Anika almost fell down the stairs because of the pain in the lower part of her stomach if she did not hold on to the wall.

"Aw! Why else is this, why do I often feel pain around the stomach lately?" Anika grimaced in pain while walking slowly towards the ground floor.

"Emperor!" Call Anika but there is no word from the young man.

"Emperor!" Call Anika once again, but as before there is no reply at all.

With the pain in check, Anika walks into the television room and grabs her home phone intending to contact someone.

"Hello?" Greet Anika when the phone is connected.

"Hello Anika, tumben called what's wrong?" Ask someone from across the phone.

"Elena, can you come here? I've been having pain around my stomach for the last few days." Anika spoke in a soft voice but was still quite audible.

"Ah well, wait a little while longer, I have to finish one patient first. For a while you drink warm ginger water or compress with warm water on the affected part, so that the pain subsides." Reply to someone who turned out to be a doctor friend of Anika.

"All right, thank you Lena. I'll wait for you." Anika answered and the phone was cut off.

"Emperor where the boy is, has he slept." Murmured Anika while making a warm ginger drink. And the time has already shown at nine o'clock in the evening.

An hour later Elena arrived at Anika's house, "Sorry a little late there was an emergency problem in the hospital." Elena said as Anika opened the door for her.

"No papa, let's go in." Anika lets Elena enter her house.

"Where is your husband and son?"

"They're asleep, sit down I'll make you a drink."

Elena harrumphed, "Hais when you're sick this way you should have called your husband instead of taking care of everything yourself." Then he slammed his body on the sofa.

Anika laughed seeing that her best friend was upset, "Hahaha we have known for a long time, and you also know I prefer to take care of myself without having to bother others even though it's my family."

"It's also free!" Elena put on an annoyed face by folding her hands in front of her chest.

Anika bobbing head to see the behavior of her best friend, they have been friends for a long time since the two sat on the bench of High School. So Anika is very grateful that their friendship still survives today and Anika already considers Elena as her own sister.

"Wait a minute, I'll make you some tea." Anika said then went towards the kitchen.

"Well, does Rendra still not know about the truth?" Elena asked, she followed Anika into the kitchen and sat down at the dining table.

Anika smiled and walked over to Elena with two cups of green tea, "She won't listen to me until this second." Anika said with a cup of tea for Elena and accepted by her best friend.

"Well, when are you guys doing this? How long will you continue to be blamed for mistakes you didn't make?" Elena asked with a sad look.

Anika let out a short sigh, "I don't know Lena either, but obviously right now I just need to do what I should."

Elena held Anika's hand and said, "It's enough for you to sacrifice yourself Ika, as your best friend I don't want you to continue to be treated harshly by Rendra. Look when you need him, is he coming for you?"

"Stay with him and live well with the Emperor." Elena said again which made Anika look into her eyes with a different look.

"Elena, no matter what happens I have to settle this misunderstanding, I don't want Rendra to continue to hate me and I don't want the Emperor to have to choose between us if we part later." Anika said by looking into Elena's eyes.

Elena took a deep breath and turned her gaze to her warm tea, "Alright, I can only pray for the best for you." Then he drank the warm tea.

"Thank you for trusting me, Lena." Anika smiled gently at him and took his warm tea.

"Eh did you just pretend to be sick for me to come here?" Elena asked with a sharp look.

Anika put on a stiff face and said, "The pain is now somewhat reduced, after all why lie to you." Anika answered while she was singing her lips.

"I'm gonna grab my briefcase in the tv room and check on you." Elena said as she got up from her seat and went to pick up her briefcase.

"Get your hand!" Elena said as she picked up the bag and took out her doctor's equipment.

Anika raised next to her eyebrows and looked confusedly at Elena, "You want what my hand is?"

Elena clenched Anika's head quite loudly and replied in a loud voice, "You need me to cut it and then I make meat soup!"

"That cannibalistic fuck." Anika laughed out loud because she managed to tease her best friend.

Elena swung her lips and grabbed Anika's hand and checked her blood pressure, "Your blood is low, I'll give you some blood-boosting medicine." Elena said as she finished checking Anika's blood pressure.

Then Elena took a sample of Anika's blood to be examined in the laboratory to find out accurately what disease makes Anika feel pain in her stomach.

"The result will be out tomorrow, when it's out I'll call you so you don't have to come to the hospital." Said Elena while tidying up her doctor's equipment.

"Are you going straight home?" Anika asked Elena because she saw the woman put her doctor's equipment in its original place.

"Yes, tomorrow morning I have surgery so I can't sleep too late." He answered with a smile towards Anika.

"Can you go home alone?" Anika asked because she was worried even though she was old enough, but Elena was still a woman so it was not good to go home alone.

"Are you going to take me home?" Elena replied with a grin

"Ah I forgot you are a tough lady hahaha." Anika replied with a contrived laugh.

Elena shook her head in anticipation of the answer, "Well I go home now, you too this break is late."

The two got up from their seats and walked towards the front door.

"Sorry to be a hassle." Anika put on a sorry face.

"Lake baby, for your sake I will cross the sea and the mountain will be climbed." Elena replied with a joke and the two laughed together.

"Come in, I'll be home now."

"Be careful on the road."

Elena nodded slowly and entered her car then drove at a moderate speed.
