't wake up first, you just realized. Now lie down!" Said Elena who prevented Anika from sitting down.

Anika glanced at her hand which was fitted with an infusion hose and then said, "I'm in the hospital? But why?"

"You passed out last night, so the Emperor brought you here." Elena replied while sitting on the bedside chair of Anika.

"Emperor?! Elena, does Kai know about..." Not finished Anika asked, Elena already answered first.

"Look, the Emperor doesn't know about your illness, because before the doctor told the Emperor I spoke to the doctor first."

"Where is the Emperor now? Is she okay? He didn't do anything weird, did he?" Anika was worried about what happened last night, she was afraid that it could make the Emperor take action that he should not.

"You take it easy, he's fine. Now he's telling me to come home and come here again." Answer Elena.

"Thank God, I'm glad to hear it."

"I'll call the doctor first to check on you." Said Elena, she was about to step her foot but her wrist was held back by Anika.

"Lena..." Anika said in a voice so soft.

"Yes? You need anything?" Elena asked with a gentle smile.

"Emperor... Her... He already knows everything." Anika replied, along with her words her tears also wet her cheeks.

Elena who was about to call the doctor finally broke her intention, she sat down at the side of Anika's bed.

"I know, the Emperor told me everything." Elena said, she grabbed Anika's hand and grasped it tightly.

"Then what did you tell him?" Anika asked in panic.

Elena let out a short sigh then replied, "I can what Ika? The emperor already knew about Rendra. And I think it's time he also found out the real problem."

Anika looked limp after hearing Elena's reply then asked in a soft voice, "Then is she angry with me? No, is he mad at Rendra?"

Elena clucked irritably at Anika's question, "What are you still worrying about Rendra for?! If the Emperor was angry at him, it was not something wrong!"

"And he's not mad at you, he's gonna take you out of Rendra's life." Elena again.

Anika smiled cynically before saying, "That kid, he's still a kid to make up his mind."

"Sometimes problems can find a way out through a child, even if it's not intentional." Elena chimed in while standing up from her seat.

Anika just kept quiet to hear all Elena said.

"One more thing." Elena said which made Anika look at her.

"About your disease... I have no right to tell the Emperor. You better tell him yourself."

Anika shook her head softly before replying, "No Lena, I can't afford to see the Emperor bearing this heavy burden. It would be much better if he didn't know."

"Don't be selfish Ika, he will be angry if you always cover up the problem from him, if you want to tell a story without anything covered, the Emperor will think you believe him."

"But Lena..."

"If you don't want to be honest from now on, wait until when?"

"You're right, but for now I'm not ready. I'll wait for the right time when things start to get better."

"Well, I'll call the doctor now." Elena replied with a smile then stepped out of the patient room.
